Description

Tobacco shred, bead-exploded cigarette and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tobacco products, and particularly relates to tobacco shreds, a bead-blasting cigarette and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The main tobacco raw material of the tobacco shreds in the traditional cigarette is common tobacco leaves, a small amount of tobacco raw materials such as reconstituted tobacco leaves, cut stems, expanded tobacco and the like can be added for controlling the content of harmful substances such as tar, nicotine and the like, and meanwhile, tobacco essence can also be added for adjusting the smoking taste of the cigarette. The traditional cigarette flavoring process is to add tobacco essence into tobacco shreds; however, the chemical stability of the tobacco essence is poor, and the tobacco essence is easy to generate chemical changes in the processes of production, storage and transportation, so that the tobacco essence is easy to generate high-temperature cracking and generate a plurality of unknown substances and gases along with the complex combustion process of tobacco shreds, and the coordination and matching of the tobacco essence and the aroma substances contained in the tobacco raw materials are influenced.
The heating of the non-combustion tobacco product is mainly to add tobacco essence into tobacco raw materials, and evaporate and atomize essence components at low temperature (non-combustion temperature), thereby reducing the generation of harmful substances. However, since the heating temperature for heating the non-combustion tobacco product is far lower than the combustion temperature, the heating of the non-combustion tobacco product has a larger gap in both sensory quality and smoking mode compared with the traditional cigarette, and is not widely accepted by consumers.
The bead-blasting cigarette belongs to a novel cigarette. As shown in figure 1, the bead-exploded cigarette is prepared by adding tobacco essence into a filter stick of the cigarette in bead-exploded form, breaking the bead-exploded form before or during smoking to release the essence, and delivering the smoke generated by combustion of tobacco shreds to oral cavity along with the flavor released by essence evaporation. Because the bead-blasting cigarette integrates the respective characteristics of the traditional cigarette and the heated non-combustion tobacco product, the bead-blasting cigarette is developed and used more and more. However, the existing bead-exploded cigarettes still adopt a large amount of tobacco raw materials to manufacture tobacco shreds so as to ensure the sensory quality of smoking of the bead-exploded cigarettes, which causes the cigarettes to generate a large amount of harmful substances such as tar, nicotine and the like in the smoking process, and affects the health of cigarette consumers.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a popped bead cigarette with a low release amount of harmful substances and a guaranteed sensory quality during smoking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a tobacco shred, and the bead-exploded cigarette manufactured by the tobacco shred has low release amount of harmful substances and good sensory quality. On the basis, the invention also provides a bead-blasting cigarette and a preparation method thereof.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, wherein:
the term "bead contents" refers to the substances contained within the bead.
The term "tobacco flavor" refers to flavors specifically used in the tobacco industry.
The term "nicotine", also known as "nicotine", has the molecular formula C10H14N2. The content of a special alkaloid contained in tobacco leaves is about 1-2% in the tobacco leaves, and the content is gradually increased from the bottom leaves to the top leaves. After baking, the content is greatly reduced, and the smoke smell tends to be mellow.
The term "basis weight" refers to the mass (i.e., weight) of tobacco shreds per square meter, in g/m2It is expressed that the measurement can be carried out under the conditions of standard temperature and humidity in accordance with the regulations of the national standard GB 451-79.
The term "burst wall material" refers to the outer wall that surrounds the contents of the burst.
The term "pulping" refers to mechanically treating fibers with pulping equipment to change the shape and physical properties of the fibers to achieve the desired characteristics for papermaking and to meet different quality requirements.
The term "wet weight" is a pulping and papermaking industry term and refers to a parameter that indirectly represents the average length of the fiber, reflecting the morphology of the fiber. The measurement method includes a frame method, a microscope method, and the like. Generally, the smaller the wet weight, the shorter the average length of the fibers; the greater the wet weight, the longer the average length of the fibers.
The term "softwood fiber" refers to the fiber of evergreen or deciduous coniferous wood, also known as softwood pulp fiber.
The term "hardwood fibers" refers to fibers of hardwood trees, also known as hardwood pulp fibers.
The term "tobacco stem" refers to the coarse and hard veins of tobacco leaves, which account for about 25% to 30% of the weight of the leaf.
The term "coarseness" refers to the mass (mg) of oven-dried fiber per 100 meters of length.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the bead-exploded cigarette made of the cut tobacco has low release amount of harmful substances, does not change the main body style during smoking, and keeps good sensory quality.
