本申请实施例提供一种数据传输方法及设备,涉及通信技术领域,能够解决DMRS符号在子帧包括的OFDM符号中占据的比例大,造成的资源浪费的问题。该方法包括:网络设备接收N个终端设备以时分复用TDM方式发送的上行数据,上行数据包括N个终端设备中每个终端设备的解调参考信号DMRS,N个终端设备共享目标OFDM符号,目标OFDM符号用于传输每个终端设备的解调参考信号DMRS,N≥2;网络设备根据每个终端设备的DMRS,对每个终端设备的上行信道进行信道估计,以解析得到与每个终端设备对应的上行数据。
