本发明公开了一种阀体结构及压力喷头装置，阀体结构(10)用于压力喷头装置(100)，所述阀体结构(10)包括阀体(12)和阀芯(14)，所述阀体(12)设有入液管道(121)、出液管道(122)和位于所述入液管道(121)和所述出液管道(122)之间的阀门口(123)，所述阀门口(123)连通所述入液管道(121)以及所述出液管道(122)，并用于与所述阀芯(14)配合，以控制所述入液管道(121)和所述出液管道(122)的导通和隔断，所述入液管道(121)的中心线和所述出液管道(122)的中心线基本共平面。由于入液管道的中心线和出液管道的中心线基本共平面，无需设置与入液管道的中心线和出液管道的中心线垂直的管道。如此，一来结构简单，容易成型，二来，可以减少阀体结构内的垂直弯道，减小液体在管道内流动的压降损失。
