Description

Large-scale sheep farm sheep medicated bath and identification method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a large-scale sheep farm sheep medicated bath and identification method.
Background
Sheep is a generic term of the subfamily caprae, mammalian, artiodactyla, bovine, and capridae, and is one of the domestic animals of humans. Four-legged ruminants with wool are the main source of wool. The goats and sheep are mainly raised in China. Sheep are particularly susceptible to ectoparasitic diseases due to their biological properties and life habits. Ectoparasitic diseases of sheep are most common in mange, flea, lice and the like, have high infectivity, have great harm to sheep flocks, and seriously influence the health of the sheep flocks and the production performances of wool production, meat production and the like.
In order to ensure the health of sheep flocks in farms and effectively improve the economic benefit of sheep raising industry, medicated bath is the most effective method for preventing and treating sheep ectoparasitic diseases in large-scale sheep farms.
The traditional sheep medicated bath mode is water vat type medicated bath, sheep is put into a water vat, and soaked and washed by prepared medicated bath liquid, and the medicated bath can be completed only by a single operation and needs at least two persons, thus consuming time and labor; with the rise of large-scale sheep farms, the water vat type medicated bath can not meet the requirements of the sheep farms.
At present, most sheep farms adopt groove-type medicated bath, namely, a groove-shaped medicated bath pool is built, medicated bath liquid is prepared, sheep flocks are driven in from one end to the other end along the groove during medicated bath, and medicated bath is completed in the process. In actual use, the tank type medicated bath has the defects of large occupied area, complex operation, no medicated bath of the sheep along with the large sheep, no effective medicated bath of the head and the neck of the sheep, large stress reaction of the sheep, easy extrusion and treading drowning in the running process of the sheep in the tank, preparation of the whole tank of medicated bath liquid for each medicated bath, reduced medicated bath effect of the sheep entering after the tank type medicated bath liquid, no recycling of the medicated bath liquid and the like.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. rational in infrastructure, area are little, appraise and medicated bath go on simultaneously, work efficiency is high: according to the large-scale sheep farm medicated bath and identification method, according to the operation characteristics in actual work, the identification column, the pharmacy and the medicated bath pool are integrated, so that the identification work and the medicated bath work can be organically combined to improve the work efficiency, and if the medicated bath pool and the pharmacy pool are designed in a regular hexagon manner, a regular hexagonal prism structure is built, the construction and the cover building are facilitated, and the utilization rate of the occupied area is highest. The medicated bath pool is communicated with the identification column, the identification work can be completed in the process of waiting for medicated bath by the flocks of sheep, and the two works of identification and medicated bath are integrated together through one facility, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved. The total occupied area of the medicated bath part is about 60-80 square meters, the identification part can adjust the area of the identification column according to the number of columns, and when the operation is performed, if 6 people operate the device at the same time, the medicated bath and identification work of 900 sheep can be completed in the afternoon (4 half hours).
2. Spraying type medicated bath has small sheep stress reaction and good medicated bath effect: the spraying type medicated bath is adopted in the medicated bath, and when the medicated bath is used, the spraying pipes above and below the medicated bath spray out medicated bath liquid at the same time, and the spraying is carried out up and down at the same time, so that the head, trunk and limbs of a flock of sheep can be completely soaked by liquid medicine during medicated bath, the medicated bath of the flock of sheep is more thorough, and the medicated bath has good control effects on ectoparasite diseases such as scabies, fleas and lice, aphtha, and the like of sheep in or around nostrils, and the like; the medicated bath liquid which is dripped from the sheep body after spraying, wool, sheep manure and the like enter the dispensing tank after being filtered by the liquid medicine recovery channel from the drain hole, and can not gather in the medicated bath tank, so that the sheep flock can not produce the conditions of squeezing and treading to drown or misfeeding the liquid medicine to poison, and the like, the sheep can also enter the medicated bath tank along with the ewe, the sheep only has small stress reaction, and the medicated bath effect is good.
3. The medicated bath liquid of the healthy flocks of sheep can be recycled: the pharmacy is lower than the medicated bath, the used medicated bath can automatically flow into the medicated bath along the liquid medicine recovery channel, the liquid medicine recovery channel is also provided with the liquid waste discharge channel, and meanwhile, the identification column is divided into different partitions, so that before the sheep flocks enter the medicated bath channel, the sheep with different degrees of skin diseases can be separated according to the appearance condition of the sheep, the medicated bath with low-concentration liquid medicine is firstly carried out on the healthy sheep flocks during medicated bath, and the medicated bath can enter the medicated bath through the liquid medicine recovery channel and is recycled after being prepared again; when the sick flock is subjected to medicated bath, the recovered liquid medicine is prepared into high-concentration liquid medicine again, a baffle plate between a liquid medicine recovery channel and a waste liquid discharge channel is put down during medicated bath, and the medicated bath liquid of the sick flock directly flows away through the waste liquid discharge channel and is not reused.
4. Multiple filtration ensures that the medicated bath liquid does not block the pipeline and does not damage the water pump when being reused:
the facility of the invention is provided with the filter screens at the water outlet of the medicine bath, the tail end of the medicine liquid recovery channel and the groove at the bottom of the medicine dispensing tank, and the triple filtration is carried out to filter out impurities and dirt such as wool, sheep manure and the like, so that the medicine liquid entering the water pump is ensured not to contain the dirt such as the wool sheep manure and the like, the pipeline is not blocked, and the service life of the water pump is prolonged.
5. The pharmacy is rational in infrastructure, and circulation sprays the medicated bath: the dispensing room provided by the invention has a roof, so that the damage to the water pump caused by raining and other weather can be avoided, the dispensing pool is positioned below the ground, the length and the width are 1m, the depth is 2.2m, the marking is respectively carried out at the depth 1m and the depth 2m away from the bottom, the 1m depth capacity is 1 ton, the 2m depth capacity is 2 tons, and the calculation of the medicine concentration is convenient. The dispensing pool, the water pump, the spray pipe, the medicated bath pool and the liquid medicine recycling channel form a waterway circulation, after the medicated bath liquid is prepared, the water pump is turned on, the medicated bath liquid is automatically circulated and sprayed, workers can concentrate on the work of identification and grouping, and therefore, the work efficiency of medicated bath and identification can be greatly improved.
6. The identification fence can be independently used for weighing, blood sampling, injection and other works of sheep: sheep in sheep raising farm is not always medicated bath, and is usually medicated bath twice a year, and the identification column of the invention is provided with different partitions, and the weighing channel only allows one sheep to pass through and can not turn around, so that the invention can be independently used for weighing, blood sampling, injection and other works of sheep when not medicated bath.
