Abstract
The invention discloses a melamine resin for preventing fingerprints and a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-fingerprint melamine resin is prepared by the following preparation method: 1) adding emulsion extinction resin, formaldehyde solution, polyethylene glycol, melamine and water into a reaction kettle, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained reaction liquid to 8.8-9.2; 2) heating the reaction solution, and adding caprolactam into the reaction solution when the reaction solution becomes clear; 3) carrying out heat preservation reaction, sampling and testing the end point of the fog point, and stopping heating; 4) and adjusting the pH value to 8.0-8.7, discharging, and standing to obtain the anti-fingerprint melamine resin. The application of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin is also disclosed. The melamine resin disclosed by the invention has the function of preventing fingerprints, and when the melamine resin is applied to decorative adhesive film paper, the influence of the fingerprints can be eliminated, so that the decorative material keeps an attractive effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to melamine resin, in particular to anti-fingerprint melamine resin and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard and aesthetic sense of people, the consumption trend is changing continuously, and many consumers require fashionable, personalized and magnificent home decoration materials and environment-friendly, clean, safe and high-quality materials. More than 80% of household products in the market are decorative artificial board materials. In the artificial board surface decorating material, the decorating adhesive film paper is one of the decorating materials with the largest component accounting for the total consumption of the decorating materials in the world. The decorative adhesive film paper is made of special titanium powder paper through printing, impregnation and pressing. The artificial board is decorated with the decorative adhesive film paper, so that various defects on the surface of the artificial board can be covered and eliminated, and the artificial board has a fresh, elegant, harmonious and beautiful appearance.
The melamine impregnated bond paper is a bond paper with surface decoration treatment, which is a bond paper with certain resin content and volatile matter content, which is obtained by impregnating plain base paper or printing decorative paper with amino resin (melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin) and drying to a certain degree, and can be mutually glued or glued with an artificial board substrate through hot pressing. In the aspect of hot pressing, different steel plates are selected, and resin layers of the melamine impregnated bond paper are thermally cured into different shapes, such as: high gloss, matte, super matte, pitted surface, deep relief, etc. The decorative product pressed and pasted by the highlight steel plate has light pollution, while the decorative product pressed and pasted by the matte and super-matte steel plate not only eliminates the light pollution, but also has a sandy granular feeling in touch. However, the decorative surface can be contacted by both hands of people frequently, thereby a finger print is formed on the decorative surface, if a high-gloss product is adopted, the finger print is easy to eliminate, the attractiveness of the decorative material is not influenced, but on the matte and super-matte products, the moisture and oil stains in the finger print are easy to fill in the matte and super-matte convex-concave surfaces, so that the matte effect is locally lost, a reflector is formed, the moisture and oil stains in the convex-concave surfaces are also difficult to eliminate, the obvious finger print influences the attractiveness of the decorative material from the reflection angle, people hope to eliminate the influence of the fingerprint on the decoration, the fingerprint cannot be transferred or attached, the decorative surface is kept in a non-staining state, and the melamine resin coated ink layer can fully embody the attractiveness and gorgeous effects. The finger print contains water, inorganic salts, urea, oil, etc. A large amount of dust, bacteria and the like are bred after being attached to the decorative surface for a long time, and the bacteria are easily introduced to the human body through repeated contact of hands and the decorative surface. The melamine impregnated bond paper is hot-pressed on a base material through a matte and super-matte steel plate, and a film on the final surface has matte and super-matte effects. The light pollution is reduced, the comfortable frosted touch is increased, but the fingerprint is difficult to eliminate.
