Detailed Description
The present application will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings, it should be noted that the following detailed description is given for illustrative purposes only and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present application, as those skilled in the art will be able to make numerous insubstantial modifications and adaptations to the present application based on the above disclosure.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-2, a logistics packaging box circulation system comprises an active electronic tag 10 attached to a box body 20 and an electronic tag interaction router connected with a cloud server 1.
The circulation method of the invention comprises the following steps:
step P1: a bin 20 for inventory;
step P2: the box body 20 enters a use link;
step P3: box 20 availability check;
step P4: the box body 20 is boxed and covered;
step P5: transporting;
step P6: the distributor searches the box body 20 for delivery and delivers to the customer, and the customer selects the box body 20 to be checked and accepted on the spot or temporarily stored;
step P7: the box 20 is directly recycled after the delivery of the customer in step P6;
step P8: the box 20 temporarily stored at the customer in step P6 is temporarily stored at the customer for a period of time and then recycled (step P8 interval recycling).
It should be noted that the interaction between the electronic tag interaction router (RFID reader) and the active electronic tag 10 includes the following steps: the electronic tag interaction router sends a radio frequency signal with a certain frequency to the surrounding space through an antenna; once the tag enters the action area of the electronic tag interaction router antenna, induction current is generated, and obtained energy is activated; the activation label encodes the self information and sends out the encoded self information through an antenna;
the electronic tag interaction router receives the information, decodes the information and sends the decoded information to the cloud server 1 when necessary; the cloud server 1 identifies the validity of the label identity, only performs relevant processing on the legal label, and controls the read-write operation of the electronic label interaction router on the label by sending an instruction signal to the front end.
Step P1 represents "stocked box 20" used by the unit, and stocked box 20 may be newly purchased box 20 or box 20 recycled and reused after the unit is used.
Step P2 is a step of transferring the "stocked box 20" to the box 20 for use, and the step of use may be a sorting workshop servicing check electronic tag interaction router 30, where the sorting workshop servicing check electronic tag interaction router 30 may interact with the active electronic tags 10 on the boxes 20 in batch to obtain the identities of the boxes 20 and the health statuses of the active electronic tags 10 in the boxes 20. The case that the P2 batch reading process has the omission is prevented, if the case can be used, the case display operation is continued, if the case can not be used, the case can directly fall to the unavailable case body 20 storage area below the case display equipment through gravity, and the unified recovery and repair treatment is carried out.
Step P4 is to perform current bin 20 identity verification and ranking by the sort line binning equipment e-tag interaction router 50 installed on the sorting line back end binning and sealing equipment and correlate the retailer information, the type of goods the bin is equipped with, the quantity with the bin 20 code. The related information is stored in the cloud server, and in order to reduce the internal data volume of the active electronic tag 10, the information may not be stored in the active electronic tag 10, or whether to write the customer order, sort, pack, and load commodity information into the active electronic tag 10 is determined by the final customer service logic and management system.
Step P5 is a loading and transporting process, after loading, a distributor can query whether the box 20 to be distributed loaded by the current vehicle is missing or misloaded in a section of area before leaving the factory through the portable electronic tag interactive router 60 of the distributor, and make a treatment in advance, so as to avoid error expansion.
Step P6 is that after the distributor arrives at the customer address, the distribution box that the customer needs to receive is queried by broadcasting through the portable active electronic tag 10-way interaction router of the distributor, after the distribution box receives the corresponding query information, the three-color LED109 is flashed red, and if the distributor does not send the confirmation information or does not move the box body 20 for more than 20 seconds, the three-color LED109 is not flashed any more, and the distributor waits for further query. If the dispenser confirms the information within 20 seconds, the tag stops flashing. The query process supports querying one enclosure 20 individually as well as querying multiple enclosures 20 of the customer as needed by the business process.
The process of step P7 is that after the delivery person arrives at the customer's address, the delivery box 20 is delivered to the customer, who views the goods delivered inside through the transparent shell, and can compare the self-requested order, the electronic paper display information and the actual goods contained in the box with the electronic paper of the box 20, and if there is any question, the box can be rejected. If the customer selects the unpacking acceptance check, the 'unpacking detection unit 112' of the box body 20 is triggered, and the active electronic tag 10 sends the current unpacking time and the unpacking sequence to the handheld electronic tag interaction router of the distributor, and simultaneously submits the information to the cloud server 1. After the customer takes the article out, the distributor will bring the box 20 back to the recycling link. After the customer receives the goods, the distributor submits the receiving information of the customer, and the server automatically settles the order of the customer to accelerate the customer settlement business.
