本发明涉及一种燃油齿轮泵的齿轮副。
背景技术
根据燃油泵中齿轮副的工作特性,齿轮齿形和材料要求满足较高强度韧性和耐磨性的要求。由于齿轮形状复杂,齿轮副要求精度高,目前还没韧性好,耐冲击能力好,承载能力高的燃油齿轮泵的齿轮副。目前,主要依靠齿轮材料来满足要求,国内齿轮材料主要有38CrMoAlA、2Cr3WMoV、20Cr3MoVA等,国外主要有HM-9V、HM-10V等。
发明内容
本发明的目的:提供一种耐磨,耐冲击能力好的燃油齿轮泵的齿轮副。
本发明的技术方案:一种燃油齿轮泵的齿轮副,所述齿轮副中主动齿轮与从动齿轮的齿数Z、模数和压力角α均相同,所述齿轮副的重合度ε满足关系式:

本发明利用了最大和最小滑动系数λ(表明齿轮副齿型面的磨损情况,λ越大,轮齿的磨损就越大)的计算公式。主动齿轮的齿根和从动齿轮的齿顶啮合的滑动系数最大(λmax),主动齿轮齿顶和从动齿轮齿根啮合的滑动系数最小(λmin)。λ最佳的取值范围为:0.6≤λ≤1.6。研究表明λ在上述取值范围时,齿轮副满足较高强度韧性和耐磨性的要求
