The traction motor vehicle 1 and the traction motor vehicle 2 work on the same principle. According to the grinding power requirement, the whole vehicle can realize four-axis or eight-axis driving.

According to the grinding power requirement, the whole vehicle can realize four-axis or eight-axis driving.
Emergency working condition (when the contact net can not take electricity): according to actual conditions, the emergency working conditions can be divided into emergency running, emergency polishing and towed polishing working conditions.
Emergency running working condition: the emergency engine 121 → the emergency generator 122 → the converter 132 → the traction motor → the gear box drives the wheel to rotate, so as to realize the high-speed running of the equipment.
Emergency polishing condition: four-shaft power traction grinding of the No. 1 power tractor is achieved through the emergency engine 121 and the emergency generator 122. And meanwhile, supplying power to the grinding system by a current transformer (322) → an isolation transformer (36) → the grinding operation of the grinding operation vehicle and the grinding unit.
The working condition of the traction and grinding operation is as follows: the grinding operation is carried out on a non-electrified railway, the emergency engine 121 and the emergency generator 122 of the power tractor 1 are started through traction of the internal combustion locomotive, and power consumption of a grinding system of the grinding operation vehicle is provided through the isolation transformer 17 and the converter 132.
The emergency working condition is that when the contact net can not take electricity, the emergency engine can be used for single-machine four-axis power traction and grinding after being started, and can also be used for emergency traction of a generator, or used for emergency grinding by a generator pulled by other vehicles.
And (3) maintenance mode: in the parking maintenance mode or in the workshop maintenance mode, the auxiliary generator set 15 or an external power supply can supply power for the auxiliary system and the grinding operation system.
A coupling operation mode: the traction system and the polishing operation system are all closed, and only the shaft temperature monitoring device is kept to normally operate; secondly, because the traction motor can not be separated from the axle gear box, the traction motor can be dragged in the process of continuous operation, in order to ensure the operation safety, the temperature of the traction motor can be monitored, and the alarm prompt is immediately given when the temperature exceeds the set temperature.

As shown in fig. 5, the main circuit block diagram of the electric traction system and the power supply system is composed of a traction converter, a catenary power-taking device, a traction motor, an emergency generator set, a super capacitor, a bidirectional DC/DC module, an auxiliary isolation transformer and an alternating current power distribution cabinet.
The contact net gets electricity and pulls and walks capable major loop: the pantograph → the net side cabinet → the main transformer → the four-quadrant rectifier module → the inverter module → the traction motor, so as to realize the traction and walking control of the equipment.
The contact net gets the electric auxiliary power main loop: the pantograph → the net side cabinet → the main transformer → the four-quadrant rectifier module → the auxiliary power supply inversion module → the isolation transformer → the alternating current power distribution cabinet, so as to realize the power supply of the auxiliary load of the equipment and the polishing operation system.
The emergency generator set supplies power to pull a walking main loop: the emergency generator set → the three-phase rectifier module → the inverter module → the traction motor, and the emergency traction and walking control of the equipment is realized.
Pass the incessant power supply major loop of neutral section operation system of polishing: the super capacitor → the bidirectional DC/DC module → the auxiliary power supply inversion module → the isolation transformer → the alternating current power distribution cabinet, so that the uninterrupted power supply operation of the polishing operation system is realized when the equipment passes through a contact network phase splitting section.

5. A high efficiency rail preventative grinding operation vehicle as set forth in claim 1 wherein dust in said dust collection bin is collectively exhausted to the exterior of the vehicle via said auger delivery and ash discharge system.
6. A high efficiency rail preventative grinding work vehicle as set forth in claim 1 wherein said front and rear driven trucks are non-drive trucks.
7. A high efficiency rail preventative grinding work vehicle as claimed in claim 1 wherein said grinding unit consists of at least one set of grinding carriages.
8. A high efficiency rail preventative grinding operation vehicle as claimed in claim 7 wherein the grinding carriage is comprised of lift/lower rams, frames, grinding unit travel means, lift/lower and swing means, grinding beams, grinding wheel banks, dust extraction dust baffles, hydraulic pump stations and sensors.
9. A high efficiency rail preventative grinding work vehicle as set forth in claim 8 wherein said lift/lower cylinder is connected at an upper end to the frame and at a lower end to the frame.
10. A high-efficiency preventive rail maintenance device comprising a tractor and at least one high-efficiency preventive rail grinding work vehicle 2 according to claim 1.
