Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a press machine which is convenient for replacing a pressure supply element, and can conveniently replace and fix the pressure supply element.
The invention is realized by the following steps: a press machine convenient for replacing a pressure supply element comprises a base, a fixing frame, a pressure device and a frame holder, wherein the fixing frame consists of two vertical frames vertically arranged on the base and a top plate horizontally arranged at the upper parts of the two vertical frames, the cross section of each vertical frame is n-shaped, and openings of the two vertical frames are oppositely arranged; the pressure device comprises a pressure plate and a pressure supply element, wherein two ends of the pressure plate extend into openings of two vertical frames, the pressure plate can move up and down along the vertical frames through the two ends of the pressure plate, two groups of threaded through holes are formed in the upper end surface of the pressure plate, one group of threaded through holes are formed in the length direction of the pressure plate and are arranged in the middle of the upper end surface of the pressure plate, and the distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes in the group is the same; the other group of the threaded through holes is arranged along the width direction of the pressing plate and is arranged in the middle of the upper end surface of the pressing plate, and the distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes in the group is the same; the upper end surface of the pressure plate is provided with an elliptic cylindrical fixed block for fixing a pressure supply element base, the fixed block is provided with four circular through holes for the rod part of a bolt to pass through, two fixed blocks are connected to two threaded through holes arranged along the length direction of the pressure plate through bolts, and the other two fixed blocks are fixedly connected to two threaded through holes arranged along the width direction of the pressure plate through bolts; the farthest distance between the circle center of the circular through hole on the cross section of the fixed block and the outer contour of the cross section is not less than the sum of the shortest distance between the circle center and the outer contour of the cross section and a, wherein a is the center distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes of the threaded through hole group in which the threaded through hole of the fixed block is arranged; the frame holder is arranged on the base and used for supporting the component to be maintained at a certain height.
Furthermore, the upper ends of the two vertical frames are respectively provided with an n-shaped frame, the opening directions of the n-shaped frames and the vertical frames are opposite, and the n-shaped frames and the upper ends of the vertical frames are respectively and vertically provided with a pulley to form a pulley block; two ends of the pressing plate are respectively connected with a pull rope, the other ends of the two pull ropes respectively penetrate through two pulleys of a pulley block and then are connected with a weight device, and the weight device is adjustable in quality.
Furthermore, the top plate is supported on the vertical frame through a rib plate, the number of the rib plates is four, two rib plates are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the top plate respectively, each rib plate consists of a vertical section and an inclined section connected with the vertical section, the vertical section of each rib plate is connected to the vertical frame through a bolt, the upper end of the vertical section of each rib plate is supported on the lower end face of the top plate, one end of the inclined section of each rib plate is connected with the lower part of the vertical section of each rib plate, the other end of the inclined section of each rib plate is connected with the lower end face of the top plate, and the connected position of the inclined section of each rib plate is close to the middle part of the lower end face of the top plate; the upper ends of the two ends of the top plate are provided with check blocks, the lower ends of the check blocks are tightly connected with the upper end of the top plate, and the check blocks are installed on the vertical frame through bolts and are in one-to-one correspondence with the vertical sections of the rib plates.
Further, the pressure supply element can be selected from a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder or a hydraulic jack.
Furthermore, the weight device comprises a weight block, the weight block is of a rectangular structure, a plurality of horizontally arranged rectangular through holes are formed in the weight block in the vertical direction, the through holes are different in size, threaded through holes communicated with the through holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode are formed in the weight block, and fastening bolts are arranged on the threaded through holes.
Furthermore, a first T-shaped groove is formed in the lower end face of the pressing plate along the length direction of the pressing plate, a first T-shaped sliding block is arranged in the first T-shaped groove and can freely slide in the first T-shaped groove, a vertically arranged shaft-shaped part is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the first T-shaped sliding block, a conical concave hole is formed in the lower end face of the shaft-shaped part, and the area of the cross section of the upper end of the conical concave hole is smaller than that of the cross section of the lower end of the conical concave hole; a groove leading to one end of the first T-shaped groove from the side edge of the pressing plate is formed in the lower end face of the pressing plate and used for installing and disassembling the first T-shaped sliding block.
