本发明公开了一种通信方法、终端设备和网络设备,能够降低丢包风险,提高用户体验。该方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于调度所述终端设备的第一上行传输;所述终端设备接收所述网络设备发送的物理层信令,所述物理层信令用于指示所述终端设备舍弃或暂停所述第一上行传输,或者所述物理层信令用于修改所述第一上行传输的配置参数;所述终端设备根据所述物理层信令,执行对所述第一上行传输的处理。
