The working principle of the welding work is described as follows:
placing a second workpiece on a cushion block of a base, wherein the periphery of the second workpiece is limited on a welding station by positioning blocks; then, respectively placing a second workpiece below the first positioning plate and the second positioning plate, wherein the second workpiece is adsorbed by the magnetic parts on the first positioning plate and the second positioning plate; when the cylinder works, the piston rod retracts, one end of the pressure rod is pulled, the other end of the pull rod is pressed downwards, the connecting plate is pushed to drive the two first positioning pins to move downwards, and the lower end portions of the first positioning pins are exposed and inserted into pin holes of the first workpieces.
The driving cylinder works to drive the press plate to move downwards, the first workpiece is conveyed to the joint surface of the second workpiece, and at the moment, the second workpiece on the first positioning assembly and the second workpiece adsorbed on the second positioning assembly are accurately positioned on respective welding stations, so that the welding process can be carried out.
After welding, the air cylinder works, the piston rod moves downwards to drive the first end of the pressure rod to move downwards, lever action is generated under the action of a hinge point in the middle of the pressure rod, the second end of the pressure rod moves upwards to release force applied to the connecting plate, and the connecting plate and the first positioning pin reset under the action of the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece and are pulled out of a pin hole of a second workpiece; at the moment, the piston rod of the driving cylinder retracts, the driving pressure plate drives the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the second driving device to ascend and reset, and welded workpieces can be conveniently taken out.