The step P8 is an interval recycling step, in which for customers with a large order quantity, after a plurality of boxes 20 are delivered once, the boxes 20 need to be temporarily stored in the customer warehouse, and can be recycled after the goods are gradually sold. At this time, after the customer confirms the delivery, the box cover is covered again, and if the customer does not take the box 20 for the current delivery, the box 20 enters the interval recycling step. The information is transmitted to the cloud server 1, after a period of time, a distributor can send out the information of the temporary storage box body 20 for inquiring history through the portable electronic tag interaction router at the client, the temporary storage box body 20 receives the information and then flashes the three-color LED109 to be blue, and meanwhile, the self identity information is transmitted back to the portable electronic tag interaction router. The interaction and query information and the process thereof are transmitted to the cloud server 1.
The steps are all business steps of putting into use, availability check, distribution box 20 fast query and box 20 recovery of the recoverable box 20; meanwhile, according to the characteristics of the service steps, whether each state needs to be prepared for use, in use and after use is conveniently identified, the internal processor is set to be in a low-power-consumption state in time, and electric energy is solved at the maximum loudness. In the above steps, the client can further add and optimize steps, already interacted content, interaction mode, etc. according to the business needs.
And a wireless module for wireless communication with an upper computer is arranged in the portable electronic tag interaction router. Other electronic label interaction routers can also be provided with a wireless module.
Example two
With reference to fig. 3-5, on the basis of the first embodiment, the active electronic tag 10 of the present invention integrates and optimizes with business steps and implements low power consumption processing, including the following steps:
step one, the box body 20 enters an S12 low-power-consumption sleep state when the box body 20 is folded and not used at S11; the S11 state is a folded and unused state of the casing 20, and since the floor space can be solved by folding the square when the casing 20 is not used, the power can be saved to the maximum by this state. Simultaneously, the box 20 is considered to be in the whole service step, the S11 state of the box 20 is also taken as the initial state of all services, and if the system detects that the box 20 is in the S11 state, the S12 low-power-consumption sleep state is immediately entered;
step two, the box body 20 enters a using link, the box body 20 starts the sensor group 108, the sensor group 108 enters a low-speed acquisition mode, and meanwhile, the sensor group 108 is set to only detect a moving and rotating threshold value of the box body 20 in a certain direction and an inclination angle change threshold value of the box body 20 in the unfolding process; only when the threshold value of any one of the two conditions is met, the active electronic tag 10 can be switched to other corresponding states;
step three, referring to fig. 7, when the box 20 is found to perform only plane movement and rotation, the operation enters S13 to find the movement and rotation state of the box 20, the system judges that the box 20 is in a state of servicing and batch reading, the operation goes to S14 batch reading and availability self-checking, the operation goes to S15 self-checking and self-health and availability information is uploaded, and the operation goes to S16 to enter an empty box ready low-power sleep state;
step four, referring to fig. 8, when it is found that the box 20 finds that the display angle has changed to the single-box usability check angle in the display step, the process proceeds to S20, where the tilt reaches the self-checking angle, the system determines that the cassette 20 needs to be checked for single cassette availability, proceeds to S21, where the single cassette 20 is self-checked for availability, after the successful interactive registration with the electronic label interactive router, the self-checking and self-health availability information state is entered into S22, after the electronic label interactive router receives the self-checking information of the active electronic label 10, the electronic label interactive router checks the label availability checking condition configured by the current system and returns the result of whether the availability requirement is met to the active electronic label 10, after receiving the criterion information forwarded by the electronic tag interaction router, the active electronic tag 10 enters an S23 single-box ready-to-load state when meeting the use condition, and enters an S24 unavailable low-power-consumption sleep state when not meeting the use condition;
step five, referring to fig. 9, the box 20 meeting the use conditions in step four is finished in the display box, and enters an article boxing state of S30 after actual articles are loaded, the electronic tag interaction router receives necessary information such as article information, order information and the like in the box 20 state from the server, and waits for the cover of the box 20 to be closed; after the cover of the box body 20 is closed, the active electronic tag 10 enters a box cover closing state of S31, then the active electronic tag 10 enters a S32 closing low-power-consumption sleep state, then the active electronic tag enters a loading and transporting state of S33, the tag is always in the S34 transportation low-power-consumption sleep state in the transporting state, after loading and transporting reach a destination, when the sensor group 108 of the active electronic tag 10 detects that the box body 20 stops moving when unloading is needed, the active electronic tag enters a S35 parking and unloading state, at the moment, the active electronic tag 10 starts a radio part and enters a S36 waiting state, the inquiry information sent by the portable electronic tag interaction router 60 of a distributor is waited, the box body 20 meeting the search requirement enters a S37 search completion state, if the searched box body 20 finds that the self is moved, the active electronic tag enters the S38 delivering low-power-consumption sleep state, and if the box body is opened, the S39 opening state is entered, after the box is opened, whether the state is the S40 customer storage low power consumption state or the S41 empty box recovery low power consumption state can be determined according to the information sent by the portable electronic label interaction router 60 of the distributor.