Furthermore, the support frame comprises a rear support frame, a front support frame and two support plates arranged at the upper ends of the rear support frame and the front support frame, the rear support frame and the front support frame are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixing frame, the rear support frame consists of a plurality of rear vertical support rods vertically arranged on the base and a rear support plate arranged at the upper ends of the plurality of rear vertical support rods, the front support frame comprises two front vertical support rods, the two front vertical support rods are respectively arranged at two ends of the base, the upper ends of the two front vertical support rods are respectively and fixedly connected with a hinge frame, and each hinge frame is hinged with one front support plate; a second T-shaped groove is formed in the upper end face, located between the two front vertical support rods, of the base, a second T-shaped sliding block is arranged in the second T-shaped groove and can freely slide in the second T-shaped groove, a sliding support rod is vertically arranged at the upper end of the second T-shaped sliding block, the free ends of the two front support plates can be simultaneously arranged at the upper end of the sliding support rod, the upper end faces of the rear support plate and the front support plate are located on the same horizontal plane, a groove leading to the second T-shaped groove from the side edge of the base is formed in the upper end face of the base, and the groove is used for mounting and dismounting the second T-shaped sliding block; the upper end face of the rear supporting plate is provided with a long strip-shaped groove, a connecting sliding block is arranged in the long strip-shaped groove, the connecting sliding block is cylindrical, the diameter of the connecting sliding block is the same as the width of the long strip-shaped groove, and the upper end of the connecting sliding block is fixedly connected with one end of the supporting plate.
Furthermore, a pulling box with an opening at the upper end is arranged on the base, at least two wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of the pulling box, a group of mutually parallel slideways are arranged on the base, the wheels are arranged in the slideways, and the pulling box can pass through between the two front vertical supporting rods; the damping structure is arranged in the pulling box and comprises springs and a lifting plate, a plurality of spring placing grooves are formed in the upper end face of the bottom wall of the pulling box, the springs are placed in the spring placing grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the lifting plate is placed on the springs, a rubber layer is arranged on the upper end face of the lifting plate, and a rubber layer is arranged on the inner side face of the wall of the pulling box.
Furthermore, one side of the pulling box close to the front support frame is not provided with a box body wall, one end of each box body side wall of the pulling box adjacent to the side close to the side is vertically provided with a slot, a plug board is arranged in each slot, a handle is arranged on the outer side face of each plug board, and a rubber layer is arranged on the inner side face of each plug board.
Further, the lifting device comprises a Z-shaped plate and lifting equipment; draw and get the vertical rectangle breach that is provided with on two lateral walls of case installation wheel, the rectangle breach extends to the below of lifter plate from the top of drawing the case tank wall, the width of Z-shaped board slightly is less than the width of rectangle breach, the up end of the horizontal portion of Z-shaped board lower extreme links to each other with the lower terminal surface of lifter plate, the horizontal portion in upper end of Z-shaped board passes the rectangle breach and stretches out to the outside of drawing the case, and when drawing the case propelling movement to the most inner end the horizontal position in the top of lifting means lift end in Z-shaped board upper end.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the pressure supply element of the invention does not need to use bolts to fixedly install the pressure supply element on the pressure plate through the installation holes of the base, the pressure supply element is only needed to be placed in the middle of the upper end surface of the pressure plate, then the four fixing blocks are installed on the four threaded through holes on the outer side of the periphery of the bottom of the pressure supply element through the bolts, the fixing blocks are rotated to enable the fixing blocks to be tightly contacted with the bottom of the pressure supply element, and then the bolts for installing the fixing blocks are screwed down to fix the bottom of the pressure supply element, so that the invention can conveniently replace different pressure supply elements and realize the fixation of the pressure supply element.
2. The invention is provided with a pulley block, two ends of a pressure plate are respectively connected with a pull rope, the other ends of the two pull ropes respectively penetrate through two pulleys of the pulley block and then are connected with a weight device, and the weight device has adjustable quality; the weight device can pull up or down the pressure plate and the pressure supply member provided on the upper end surface thereof by adjusting the weight of the weight device. The weight of the weight device can be adjusted to be less than the total weight of the pressure plate and the pressure supply element arranged on the upper end surface of the pressure plate, and the pressure plate can be put down to fall on the frame, so that the position of the pressure supply element is reduced, and the pressure supply element is convenient to replace.
