The specific working process is as follows:
when the ball valve 2 leaks during operation, water in the ball valve 2 flows into the protective cover 4 and flows into the water guide cavity 51 through the first water inlet 52, the water enters the upper cavity of the water guide cavity 51 separated by the water guide core 54 through the water guide hole 56 on the water guide core 54, the top of the water guide core 54 is under the action of water pressure, the water pressure pushes the water guide core 54 to move downwards, the first spring 55 is pulled by the pull rope, the water guide core 54 moves downwards, so that the first water inlet 52 is communicated with the water outlet 53, the water in the water guide cavity 51 flows into the conduit 58 through the water outlet 53, meanwhile, along with the downward movement of the water guide core 54, the water guide core 54 is in contact with the pressure sensor 57, the pressure sensor 57 senses pressure and transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the alarm to operate to remind people that water leakage occurs in the ball valve 2, then the water enters the conduit 58 and then enters the sealing cavity 61 through the second water inlet 62, water exerts downward water pressure on the piston 63, so that the piston 63 moves downwards, in the process, the piston 63 compresses the second spring 65 and drives the connecting rod 66 to move downwards, thereby driving the first sealing plug 67 and the second sealing plug 68 to move downwards, so that the first sealing plug 67 and the second sealing plug 68 seal the communication part between the baffle 69 and the inner side wall of the water pipe 1, the circulation of water in the water pipe 1 is blocked, and the ball valve 2 is prevented from continuously leaking water, once the water leakage occurs at any position of the ball valve 2, the emergency water pipe 1 can be automatically controlled and the water leakage is prevented from continuously leaking, and as the water guide module 5 and the sealing module 6 are arranged at the two ends of the ball valve 2, the ball valve 2 can be completely blocked, so that the condition that a large amount of water is sprayed in the water pipe 1 during maintenance is avoided, the water pipe 1 is cut off, the upper protective cover 41 and the lower protective cover 42 are detached, the ball valve 2 can be maintained by discharging the water in the protective cover 4.
