The use method and the working principle of the invention are as follows:
1. the tail end of a screw rod of a screw extruder is usually arranged at one end of a main shaft of a gear box of the extruder, the screw rod can bear the reaction force of materials to be extruded during extrusion work and can simultaneously bear the action of axial force and radial force, so that the main shaft for installing the screw rod can also simultaneously bear the action of the axial force and the radial force, one end of the main shaft for installing the screw rod, which is close to the installation screw rod, is usually provided with a thrust roller bearing, the thrust roller bearing is the most vulnerable component in the gear box of the extruder, the damage mode mainly comprises that a retainer for installing rollers is damaged and an inner ring which is matched and connected with the main shaft of the gear box is damaged, the damage of the inner ring is usually the damage of the outer end of the inner ring, the inner ring and the inner end matched with the main shaft are still tightly hooped on the main shaft, at the moment, the inner ring needs to be taken down from the main shaft, two front supporting plates firstly rotate to the vertical position through a hinging frame 423 during maintenance, then the sliding support rod 425 is communicated with the second T-shaped sliding block 424 and taken out of the second T-shaped groove 101 together, then the pulling box 6 is pulled out, the inserting plate 16 is taken down, the main shaft with the damaged thrust roller bearing is placed on the lifting plate 15 in the pulling box 6, the inserting plate 16 is inserted back, then the pulling box 6 is pushed back to the lower part of the pressure device 3, and because the pulling box 6 is provided with wheels, even if the main shaft and the parts such as the gears and the like arranged on the main shaft are high in mass, the pulling box 6 can still be pushed back to the lower part of the pressure device 3 in a labor-saving manner; installing a second T-shaped sliding block 424 and a sliding supporting rod 425, laying two front supporting plates 423, separating two clamping plates 430 by a distance of one end which is large enough, then jacking up a Z-shaped plate 18 through a lifting device 19 of a lifting device 5, jacking up the lifting plate 15 and a part which is placed on the lifting plate 15 and needs to be maintained, generally dismantling a gear on a main shaft, stopping continuous extension of an extension rod of the lifting device 19 when the lower end surface of the gear is higher than the upper end surface of the frame supporting plate 430, moving the two frame supporting plates 430 to the positions below two ends of the gear, then withdrawing the extension rod of the lifting device 19, and erecting the main shaft through the gear by the frame supporting plate 430; and replacing the first T-shaped sliding block 304 provided with the shaft-shaped part 12 with proper height, enabling the shaft-shaped part 12 to face the main shaft, enabling the outer diameter of the shaft-shaped part 12 to be smaller than the diameter of the upper end of the main shaft, starting the pressure supply device 302 to drive the shaft-shaped part 12 to press down the upper end of the main shaft, finally enabling the main shaft to fall on the lifting plate 15 under the action of the pressure supply device 302, then taking off the gear, separating the two clamping plates 430 by a sufficient distance at one end, lifting the lifting plate 15 again, stopping the continuous extension of the extension rod of the lifting device 19 when the lower end surface of the inner ring of the damaged bearing is higher than the upper end surface of the clamping plates 430, moving the two clamping plates 430 to be below two ends of the inner ring of the damaged bearing, and removing the inner ring of the damaged bearing by the same steps as gear removal.
2. When a broken screw is detached from a sleeve connected with the screw through solidified plastic, the tip end of the screw is upward, two support plates 430 are used for supporting two ends of the lower end of the sleeve respectively, then the shaft-shaped part 12 is slowly pressed downwards, meanwhile, the first T-shaped sliding block 304 slides in a proper amount, the conical concave hole 1201 is uniformly sleeved outside the tip end of the screw, then the screw is continuously pressed downwards, the broken screw is pressed out from the sleeve, the solidified plastic can be taken out due to the action of the spiral part on the outer wall of the screw when the screw is pressed out, and the sleeve can be installed into an extruder for continuous use.
In conclusion, the invention can be used for maintaining the faults of the damage of the bearing of the gearbox of the extruder and the breakage of the screw, and the hard beating is not needed in the maintenance process, thereby reducing the labor intensity and the maintenance time of the maintenance and saving the labor cost required by the maintenance; in the maintenance process, undamaged parts on the maintained parts can not be damaged, and the sleeve connected with the broken screw can be recycled, so that the waste of materials is avoided.
