the inner part of the fixed structure (14) comprises a second flange plate connector (1401), a limiting head (1402), an opening (1403), an intersection (1404) and a second sealing ring (1405), the limiting head (1402) is distributed on one side of the second flange plate connector (1401), the opening (1403) is formed in the middle of the connecting side of the limiting head (1402) and the second flange plate connector (1401) in a concave mode, the intersection (1404) is formed in the periphery of the outer wall of the circle center of the limiting head (1402), and the second sealing ring (1405) is attached to the outer wall of the limiting head (1402);
the adjusting structure (15) comprises a rotating disc (1501), a plug (1502), a liquid inlet (1503) and a threaded hole (1504), the plug (1502) is arranged at the circle center of the rotating disc (1501), the liquid inlet (1503) is formed in the periphery of the outer wall of the tail end of the plug (1502), and the threaded hole (1504) is formed in the periphery of the rotating disc (1501).