And the box 20 which does not meet the searching requirement continuously keeps the S36 waiting for searching, if the vehicle continuously moves, the searching step is finished, and the box 20 which is not searched returns to the S33 loading and transporting state.
Because the box 20 is provided with a transparent observation surface, the customer can also confirm the receipt after observing, and the low power consumption sleep state is directly delivered by S38 to enter the low power consumption state of S40 customer storage according to the confirmation information sent by the distributor portable electronic label interaction router 60 in the state of not opening the box.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 15-16, the method for charging and discharging the plurality of rechargeable button cells 103 of the active electronic tag 10 according to the present invention includes the following steps:
the solar thin film battery 100 collects and converts solar energy into electric energy, the micro-power charging unit 101 converts the power output by the solar thin film battery 100 into an energy source capable of charging a button lithium battery, and outputs the electric energy to the multi-battery charging management unit 102;
the multi-battery charging management unit 102 starts traversing from a first rechargeable button battery 103 of the rechargeable button batteries 103, checks the electric quantity condition of the first rechargeable button battery 103, determines whether to charge the first rechargeable button battery 103, charges only one rechargeable button battery 103 at a moment, continues traversing the rechargeable button battery 103 which needs to be charged or not after the rechargeable button battery 103 is fully charged, and repeats the charging step;
the multi-battery discharging management unit 104 starts traversing from the first rechargeable button battery 103 of the rechargeable button batteries 103, checks the electric quantity condition, determines whether to use the rechargeable button battery 103 for power supply, only uses one rechargeable button battery 103 for power supply at a moment, and when the electric quantity of the current rechargeable button battery 103 is too low, the multi-battery discharging management unit 104 continues traversing the rechargeable button batteries 103 capable of power supply, and repeats the power supply steps.
The resetting method of the active electronic tag 10 comprises the following steps:
an external magnet is close to the active electronic tag 10, the plastic-packaged reed switch 125 is triggered, the plastic-packaged reed switch 125 sends an electric signal to a reset end of the radio frequency SoC processor 105 through the reset circuit 126, and the radio frequency SoC processor 105 resets the active electronic tag 10.
Example four
Referring to fig. 6-9, on the basis of the third embodiment, the active electronic tag 10 of the present invention includes a housing, and a solar thin film battery 100 and a three-color LED109 that are disposed on a surface of the housing, wherein a tag circuit board 113, a plurality of rechargeable button batteries 103, and a sensor group 108 are disposed in the housing, and the sensor group 108 includes an inclination sensor and an acceleration sensor;
the tag circuit board 113 is provided with a micro-power charging unit 101, a multi-battery charging management unit 102, a multi-battery discharging management unit 104, a super capacitor 111, a reset circuit 126, a plastic packaging reed pipe 125, a radio frequency SoC processor 105 and a radio frequency circuit 106;
preferably, a dielectric antenna 107 is also provided in the housing and connected to the output of the radio frequency circuit 106. The requirements on wireless reliability and efficiency are strict, so that the surface-mounted dielectric antenna 107 is adopted without using a PCB antenna.
Preferably, the rechargeable button cell 103 is mounted on a cell holder soldered on the label circuit board 113.
Preferably, the solar thin film battery 100, the dielectric antenna 107, the sensor group 108, the three-color LED109, the electronic paper screen 110, the multi-battery holder 120 and the unpacking detection unit 112 are all welded to the tag circuit board 113;
preferably, the solar thin film battery 100 is connected to a micro-power mobile phone charging unit, the power output by the solar panel is converted into an energy source capable of charging the charging button cell 103, the starting voltage of the circuit is 500mV, and the circuit part is realized by ADP5090 of Analogue corporation in America.
The solar thin film cell 100 is a part for collecting and converting solar energy into electric energy, generally has a thickness of less than 0.3mm, and can be appropriately enlarged or reduced according to a scene required by a customer, and the thickness and the volume of the electronic tag can be further reduced by using the solar thin film cell 100.
