the two groups of soft scraper coaters (4) coat coating layers with the same coating amount on transfer base paper;
the soft scraper coater (4) comprises a feeding system and a metering system, the metering system comprises a knife beam (6) rotationally connected with the rack (1) and a pneumatic tire (7) for driving the knife beam (6) to move, and a coating knife (8) for adjusting the coating layer is movably arranged on the knife beam (6);
the two coating layers are coated on the paper surface for two times under the action of the two groups of coating knives (8);
the coating amount of the coating layer is 3-5g/m 2;
