The gas hot water boiler can not only independently supply heat but also independently supply hot water, and if an upper heat exchanger is added in a pipeline system, the boiler can simultaneously meet two requirements of heating and bathing.
The gas hot water boiler has the remarkable characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving, safety and full automatic operation, is very convenient to use, and is increasingly favored because of the encouragement of operation economy and government policies.
The structure of the horizontal gas water heating boiler used in a large amount is usually a shell type three-return and full wet back structure.
All the compression elements are symmetrical with the center of the boiler barrel, and the boiler adopts a full wet back type structure, so that the structure of the large inner barrel and the eccentric fire box is beneficial to expanding enough radiation heating surfaces.
The convection heating surface is composed of a second return and a three-return tube bundle. The front tube plate of the back-burning chamber is connected with the furnace pipe, and the rear tube plate of the back-burning chamber is an ellipsoidal head and a tube plate. The second return and third return turning smoke chambers form a front smoke box, and the smoke temperature of the smoke outlet is lower than 500 ℃. Therefore, the structure of the front smoke box adopts a light-structure fireproof heat-insulating material.
The flue gas outlet of the rear flue box is arranged in the direction along the longitudinal axis of the cylinder body, so that the length of the furnace body can be shortened; and the chimney can be prevented from being placed in the direction vertical to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, and condensed water corrodes the boiler body when the boiler is started and stopped.
The design of the boiler mainly considers the principle of overhauling and stabilizing the boiler. The water mixing device is arranged in the return water inlet of the boiler, and the return water firstly washes the smoke tube bundle and contacts the boiler furnace, so that the water temperature of the return water contacting the boiler furnace is improved, and the phenomenon of supercooling boiling is avoided locally.
When the boiler water contains hardness salts such as calcium and magnesium ions, scale is generated on the heating surface of the boiler, so that the heat efficiency of the boiler is reduced, the fuel consumption is increased, and even the parts are damaged due to local overheating, and explosion is caused. Therefore, water softening or desalting treatment is performed.
In the industrial boiler operated in China, the failure rate of the boiler is up to 25% due to the water quality problem. The traditional softened water treatment equipment is complex in operation, poor in working reliability and high in failure rate, and the equipment is in an abnormal working state for a long time, so that water quality is not guaranteed, and the failure rate of the boiler is high.
Therefore, the gas hot water boiler has a complex furnace structure, high manufacturing cost and easy accident occurrence. The water quality is high, if the water quality can not meet the requirement, the service life of the boiler is shortened.

The heat exchange device consists of a water spraying plate, a water collecting rod and a glass fiber cloth curtain.
The water spraying plate is a flat plate, a plurality of water spraying holes are uniformly arranged on the water spraying plate, and the water spraying plate is horizontally arranged on the upper part of the heat exchange device.
The water collecting rods are horizontally arranged below the water spraying plate in rows, the axial direction of the water collecting rods is parallel to the flow direction of the flue gas, the diameter of the water collecting rods is 2 cm, and the distance between the water collecting rods is 2 cm.
The number of the glass fiber cloth curtains is the same as that of the water collecting rods, each glass fiber cloth curtain is hung below one water collecting rod, heating water collected by the water collecting rod flows downwards along the glass fiber cloth curtain, and the surface of the glass fiber cloth curtain is parallel to the flue gas flow direction.
