The above objects of the present invention, as well as the structural and functional characteristics thereof, will be described in terms of the preferred embodiments of the present invention as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
The heat dissipation assembly comprises a substrate, a heat dissipation plate or a radiator or a water cooling plate or a temperature equalizing plate or a flat plate type heat pipe and/or a fin group or a heat pipe (group) connected or arranged with the heat dissipation assembly, and the heat dissipation assembly is used for contacting a heating element such as a CPU or MCU or other heating sources on a circuit board to help the heating element to generate heat and maintain the normal operation of the heating element.
