一种电连接器,其包括金属外壳及安装于所述金属外壳内的电路板,所述金属外壳包括基部、自所述基部向前延伸的对接舌板以及沿前后方向贯穿所述基部并延伸至所述对接舌板内的收容腔,所述对接舌板定义有相对的两个对接面,所述电路板收容于所述收容腔,所述对接舌板设有自其对接面连通收容腔的至少两个开口以及位于相邻的两个开口之间的定位肋,所述定位肋延伸入所述收容腔,所述电路板设有贯穿其前端的定位槽及位于其表面的若干接触导电片,所述定位肋定位于所述定位槽内,所述接触导电片裸露于开口而暴露于所述对接舌板。本发明在金属外壳设置定位肋不但可以定位电路板还可以起到加强筋的作用,提升金属外壳的强度。

电连接器及其组件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器及其组件,尤其涉及一种可满足多次插拔的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型第203631874号专利公开了一种电连接器,其包括导电外壳、收容于导电外壳内的端子模组及屏蔽件,所述导电外壳包括向前延伸的对接部及自导电外壳后端面凹设的容置腔,对接部设有相对的两个对接面,端子模组固定于容置腔后注塑塑胶材料以填充相应空间,塑胶材料密封端子模组使得塑胶材料与对接部的对接面平齐,但是,因为导电外壳为内空结构,导致导电外壳强度较差且插拔时容易磨损。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种可满足多次插拔的电连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电连接器,其包括金属外壳及安装于所述金属外壳内的电路板,所述金属外壳包括基部、自所述基部向前延伸的对接舌板以及沿前后方向贯穿所述基部并延伸至所述对接舌板内的收容腔,所述对接舌板定义有相对的两个对接面,所述电路板收容于所述收容腔,所述对接舌板设有自其对接面连通收容腔的至少两个开口以及位于相邻的两个开口之间的定位肋,所述定位肋延伸入所述收容腔,所述电路板设有贯穿其前端的定位槽及位于其表面的若干接触导电片,所述定位肋定位于所述定位槽内,所述接触导电片裸露于开口而暴露于所述对接舌板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明还可以采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器组件,其包括电连接器及与所述电连接器连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板设有对接部,所述电连接器包括金属外壳及安装于所述金属外壳内的电路板,所述金属外壳包括基部、自所述基部向前延伸的对接舌板以及沿前后方向贯穿所述基部并延伸至所述对接舌板内的收容腔,所述对接舌板定义有相对的两个对接面,所述电路板收容于所述收容腔,所述对接舌板设有自其对接面连通收容腔的至少两个开口以及位于相邻的两个开口之间的定位肋,所述定位肋延伸入所述收容腔,所述电路板设有贯穿其前端的定位槽、位于其表面的若干接触导电片及位于所述接触导电片后方并与所述柔性电路板的对接部接触的连接导电片,所述定位肋定位于所述定位槽内,所述接触导电片裸露于开口而暴露于所述对接舌板。
与现有技术相比,本电连接器通过在金属外壳设置定位肋不但可以定位电路板,还可以起到加强筋的作用,提升金属外壳的强度。

【具体实施方式】
参考图1及图2所示,本发明电连接器组件1000包括电连接器100及与所述电连接器100连接的柔性电路板200。所述电连接器100包括金属外壳1、安装于所述金属外壳1内的电路板2以及注塑成型在所述金属外壳1前端的绝缘块3。结合图4所示,所述柔性电路板200包括对接部201及自所述对接部201向后延伸的延伸部202。所述对接部201的表面设有若干横向排布的导电金属片203。
