本发明涉及一种杀虫组合物,尤其是一种含氟氯虫双酰胺与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的组合物,属于农药复配技术领域。
背景技术
农作物病虫害是我国的主要农业灾害之一,它具有种类多、影响大、并时常暴发成灾的特点,其发生范围和严重程度对我国国民经济、特别是农业生产常造成重大损失。我国农作物常见的有以下种类的病虫害:稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟、甜菜夜蛾、小菜蛾、稻飞虱、白粉病、玉米螟、棉铃虫、小麦锈病、棉蚜、稻纹枯病、稻瘟病、麦蚜、麦红蜘蛛、蝗虫、麦类赤霉病等,已成为严重影响我国农业生产的重大病虫害,由于长期使用化学农药防治,导致害虫对多种化学杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性,防治效果显著下降,使得农民不得不加大用药量以提高防效,但是又降低了农产品的安全性。
氟氯虫双酰胺作为我公司自主创新开发的一种新化合物,属苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,能高效激活昆虫鱼尼丁(肌肉)受体进而过度释放细胞内钙库中的钙离子,导致昆虫瘫痪死亡。对鳞翅目害虫的幼虫活性高,杀虫谱广,持效性好。该有效成分表现出对哺乳动物和害虫鱼尼丁受体极显著的选择性差异,大大提高了对哺乳动物和其他脊椎动物的安全性。
拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂能够抑制昆虫神经轴突部位的传导,对昆虫具有趋避、击倒及毒杀的作用,杀虫谱广,活性较高,低残留等优点,近30年来应用日益普遍。除防治农业害虫外,并在防治蔬菜、果树害虫等方面取得较好的效果。
在农业生产的实际生产过程中,防治害虫最容易产生的问题是害虫抗药性的产生。不同作用机理的成分进行复配,是防治抗性害虫很常见的方法。不同成分进行复配,根据实际应用效果,来判断某种复配是增效、加和还是拮抗作用,但通常情况下得到的都是具有拮抗作用的复配配方,具有加和作用的复配配方就很少,而增效作用非常明显、共毒系数很高的复配就更少了。经发明人研究,发现将氟氯虫双酰胺与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂复配后能产生很好的增效作用,并且关于氟氯虫双酰胺与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂复配的相关报道尚未公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好、持效期长的含氟氯虫双酰胺与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的组合物。
本发明提出的一种含氟氯虫双酰胺与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的杀虫组合物,有效活性成分为活性成分A与活性成分B,活性成分A与活性成分B重量比为1:80~80:1,所述的活性成分A选自氟氯虫双酰胺,活性成分B选自拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂中的一种;

本发明的优点:
1)所述的组合物在一定配比范围内表现出明显的增效作用,提高了对害虫的防治效果;
2)所述的组合物在应用中可降低化合物的使用剂量,从而降低使用成本,减少环境污染;
3)所述的组合物中各有效成分作用机理不同,不存在交互抗性的问题,可延缓害虫的抗药性的发生,并提高防治效果、持效期长。

