Abstract
The invention provides a parallel auditing method based on REVIT design auditing integrated templates, which comprises the steps of increasing view parameters, increasing view subitems and auditing versions by calling project parameter commands of REVIT, manufacturing the REVIT design auditing integrated templates, and simultaneously making a method for using templates by designers and auditors, thereby innovatively realizing parallel auditing in a BIM design process. The auditing personnel leaves auditing comments through cloud line endorsements in standardized REVIT auditing sub items, so that the designer can timely modify BIM design contents in the same design file, the phenomenon of two layers of leather of the design contents and the auditing comments is avoided, and auditing efficiency in three-dimensional design is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to BIM technology application, and relates to a parallel auditing method based on REVIT design auditing integrated templates.
Background
In the application process of the BIM technology at the present stage, REVIT software is used for designing, and the auditing aiming at the design content has the following characteristics:
(1) Increase of audit content: the traditional two-dimensional design only has CAD drawing auditing, and the BIM technology has auditing of various contents such as models, construction drawings, detailed tables, and collaboration with other professions in the application process.
(2) The audit frequency increases: typically, the number of nodes to be audited is greater in the BIM project flow than in the conventional design. Model rendering errors need to be discovered at the beginning, and the later the discovery, the more labor is required for rework.
(3) The auditing and design communication difficulty is improved: the auditing result of the traditional two-dimensional design is usually recorded in a written manner, and a designer usually needs to read the written auditing opinion before returning to the corresponding place in the drawing for modification. The three-dimensional model auditing opinion is difficult to describe in writing, and even the description is difficult to be understood by the designer, so that the difficulty of communication between the auditor and the designer is increased.
The traditional BIM auditing method still uses the thought of auditing in two-dimensional age, so that the defect that auditing objects are separated from auditing results is generated, and the method is specifically expressed as follows:
(1) The auditing process records only provide written comments after auditing is completed, the auditing comments cannot be fed back on the design file in real time, the phenomenon of two layers of skin of the design content and the auditing comments is formed, and consistency cannot be ensured.
(2) Under the condition of multiple audits, the situation that one design file is added with multiple audit files can occur.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides a parallel auditing method based on REVIT design auditing integrated template, which avoids the phenomena of design content and auditing opinion of two layers of skins, and greatly improves auditing efficiency in three-dimensional design.
The parallel auditing method based on the REVIT design auditing integrated template comprises the steps of establishing the REVIT design auditing integrated template and using the REVIT design auditing integrated template to conduct drawing design and auditing;
establishing a review design and auditing integrated template based on REVIT: 1.1, calling project parameter commands of REVIT, adding 2 view parameters, namely ' view classification-father ' and ' view classification-son ', wherein ' view classification-father ' is used for distinguishing view sub-items, and view classification-son ' is used for distinguishing view sub-procedures; 1.2, invoking a REVIT item browser setting function, performing item browser grouping and ordering setting, and setting two items of view classification-father and family and type as first two ordering rules; 1.3, carrying out parameter definition on a view classification-father to generate 6 view sub-items of modeling, drawing, fund lifting, elevation, three-dimensional and auditing; 1.4, calling the revision function of REVIT, and presetting a default auditing edition;
drawing design and verification are carried out by using REVIT design verification integrated template: 2.1, calling a REVIT design auditing integrated template, and storing a drawing in one or more sub-items of modeling, drawing, funding, elevation and three-dimension; 2.2, copying the design view of the corresponding drawing in one or more sub-items in the terms of modeling, drawing, funding, elevation and three-dimension into an audit sub-item to form an audit view; 2.3, auditing the audit view, storing audit comments and recording audit version; 2.4, returning to the step 2.1, and revising the corresponding drawing according to the auditing opinion; and 2.5, repeating the steps 2.1 to 2.3 until the auditing opinion in the step 2.3 is the auditing pass.
REVIT is generic BIM design software. According to the invention, through a series of settings of REVIT software, a design and audit integrated template file is invented, and through respectively establishing modeling, drawing, resource lifting, audit and other sub-items in the REVIT model file, audit comments are left in the same file under the condition that three-dimensional design is not affected, so that all audit records are integrated with the design file, and the problem of separation of the audit file and the design file is solved.
Preferably, the view classification method of the 6 view sub-items is that modeling is performed: the BIM model view is used for storing BIM model views established by designers; and (3) drawing: the method is used for storing views which are required to be laid on a construction drawing by a designer and applied to the built BIM model; and (3) carrying out resource collection: for storing views of three-dimensional design data provided by designers to other professions; vertical face: for storing the elevation view referenced by the inspection model during the design process; three-dimensional: for storing three-dimensional views referenced by the inspection model during the design process; auditing: for storing views of auditors leaving audit opinions.