结合图3及图4所示,所述金属外壳1是通过金属粉末射出成型(MetalInjectionMolding,MIM),其包括基部11、自所述基部11向前延伸的对接舌板12以及沿前后方向贯穿所述基部11并延伸至所述对接舌板12的收容腔13。所述基部11的横向两端分别设有贯穿其前后相对两端面的椭圆形安装孔111。所述基部11在其后端与所述收容腔13交汇处设有倾斜的导引面112。所述对接舌板12定义有相对的两个对接面121。所述对接舌板12包括自其对接面121并与所述收容腔13连通的三个开口122以及分别位于相邻的两个开口122之间的一对定位肋123。所述三个开口122横向并排设置,位于中间的开口122在横向方向上的宽度大于位于两侧的开口122在横向方向上的宽度。所述定位肋123连接两对接面121并延伸入所述收容腔13。所述金属外壳1在所述开口122的边缘设有倾斜的坡面部124,所述坡面部124的内边缘与所述电路板2的表面抵接,所述坡面部124的外边缘与所述对接舌板的对接面121连接。所述金属外壳1的前端设有横梁125,所述横梁125连接所述开口122的横向两端及所述定位肋123从而使得所述开口122在前后方向上封闭。所述横梁125包括本体部1251及自所述本体部1251的顶面、底面分别沿竖直方向朝向内部凹陷的凹槽1252。
所述电路板2收容于所述收容腔13内,所述电路板2可以是两块子电路板上下组装形成,也可以是一块内含多层的整板。所述电路板2包括分别设置于上、下两个表面前部的若干横向并排设置的接触导电片21、位于所述接触导电片21后方的接地导电片22以及位于所述接地导电片22后方的连接导电片23。所述电路板2定义有前端面,所述电路板还包括贯穿其前端面的定位槽24,所述定位肋123定位于所述定位槽24内从而将所述电路板21在横向方向上定位于所述金属外壳1内。所述定位槽24将所述电路板2的前部分为与所述三个开口122对应的三个区域。位于中间区域的接触导电片21的尺寸小于位于两侧区域的接触导电片21的尺寸。两侧区域中分别设置有三个并排设置的接触导电片21。所述接地导电片22位于所述接触导电片21的后方且分别位于三个区域内。所述电路板2的其中一个表面的所述接地导电片22为九个并排设置的矩形状导电片,所述三个区域每个区域内设置三个接地导电片22。位于中间区域的三个接地导电片22的横向宽度大于位于两侧的接地导电片22的横向宽度。所述电路板2的另一个表面的接地导电片22为三个横向并排设置的长条状导电片,所述三个区域每个区域内设置一个接地导电片22。位于中间区域的接地导电片22的横向尺寸大于位于两侧区域的接地导电片22的横向尺寸。所述电路板2在所述接地导电片22上覆盖有一层锡膏(未图示),通过高温熔化后与所述收容腔13的内壁面电性连接固定,从而将所述电路板2与所述金属外壳1固定在一起并形成接地回路。所述电连接器100通过连接导电片23与所述柔性电路板200的导电金属片203连接,所述柔性电路板200的对接部201收容于所述收容腔13内。在本实施例中,所述电路板2是完全收容于所述收容腔内,当然,在其他实施例中,所述电路板2也可以向后延伸出所述基部11,所述连接导电片23设置于所述电路板2的延伸出基部的那部分从而在所述金属外壳1的外侧与所述柔性电路板200连接。
所述绝缘块3注塑成型包覆所述本体部1251并填充所述凹槽1252。所述绝缘块3注塑成型在金属外壳1的前端而被所述定位肋123分为三段,中间的一段的横向尺寸大于两侧的横向尺寸。所述绝缘块3具有包括两个光滑的曲面部31以及连接两个曲面部31的前端面32及后端面33。所述曲面部31与所述电路板2的表面连接。所述电路板2的前端面抵接于所述绝缘块3的后端面33。
以下将结合图1至图4简述所述电连接器组件1000的制造流程:
(1)金属粉末射出成型一金属外壳1,所述金属外壳1包括基部11、自所述基部11向前延伸的对接舌板12以及贯穿所述基部11并延伸至所述对接舌板12内的收容腔13,所述对接舌板12设有相对的两个对接面121及贯穿所述对接面121并与所述收容腔13连通的至少两个开口122以及位于相邻的两个开口122之间的定位肋,所述金属外壳1在其前端设有连接所述开口122两侧的横梁125;
(2)在所述金属外壳1的前端注塑绝缘材料而形成包覆所述横梁125的绝缘块3;
(3)提供一电路板2,所述电路板2的上、下两表面分别设有接触导电片21、位于所述接触导电片21后方的接地导电片22以及位于所述接地导电片22后方的连接导电片23;