下面结合实施例,更具体地说明本发明的内容。本发明的实施并不局限于下列实施例,对本发明所处的任何实行上的变通或改变都落入本发明保护范围。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:30%氟氯虫双酰胺·高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油(15:15)
配方:15%氟氯虫双酰胺,15%高效氯氟氰菊酯,5%农乳NP-15,2%农乳700#,12%二甲基苯酰胺,二甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将活性成分氟氯虫双酰胺和高效氯氟氰菊酯加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,在搅拌混合釜中搅拌混合均匀即可形成乳油制剂。
实施例2:10%氟氯虫双酰胺·氯氰菊酯乳油(8:2)
配方:8%氟氯虫双酰胺,2%氯氰菊酯,5%农乳500#,3%农乳700#,1%壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,三甲基环己酮补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例3:20%氟氯虫双酰胺·氟氯氰菊酯乳油(15:5)
配方:15%氟氯虫双酰胺,5%氟氯氰菊酯,4%三乙醇胺盐、5%农乳400#,二甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例4:27%氟氯虫双酰胺·联苯菊酯乳油(25:2)
配方:25%氟氯虫双酰胺,2%联苯菊酯,4%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,5%蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,二甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例5:6%氟氯虫双酰胺·高效氯氟氰菊酯悬浮剂(2:4)
配方:2%氟氯虫双酰胺,4%高效氯氟氰菊酯,3%十二烷基硫酸钠,5%拉开粉BX,4%木质素磺酸盐,2%黄原胶,2%硅酸镁铝,4%尿素,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分氟氯虫双酰胺和高效氯氟氰菊酯、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂。
实施例6:25%氟氯虫双酰胺·氯氰菊酯悬浮剂(15:10)
配方:15%氟氯虫双酰胺,10%氯氰菊酯,3%十二烷基硫酸钠,2%拉开粉BX,4%木质素磺酸盐%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐,3%黄原胶,5%尿素,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例7:20%氟氯虫双酰胺·氟氯氰菊酯悬浮剂(15:5)
配方:15%氟氯虫双酰胺,5%氟氯氰菊酯,4%十二烷基硫酸钠,2%拉开粉BX,5%木质素磺酸盐,6%黄原胶,2%硅酸镁铝,6%丙二醇,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例8:30%氟氯虫双酰胺·联苯菊酯悬浮剂(22:8)
配方:22%氟氯虫双酰胺,8%联苯菊酯,%十二烷基硫酸钠,%拉开粉BX,%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐,3%硅酸镁铝,5%黄原胶;6%尿素,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例9:33%氟氯虫双酰胺·高效氯氟氰菊酯水分散粒剂(25:8)
配方:25%氟氯虫双酰胺,8%高效氯氟氰菊酯,5%聚羧酸盐,6%木质素磺酸盐,2%十二烷基硫酸钠,5%氯化铝,高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分氟氯虫双酰胺和高效氯氟氰菊酯加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得水分散粒剂制剂。
实施例10:10%氟氯虫双酰胺·高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂(1:9)
配方:1%氟氯虫双酰胺,9%高效氯氟氰菊酯,12%甲苯,10%农乳500#,6%农乳400#,6%乙二醇,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将活性成分氟氯虫双酰胺和高效氯氟氰菊酯与溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水、抗冻剂、抗微生物剂等其他的农药助剂混合在一起成均匀的水相;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,缓缓加水直至达到转相点,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,并加入剩余的水,剪切约半小时,形成水乳剂制剂。
实施例11:16%氟氯虫双酰胺·氯氰菊酯水乳剂(15:1)
配方:15%氟氯虫双酰胺,1%氯氰菊酯,9%二甲苯,11%农乳500#,4%农乳400#,5%丙二醇,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例12:5.6%氟氯虫双酰胺·联苯菊酯水乳剂(5:0.6)
配方:5%氟氯虫双酰胺,0.6%联苯菊酯,11%甲苯,10%农乳500#,6%农乳700#,8%尿素,去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例13:15%氟氯虫双酰胺·高效氯氟氰菊酯可湿性粉剂(12:3)
配方:12%氟氯虫双酰胺,3%高效氯氟氰菊酯,30%拉开粉BX,3%木质素磺酸盐,高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分氟氯虫双酰胺和高效氯氟氰菊酯加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后再混合制得可湿性粉剂制剂。
实施例14:5%氟氯虫双酰胺·氯氰菊酯可湿性粉剂(3:2)
配方:3%氟氯虫双酰胺,2%氯氰菊酯,20%十二烷基硫酸钠,2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐,高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例15:55%氟氯虫双酰胺·联苯菊酯可湿性粉剂(5:50)
配方:5%氟氯虫双酰胺,50%联苯菊酯,20%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,5%聚羧酸盐,高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
实施例16:9%氟氯虫双酰胺·氯氰菊酯可分散油悬浮剂(7:2)
配方:7%氟氯虫双酰胺,2%氯氰菊酯,10%农乳500#,10%农乳400#,7%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,大豆油补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分氟氯虫双酰胺和氯氰菊酯、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加油混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得可分散油悬浮剂制剂。
实施例17:12%氟氯虫双酰胺·氟氯氰菊酯可分散油悬浮剂(6:6)
配方:6%氟氯虫双酰胺,6%氟氯氰菊酯,11%农乳700#,9%壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,7%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,大豆油补足余量。
制备方法:同上。
室内生物活性测定
实施例18:含氟氯虫双酰胺的组合物对小菜蛾的协同作用测定。
靶标:小菜蛾(plutella xylostella),二龄幼虫。
试验方法:依据NY/T1154.14-2008《农药室内生测测定试验准则浸叶法》,将温室栽培的甘蓝叶浸入待测药剂溶液中,10s后取出晾干,置于培养品中,接入试虫20头,每处理重复4次。将处理后的试虫置于观察室内,定期观察试虫反应。48小时检查试虫死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死亡虫数。
供试药剂为:氟氯虫双酰胺原药、高效氯氟氰菊酯原药、氯氰菊酯原药、氟氯氰菊酯原药、联苯菊酯原药。
计算方法:根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率,按下列公式计算,计算结果保留小数点后两位。

P:死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
K:表示死亡虫数,单位为头;
N:表示处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1:校正死亡率,单位为%;
Pt:处理死亡率,单位为%;
P0:空白对照死亡率,单位为%;
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%-20%之间,应按照公式(2)进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,则试验需要重做。
统计分析:
依据NY/T1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则 混配的联合作用测定》。
利用数据处理系统DPS等软件进行分析,计算各药剂的LC50值和r值(标准误差)等值,及其95%置信限。

ATI:混配制剂实测毒力指数;
S:标准药剂的LC50,单位为mg/L;
M:混配制剂的LC50,单位为mg/L。

TTI:混配制剂毒力指数;
TIA:A药剂毒力指数;
PA:A药剂在混配制剂中的百分含量,单位为%;
TIB:B药剂毒力指数;
PB:B药剂在混配制剂中的百分含量,单位为%。

CTC:共毒系数;
ATI:混配制剂实测毒力指数;
TTI:混配制剂毒力指数。
A为氟氯虫双酰胺;B选自高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯中的一种。
复配制剂的共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

Claims (4)
1.一种含氟氯虫双酰胺与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的组合物,其特征在于:该组合物含有两种活性成分,活性成分A为氟氯虫双酰胺,活性成分B为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,活性成分B为氟氯氰菊酯,所述的氟氯虫双酰胺与氟氯氰菊酯重量比为1:30~30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:氟氯虫双酰胺与氟氯氰菊酯重量比为1:10~5:1。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于:该组合物被制成乳油、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的组合物用于防治小菜蛾。