Today, anti-fingerprint technology has been applied to the industries of electronics, glass, metal and the like, but has not been applied to the furniture decoration industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that fingerprint printing of melamine impregnated bond paper in the prior art is difficult to eliminate, the invention aims to provide an anti-fingerprint melamine resin and a preparation method and application thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of anti-fingerprint melamine resin comprises the following steps:
1) adding 140-180 parts by mass of emulsion-like extinction resin, 450-500 parts by mass of formaldehyde solution, 30-50 parts by mass of polyethylene glycol, 380-420 parts by mass of melamine and 80-150 parts by mass of water into a reaction kettle, and adjusting the pH of the obtained reaction liquid to 8.8-9.2;
2) heating the reaction solution, and adding 40-80 parts by mass of caprolactam into the reaction solution when the reaction solution becomes clear;
3) carrying out heat preservation reaction, sampling and testing the end point of the fog point, and stopping heating;
4) adjusting the pH value to 8.0-8.7, discharging, and standing to obtain the anti-fingerprint melamine resin;
in the step 1), the preparation method of the emulsion extinction resin comprises the following steps: adding 20-40 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol resin, 0.5-2 parts by mass of dispersing agent and 50-200 parts by mass of water into a dispersion machine for mixing, adding 10-30 parts by mass of matting powder, and stirring and dispersing to obtain the emulsion matting resin.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the emulsion-like matting resin, the matting powder is silicon dioxide matting powder; more preferably, in the matting powder, the silica has a particle diameter of 4.5 to 5 μm and a porosity of 1.8 to 2.0 mL/g.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the emulsion extinction resin, the dispersing agent is polyolefin grafted maleic anhydride; further preferably, the dispersant is one or two of polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the emulsion extinction resin, the stirring speed is 1200 r/min-1600 r/min, and the dispersion time is 30 min-40 min.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the emulsion extinction resin, the mass parts of the raw materials are as follows: 25-35 parts of polyvinyl alcohol resin, 0.8-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 80-120 parts of water and 15-25 parts of matting powder.
Preferably, in step 1) of the preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin, the used raw materials are as follows: 145-160 parts of emulsion extinction resin, 470-490 parts of formaldehyde solution, 35-45 parts of polyethylene glycol, 385-400 parts of melamine and 100-120 parts of water.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin, in the step 1), the mass concentration of the formaldehyde solution is 35-40%; more preferably, in the step 1) of preparing the melamine resin, the mass concentration of the formaldehyde solution is 36 to 38 percent.

And judging the crosslinking degree of the resin liquid by testing the fog point, and if the crosslinking degree is not enough, the resin sample liquid is mutually soluble like water.
Preferably, in the step 1) and the step 4) of the preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin, the pH adjustment respectively refers to the adjustment of the pH by independently selecting an alkali metal hydroxide solution; further preferably, the hydroxide solution of an alkali metal is a sodium hydroxide solution; the preferred mass concentration range of the sodium hydroxide solution is 15% to 25%.
Preferably, in the step 4) of the preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin, the standing time is at least 2 hours; more preferably, the standing time is 3 to 5 hours.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples. The starting materials used in the examples are, unless otherwise specified, commercially available from conventional sources. All of the "parts" mentioned in the examples refer to "parts by mass". The particle diameter of the silicon dioxide matting powder used in the examples is 4.5-5 μm, and the porosity is 1.8-2.0 mL/g.
Example 1
The preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin of example 1 is as follows:
firstly, preparing emulsion extinction resin
The emulsion extinction resin comprises the following raw materials: 20 parts of silicon dioxide matting powder, 30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol resin, 1 part of polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and 100 parts of water.
Firstly, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and water are put into a dispersion machine, then matting powder is added in batches, and the mixture is dispersed for 30min at the rotating speed of 1400r/min to form emulsion-shaped matting resin.
Secondly, preparing the melamine resin for preventing fingerprints
1) Adding 150 parts of emulsion extinction resin, 486 parts of 37 wt% formaldehyde solution, 40 parts of polyethylene glycol, 395 parts of melamine and 110 parts of water into a reaction kettle, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained reaction liquid to 9.0 by using 20 wt% sodium hydroxide solution;
2) heating the reaction solution to 78 ℃, clarifying the reaction solution, and adding 60 parts of caprolactam into the reaction solution;
3) keeping the temperature at 90 ℃ for 80min, sampling and testing the end point of the fog point, stopping heating and cooling when the sample has the fog point in water at 30 ℃;
4) and adjusting the pH value to 8.5 by using 20 wt% of sodium hydroxide solution, discharging, and standing for 3 hours to obtain the anti-fingerprint melamine resin.