(4)提供一对柔性电路板200,所述柔性电路板200设有对接部201;
(5)将所述柔性电路板200的对接部201与所述电路板2的连接导电片23焊接固定;
(6)在所述接地导电片22上刷覆一层锡膏,将所述电路板2组装至所述金属外壳1的收容腔13内,所述锡膏高温熔化从而将所述电路板2与所述金属外壳1连接固定,从而形成完整的电连接器组件1000。
与现有技术相比,本电连接器100的金属外壳1设置有定位肋1不但可以定位电路板2,还可以起到加强筋的作用,从而提升金属外壳1的强度,同时在金属外壳1的前端包覆一层绝缘块3,从而提升电连接器组件1000的整体插拔强度,满足多次插拔需求、提升电连接器组件1000的使用寿命。

1.一种电连接器,其包括金属外壳及安装于所述金属外壳内的电路板,所述金属外壳包括基部、自所述基部向前延伸的对接舌板以及沿前后方向贯穿所述基部并延伸至所述对接舌板内的收容腔,所述对接舌板设有相对的两个对接面,所述电路板收容于所述收容腔,其特征在于:所述对接舌板设有自其对接面连通收容腔的至少两个开口以及位于相邻的两个开口之间的定位肋,所述定位肋延伸入所述收容腔,所述电路板设有贯穿其前端的定位槽及位于其表面的若干接触导电片,所述定位肋定位于所述定位槽内,所述接触导电片裸露于开口而暴露于所述对接舌板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干接触导电片横向排列在所述电路板的前部,所述电路板还包括位于所述接触导电片后方的接地导电片及位于所述接地导电片后方的连接导电片,所述接地导电片为若干横向排列的矩形导电片或连续的长条状导电片。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接地导电片上覆盖有一层锡膏,所述电路板通过锡膏高温熔化从而与所述收容腔的内壁面电连接固定。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器通过所述连接导电片与一柔性电路板连接,所述柔性电路板包括与所述连接导电片焊接的对接部,所述对接部收容于所述收容腔内。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳的前端设有横梁,所述横梁连接所述开口的横向两端及所述定位肋从而使得所述开口在前后方向上封闭。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括注塑成型包覆所述横梁的绝缘块,所述绝缘块具有后端面,所述电路板的前端抵接所述绝缘块的后端面。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述横梁包括本体部及自所述本体部的相对两侧朝向内部凹陷的凹槽,所述绝缘块包覆所述本体部并填充所述凹槽。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部在其后端於所述收容腔交汇处设有倾斜的导引面。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳在所述开口的边缘处设有倾斜的坡面部,所述坡面部的内边缘与所述电路板的表面抵接,所述坡面部的外边缘与所述对接舌板的表面连接。
10.一种电连接器组件,其包括电连接器及与所述电连接器连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板设有对接部,所述电连接器包括金属外壳及安装于所述金属外壳内的电路板,所述金属外壳包括基部、自所述基部向前延伸的对接舌板以及沿前后方向贯穿所述基部并延伸至所述对接舌板内的收容腔,所述对接舌板设有相对的两个对接面,所述电路板收容于所述收容腔,其特征在于:所述对接舌板设有自其对接面连通收容腔的至少两个开口以及位于相邻的两个开口之间的定位肋,所述定位肋延伸入所述收容腔,所述电路板设有贯穿其前端的定位槽、位于其表面的若干接触导电片及位于所述接触导电片后方并与所述柔性电路板的对接部接触的连接导电片,所述定位肋定位于所述定位槽内,所述接触导电片裸露于开口而暴露于所述对接舌板。