3. The invention is provided with the base, the fixing frame, the pressure device, the frame holding frame, the lifting device and the pulling box, and can be used for maintaining the faults of damage of the bearing of the gear box of the extruder and fracture of the screw rod, and hard beating is not needed in the maintenance process, so that the labor intensity and the maintenance time of maintenance are reduced, and the labor cost required by maintenance is saved; in the maintenance process, undamaged parts on the maintained parts can not be damaged, and the sleeve connected with the broken screw can be recycled, so that the waste of materials is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, a press machine convenient for replacing a pressure supply element comprises a base 1, a fixed frame 2, a pressure device 3 and a holding frame, wherein the fixed frame 2 consists of two vertical frames 201 vertically arranged on the base 1 and a top plate 202 horizontally arranged at the upper parts of the two vertical frames 201, the cross section of each vertical frame 201 is n-shaped, and the openings of the two vertical frames 201 are oppositely arranged; the pressure device 3 comprises a pressure plate 301 and a pressure supply element 302, two ends of the pressure plate 301 extend into the openings of the two stands 201, and the pressure plate 301 can move up and down along the stands 201 through the two ends; two groups of threaded through holes 303 are formed in the upper end face of the pressing plate 301, one group of threaded through holes 303 are arranged along the length direction of the pressing plate 301 and are arranged in the middle of the upper end face of the pressing plate 301, and the distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes 303 in the group is the same; the other group of threaded through holes 303 is arranged along the width direction of the pressing plate 301 and is arranged in the middle of the upper end surface of the pressing plate 301, and the distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes 303 in the group is the same; an elliptic cylindrical fixing block 304 for fixing a base of the pressure supply element 302 is arranged on the upper end surface of the pressure plate 301, a circular through hole for a rod part of a bolt to pass through is arranged on the fixing block 304, four fixing blocks 304 are arranged, two fixing blocks 304 are connected on two threaded through holes 303 arranged along the length direction of the pressure plate 301 through bolts, and the other two fixing blocks 304 are fixedly connected on two threaded through holes 303 arranged along the width direction of the pressure plate 301 through bolts; the farthest distance between the center of the circular through hole on the cross section of the fixed block 304 and the outer contour of the cross section is not less than the sum of the shortest distance between the center of the circular through hole and the outer contour of the cross section and a, wherein a is the center distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes 303 of the threaded through hole group in which the threaded through holes 303 of the fixed block 304 are installed, so that no matter the shape of the bottom of the pressure supply element 302 is rectangular, circular or elliptical, as long as the size value of the bottom of the pressure supply element is within a certain range, the bottom of the pressure supply element 302 can be tightly contacted with the bottom of the pressure supply element 302 by installing four fixed blocks 304 on the appropriate four threaded through holes 303, then rotating the fixed block 304 by taking the bolt rod part of the fixed block 304 as an axis, and then screwing the bolt for installing the fixed block 304; the holder is provided on the base 1, and the holder is used for supporting a component to be repaired at a certain height.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the pressure supply component 302 of the present invention does not need to use bolts to fixedly mount the pressure supply component 302 on the pressure plate 301 through the mounting holes of the base thereof, but only needs to place the pressure supply component 302 in the middle of the upper end surface of the pressure plate 301, then mount the four fixing blocks 304 on the four threaded through holes 303 outside the periphery of the bottom of the pressure supply component 302 through the bolts, rotate the fixing blocks 304 to make the fixing blocks 304 closely contact with the bottom of the pressure supply component 302, and then tighten the bolts mounting the fixing blocks 304 to fix the bottom of the pressure supply component 302, so the present invention can conveniently replace different pressure supply components 302 and realize the fixation of the pressure supply component 302.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the upper ends of two vertical frames 201 are respectively provided with an n-shaped frame 20, the opening directions of the n-shaped frame 20 and the vertical frames 201 are opposite, and the n-shaped frame 20 and the upper ends of the vertical frames 201 are respectively vertically provided with a pulley 10 to form a pulley block; two ends of the pressing plate 301 are respectively connected with a pull rope 11, the other ends of the two pull ropes 11 respectively penetrate through two pulleys 10 of a pulley block and then are connected with a weight device, and the weight device is adjustable in quality; the weight means can be made to pull up or down the pressing plate 301 and the pressure supply member 302 provided on the upper end surface thereof by adjusting the weight of the weight means. If the weight of the weight device can be adjusted to be less than the total weight of the pressure plate 301 and the pressure supply member 302 disposed on the upper end surface thereof, the pressure plate 301 can be lowered to fall on the holding frame, thereby lowering the position of the pressure supply member 302 and facilitating replacement of the pressure supply member 302.
