The speaking right control method is used for: controlling the application of the speaking right, the release of the speaking right, the queuing of the speaking right and the preemption of the speaking right based on the pre-established conversation.
In the specific implementation process, the MCPTT-based cluster system utilizes the speaking right control method to control speaking right application, speaking right release, speaking right queuing and speaking right preemption based on the pre-established conversation.