Example 2
The preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin of the example 2 comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing emulsion extinction resin
The emulsion extinction resin comprises the following raw materials: 25 parts of silicon dioxide matting powder, 25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol resin, 1 part of polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and 100 parts of water.
Firstly, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride and water are put into a dispersion machine, then matting powder is added in batches, and the mixture is dispersed for 30min at the rotating speed of 1600r/min to form emulsion-shaped matting resin.
Secondly, preparing the melamine resin for preventing fingerprints
1) Adding 145 parts of emulsion extinction resin, 490 parts of 37 wt% formaldehyde solution, 45 parts of polyethylene glycol, 400 parts of melamine and 120 parts of water into a reaction kettle, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained reaction liquid to 9.2 by using 20 wt% sodium hydroxide solution;
2) heating the reaction solution to 78 ℃, clarifying the reaction solution, and adding 55 parts of caprolactam into the reaction solution;
3) keeping the temperature at 90 ℃ for 70min, sampling and testing the end point of the fog point, stopping heating and cooling when the sample has the fog point in water at 30 ℃;
4) and adjusting the pH value to 8.7 by using 20 wt% of sodium hydroxide solution, discharging, and standing for 3 hours to obtain the anti-fingerprint melamine resin.
Example 3
The preparation method of the anti-fingerprint melamine resin of the example 3 is as follows:
firstly, preparing emulsion extinction resin
The emulsion extinction resin comprises the following raw materials: 15 parts of silicon dioxide matting powder, 35 parts of polyvinyl alcohol resin, 1 part of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride and 110 parts of water.
Firstly, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride and water are put into a dispersion machine, then matting powder is added in batches, and the mixture is dispersed for 40min at the rotating speed of 1400r/min to form emulsion-shaped matting resin.
Secondly, preparing the melamine resin for preventing fingerprints
1) Adding 160 parts of emulsion extinction resin, 480 parts of 37 wt% formaldehyde solution, 35 parts of polyethylene glycol, 395 parts of melamine and 110 parts of water into a reaction kettle, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained reaction liquid to 8.8 by using 20 wt% sodium hydroxide solution;
2) heating the reaction solution to 78 ℃, clarifying the reaction solution, and adding 65 parts of caprolactam into the reaction solution;
3) keeping the temperature at 90 ℃ for 90min, sampling and testing the end point of the fog point, stopping heating and cooling when the sample has the fog point in water at 30 ℃;
4) and adjusting the pH value to 8.5 by using 20 wt% of sodium hydroxide solution, discharging, and standing for 3 hours to obtain the anti-fingerprint melamine resin.
The melamine resins finally obtained in examples 1 to 3 were subjected to performance tests, and the results are shown in table 1.

Application example 1
The anti-fingerprint melamine resin impregnated adhesive film paper is pressed by a highlight steel plate, so that the decorative adhesive film paper with a matte interior and a highlight surface can be obtained. The interior matte can reduce light pollution, the surface highlight can eliminate fingerprints, and can present a frosted feel.
When a finger is pressed on the surface of the decorative adhesive film paper of the application example, the fingerprint disappears within 3s, and the fingerprint cannot be left.
Application example 2
The anti-fingerprint melamine resin impregnated adhesive film paper is pressed by a matte or super-matte steel plate, so that the decorative adhesive film paper with matte inside and matte outside can be obtained. The double matte reduces the light pollution, and even if the water and oil components in the finger print remain in the external matte concave-convex area to form a reflective surface, the internal matte weakens the reflective surface, so that the finger print is not obvious.
When a finger is pressed on the surface of the decorative adhesive film paper of the application example, the fingerprint disappears within 5s, and the fingerprint cannot be left.