The weight of the weight means can also be adjusted to be larger than the total weight of the pressing plate 301 and the pressure supply member 302 provided on the upper end surface thereof, and at this time, the weight means pulls up the pressure means 3 so that the extension rod of the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack abuts against the top plate 202. When the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack is used for providing pressure, the extension rod of the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack supports against the top plate 202, and along with continuous extension of the output rod of the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack, the base of the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack applies downward pressure to the pressing plate 301 to drive the pressing plate 301 to move downwards and simultaneously drive the weight device to move upwards, and the pressing plate 301 drives the shaft-shaped part 12 to press downwards to complete the maintenance task of dismantling the damaged bearing and the damaged screw rod. After the pressing is finished, if the electric cylinder is used, the extension rod of the electric cylinder retracts through the controller of the electric cylinder, meanwhile, the weight device automatically lifts the pressing plate 301 upwards through the pull rope 11 and the pulley 10, so that the top end of the output rod of the electric cylinder is always propped against the top plate 202, and a maintenance space is automatically reserved for the next maintenance; if the hydraulic jack is used, an oil return valve of the hydraulic jack is opened, the press plate 301 is automatically lifted upwards by the weight device through the pull rope 11 and the pulley 10, an extension rod of the hydraulic jack is pressed back, the press plate 301 is automatically lifted to the initial pressing position, and a maintenance space is automatically reserved for next maintenance.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the top plate 202 is supported on the vertical frame 201 through the rib plates 8, four rib plates 8 are provided, two rib plates 8 are symmetrically provided at two ends of the top plate 202, each rib plate 8 is composed of a vertical section and an inclined section connected with the vertical section, the vertical section of each rib plate 8 is connected on the vertical frame 201 through a bolt, the upper end of the vertical section of each rib plate 8 is supported on the lower end surface of the top plate 202, one end of the inclined section of each rib plate 8 is connected with the lower part of the vertical section, the other end of the inclined section of each rib plate 8 is connected with the lower end surface of the top plate 202, and the connected position is close to the middle part of the lower end surface of the top plate 202; the upper ends of the two ends of the top plate 202 are provided with the stop blocks 9, the lower ends of the stop blocks 9 are tightly connected with the upper end of the top plate 202, and the stop blocks 9 are installed on the vertical frame 201 through bolts and are in one-to-one correspondence with the vertical sections of the rib plates 8; the top plate 202 is supported on the upper portion of the upright frame 201 through the four rib plates 8 and the four stop blocks 9, and does not need to be welded with the upright frame 201, the rib plates 8 and the stop blocks 9 are connected to the upright frame 201 through bolts, so that the height of the top plate 202 on the upright frame 201 can be adjusted according to actual use requirements, and meanwhile, the top plate 202 can be conveniently detached on the upright frame 201.
As shown in fig. 4, the weight device includes a weight block 13, the weight block 13 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped through holes 1301 horizontally arranged are arranged on the weight block 13 along the vertical direction, the volumes of the through holes 1301 are different from each other, threaded through holes communicated with the through holes 1301 in a one-to-one correspondence manner are arranged on the weight block 13, fastening bolts 1302 are arranged on the threaded through holes, and the weight device can be used for increasing or decreasing the mass of the weight device by placing iron blocks into the through holes 1301 or taking away the iron blocks placed into the through holes 1301, so that the weight device is suitable for electric cylinders or hydraulic jacks with different weights; if the weight of the weight device is too large, more energy is consumed in the using process of the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack; if the weight of the weight device is too small, the weight device cannot lift the pressure device 3, the top end of the extension rod of the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack cannot abut against the top plate 202, and the electric cylinder or the hydraulic jack does not function. The through holes 1301 with different volumes are suitable for placing iron blocks with different volumes, so that the mass of the weight device can be more finely adjusted; the bearing of the gear box is maintained for a long time, the surface of an iron block which can inevitably increase the weight of the heavy device is stained with some lubricating oil, and the iron block can be prevented from falling out of the through hole 1301 to injure maintenance personnel through the action of the fastening bolt 1302.

The method for maintaining the screw fracture fault of the screw extruder comprises the following steps: when a broken screw is detached from a sleeve connected with the screw through solidified plastic, the tip end of the screw is upward, two support plates 430 are used for supporting two ends of the lower end of the sleeve respectively, then the shaft-shaped part 12 is slowly pressed downwards, meanwhile, the first T-shaped sliding block 306 slides in a proper amount, the conical concave hole 1201 is uniformly sleeved outside the tip end of the screw, then the screw is continuously pressed downwards, the broken screw is pressed out from the sleeve, the solidified plastic can be taken out due to the action of the spiral part on the outer wall of the screw when the screw is pressed out, and the sleeve can be installed into an extruder for continuous use.
In conclusion, the invention can be used for maintaining the faults of the damage of the bearing of the gearbox of the extruder and the breakage of the screw, and the hard beating is not needed in the maintenance process, thereby reducing the labor intensity and the maintenance time of the maintenance and saving the labor cost required by the maintenance; in the maintenance process, undamaged parts on the maintained parts can not be damaged, and the sleeve connected with the broken screw can be recycled, so that the waste of materials is avoided.