Preferably, the energy output positive electrode and the energy output negative electrode of the micro-power mobile phone charging unit are respectively connected with the energy output positive electrode and the energy output negative electrode of the multi-battery charging management unit 102, the energy output positive electrode of the multi-battery charging management unit 102 is connected with the positive electrodes of the plurality of charging button batteries 103, the negative electrodes of the plurality of charging button batteries 103 are divided into two ports, one port is connected with the energy output negative electrode of the multi-battery charging management unit 102, the other port is connected with the power input negative electrode of the multi-battery discharging management unit 104, and the power input positive electrode of the multi-battery discharging management unit 104 is connected with the positive electrode of the charging button battery 103; the positive electrode of the power output of the multi-battery discharge management unit 104 is connected with the positive electrode of the super capacitor 111, and the negative electrode of the power output of the multi-battery discharge management unit 104 is connected with the negative electrode of the super capacitor 111;

The multi-battery charging management unit 102 determines whether to communicate with one of the negative electrodes of the rechargeable button batteries 103 through an internal comparison circuit, so as to determine whether to charge the rechargeable button batteries.
Preferably, one end of the plastic-packaged reed switch 125 is connected to a ground wire of the radio frequency SoC processor 105, and the other end is connected to a reset end of the radio frequency SoC processor 105 through the reset circuit 126, because various interference conditions can exist in an application field, a TVS is added to the reset end of the radio frequency SoC processor 105, so that reliability is further enhanced, and meanwhile, a 1K ohm resistor is connected in series between the output of the reset circuit 126 and a pin of the reset end, so that static power consumption is further reduced.

preferably, the super capacitor 111 is connected in parallel between the positive power output electrode and the negative power output electrode of the multi-battery discharge management unit 104 and the positive power output electrode and the negative power output electrode of the radio frequency SoC processor 105; the super capacitor 111 provides stable power supply for the radio frequency SoC processor 105, and due to the fact that a large number of vibration links exist in the using process of the tag, the super capacitor 111 can avoid system power supply interruption caused by instant disconnection of the rechargeable button battery 103. Meanwhile, because of the switching time of the multi-battery discharge management unit 104, there is a power interruption below the microsecond level, and the electric energy required by the active electronic tag 10 can be provided by the super capacitor 111. Preferably, the box-opening detection unit 112 includes electrodes fitted to each other provided in the cover-closing pulling lock 205 and the cover-closing fixing lock 204 of the box body 20; when the cover is closed and the locking piece 205 is pulled to be inserted into the cover closing fixing locking piece 204, the electrodes are conducted, so that the purpose of detecting the opening of the box is achieved; an input electrode of the unpacking detection unit 112 is connected to a GPIO output pin of the radio frequency SoC processor 105 through a wire, and an output electrode of the unpacking detection unit 112 is connected to a GPIO input pin of the radio frequency SoC processor 105 through a wire;

Preferably, the electronic paper screen 110 is directly driven by the SPI port of the rf SoC processor 105, and is used for displaying the order information and the box 20 circulation information. Because the power consumption of the electronic paper is extremely low, the electronic paper can be reliably displayed for a long time, and is convenient for a distributor and a final client to check.
Preferably, the housing comprises an upper cover 122 and a lower cover 121, wherein the upper cover 122 is embedded in the lower cover 121, and the lower cover 121 carries the label circuit board 113, the upper cover 122 and the solar energy thin film protection tempering film 123. The upper cover 122 protects the electronic tag; the upper cover 122 is in direct physical contact with the lower cover 121 in the middle of the battery holder 120, thereby bearing the forces during pressing and not transmitting the forces to the battery holder.

Preferably, the multi-battery protection aramid fiber shell 124 is wrapped outside the multi-battery holder 120, the battery holder is completely covered from top to the periphery, the plurality of rechargeable button batteries 103 are protected, secondary noise damage to the tag and the box body 20 after the rechargeable button batteries 103 are damaged after being extruded is avoided, and meanwhile, fire is avoided.

Referring to fig. 11-14, on the basis of the first embodiment, the box body 20 of the present invention includes a rectangular keel frame and box body plates 203 on each side of the rectangular keel frame;
the cuboid keel frame comprises large-surface rectangular keel frames 200 and small end surface cross rods 201 arranged between the large-surface rectangular keel frames 200;
the box body plates 203 at the upper end and the lower end of the box body 20 are respectively a box cover and a box bottom, the edges of the box cover and the box bottom are provided with cover closing pulling locking pieces 205, the large-area rectangular keel frame or the small end surface cross bar 201 is provided with cover closing fixing locking pieces 204 matched with the large-area rectangular keel frame, and the cover closing pulling locking pieces 205 and the cover closing fixing locking pieces 204 are overlapped after the cover is closed, so that the cover closing effect of the box body 20 is realized. Preferably, the two-dimensional code 208 is provided on the outer surface of the case plate 203. A redundant design portion identified for the case 20. The electronic tag can be used for identity recognition after the electronic tag is invalid, and can be pasted or directly sprayed on different surfaces according to business and step requirements.

Preferably, the box body panels 203 are mounted to respective end faces of the box body 20 to form a basic carrier material around the box body 20. The material can be plastic material or metal plate.
