6) decocting and sterilizing: hydrolyzing the fermented materials, adding purified water 1 time of the total weight of the raw materials, heating to 100 deg.C, and maintaining for 30-60 min;
7) adjusting the pH value: adjusting pH to 5.8-6.8 with sodium bicarbonate water;
8) separation and filtration: coarse filtration and membrane separation;
9) concentration: concentrating the filtrate in a low-temperature vacuum tank until the specific gravity is 1.05;
10) spray drying: pumping the concentrated liquid into a spray drying tower for drying to obtain the three-seed peptide powder;
the crude oil is adopted to prepare the three-way oil, and the specific process steps are as follows:
1) preparing materials: adding the crude oil into a neutralization pot, uniformly stirring, and metering; measuring the acid value and calculating the alkali amount to adjust the initial temperature of the oil to be 30 ℃;
2) adding alkali for neutralization: the concentration of the alkali liquor is 12-18 ℃ Baume, and the alkali liquor is required to be added in 10 minutes when being sprayed; stirring rapidly at 60-70 r/min;
