comprises a power vehicle (1), an iron filings recycling device and a multifunctional polishing trolley (6);
a first wheel pair (9) and a second wheel pair (10) are arranged below the power vehicle (1); the scrap iron recycling device and the multifunctional polishing trolley (6) are connected with the power vehicle (1), and the power vehicle (1) drives the scrap iron recycling device and the multifunctional polishing trolley (6) to move;
the multifunctional polishing trolley (6) is used for polishing the steel rail (12);
the scrap iron recycling device is used for recycling scrap iron generated in the polishing process;
the multifunctional polishing trolley (6) comprises a supporting steel plate (21), wherein the supporting steel plate (21) is connected with the power vehicle (1) through a hydraulic lifting arm (22); the supporting steel plate (21) is sequentially provided with a cleaning mechanism (16), a first grinding mechanism (17) and a second grinding mechanism (18) from front to back; the first polishing mechanism (17) and the second polishing mechanism (18) are identical in structure;
the cleaning mechanism (16) comprises a first supporting frame (31), a first reciprocating mechanism (30) and a second reciprocating mechanism (32) are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the first supporting frame (31), and the first reciprocating mechanism (30) and the second reciprocating mechanism (32) have the same structure;
the first reciprocating mechanism (30) comprises a first motor (34), a first crank (37), a rocker (39) and a first brush (29), wherein the first motor (34) is fixed on the first supporting frame (31), one end of the first crank (37) is connected with an output shaft of the first motor (34), the other end of the first crank (37) is connected with one end of the rocker (39), and the other end of the rocker (39) is connected with the first brush (29);
the first polishing mechanism (17) comprises a second supporting frame (43), symmetrical polishing devices are arranged on the left and right sides of the second supporting frame (43), and each polishing device comprises a driving device, a hydraulic telescopic arm and a grinding wheel device; the grinding wheel device comprises a grinding wheel (86), the driving device is used for driving the grinding wheel (86) to rotate,
the hydraulic telescopic arm can control the driving device to be connected with or separated from the grinding wheel device;
the driving device comprises a supporting seat (57), a first transmission shaft (66), a large sheave (62), a small sheave (67) and an air spring shaft (70), wherein a second crank (60) is arranged on the upper side of the supporting seat (57); the support seat (57) is provided with a tensioning seat (55), the position of the tensioning seat (55) can be adjusted, the tensioning seat (55) is provided with a second motor (54), and the second motor (54) is connected with a large sheave (62); the first transmission shaft (66) is connected with a small grooved wheel (67), and the small grooved wheel (67) is connected with an air spring shaft (70); the air spring shaft (70) comprises a shaft seat (71), a second transmission shaft (72) and a sealing bolt (73), and a triangular counter bore is arranged in the output end of the second transmission shaft (72); the large grooved pulley (62) and the small grooved pulley (67) are provided with a high-speed driving belt (61); the other end of the third transmission shaft (81) is triangular and is matched with the triangular counter bore on the second transmission shaft (72).

A multi-functional rail grinding wagon as defined in claim 1, wherein: the grinding wheel device further comprises a third transmission shaft (81) and a lifting shaft seat (80), wherein the third transmission shaft (81) is arranged in the lifting shaft seat (80), a grinding wheel (86) is connected with one end of the third transmission shaft (81), and the other end of the third transmission shaft (81) is connected with the driving device.

A multi-functional rail grinding wagon as defined in claim 5, wherein: the number of the first-stage recovery devices is two, the first-stage recovery devices are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the supporting steel plate (21), the first-stage recovery devices at each side correspond to grinding wheel devices at one side where the first-stage recovery devices are arranged, the suction inlets of the third iron leather pipe (91) and the fourth iron leather pipe (93) respectively correspond to two ends of one housing (79), and the suction inlets of the fifth iron leather pipe (95) and the sixth iron leather pipe (97) respectively correspond to two ends of the other housing (79).