Preferably, in the step 2.2, in one or more sub-items of "modeling", "drawing", "funding", "elevation", "three-dimensional", a design view of a corresponding drawing is copied, an attribute function of REVIT is called, a view classification of the copied design view is modified into an "audit" sub-item, and the copied design view automatically enters the "audit" sub-item to become an audit view.
Preferably, in step 2.3, a cloud line annotation function of the REVIT is invoked, cloud line annotations are drawn on the audit view, audit comments are recorded by using an annotation parameter on the cloud line annotations, and audit release parameters are defined for the cloud line annotations.
Preferably, the auditing views of different auditing versions of the corresponding drawings are respectively stored.
Preferably, the design views of a plurality of versions of the corresponding drawing are stored separately.
By parallel auditing, a designer submits auditing after the related BIM content is finished, so that the timeliness of the auditing is ensured; because the operation is carried out in the same design file, all the auditing opinions of all the versions are reserved, so that project managers can conveniently manage the auditing progress and quality; the auditing personnel leaves auditing comments through cloud line endorsements in standardized REVIT auditing sub items, so that the designer can timely modify BIM design contents in the same design file, the phenomenon of two layers of leather of the design contents and the auditing comments is avoided, and auditing efficiency in three-dimensional design is greatly improved. In the review three-dimensional model and construction drawing review process, a review design review integrated template is manufactured by adding project parameters and setting view sub-items and review versions, and meanwhile, a method for using the template by designers and reviewers is formulated, so that parallel review in the BIM design process is innovatively realized.

Detailed Description
1. Parallel auditing concepts
The parallel auditing forms a design auditing integrated template file through a series of software settings, and by using the template file, a designer and an auditor can alternately design and audit the same design file, and work records are left in the same file, so that BIM design auditing quality is improved.
2. Design thought of parallel auditing method
REVIT is generic BIM design software. Through a series of settings of REVIT software, the design audit integrated template file is invented, and through establishing modeling, drawing, investment taking, audit and other sub-items in the REVIT model file respectively, audit comments are left in the same file under the condition that three-dimensional design is not affected, so that all audit records are integrated with the design file, and the problem of separation of the audit file and the design file is solved.
By using the design auditing integrated template file, in the design process, after auditing requirements are provided for auditing personnel, the auditing personnel can directly feed back auditing results in an auditing view of the design file, and auditing records are reserved in the design file in batches.
3. Design and verification integrated template manufacturing
The process of making the review-based design and verification integrated template of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 6.
(1) As shown in fig. 1, a review-based design and audit integrated template is created, firstly, a project parameter command of a review is called, and 2 view parameters are added, namely 'view classification-father' and 'view classification-son'. Wherein "view class-parent" is used for distinction of view child items and view class-child "is used for distinction of view child procedures.
(2) As shown in fig. 2, the browser organization of the REVIT is called, the program browser setting function is used to set the program browser into groups and order, and the two settings of "view classification-father" and "family and type" are respectively set as the first two order rules.
(3) As shown in FIG. 3, 6 children were created by defining a series of parameters for "view category-father" in the template to create 01 modeling, 02 drawing, 03 funding, 04 facade, 05 three-dimensional, 06 auditing. The view classification method of the 6 sub-items comprises the following steps:
01 modeling: the method comprises the steps of establishing a BIM model view by a storage designer;
02, drawing: the method is used for storing views which are required to be laid on a construction drawing by a designer and applied to the built BIM model;
and 03, carrying out capital: for storing views of three-dimensional design data provided by designers to other professions, where three-dimensional design data provided by other professions refers to the fact that in a design, there may be a plurality of different professions involved, there being data submitted by the designers of different professions to each other;
04 facade: for storing elevation views referenced by the inspection model during the design process;
05 three-dimensional: for storing three-dimensional views referenced by the inspection model during the design process;
and (06) auditing: for storing views of auditors leaving audit opinions.
(4) As shown in fig. 4, a default review section is preset by using the "revision" function of the review itself, so that when the cloud line annotation function is used in the review process, the review content can be distinguished by corresponding sections, and 5 review sections are preset in fig. 4, which are respectively in the sequence 1-5.
4. REVIT-based design and auditing integrated template using method
The designer uses the modeling sub-item in the REVIT design auditing integrated template to complete the design, after submitting the auditing, the auditor audits the design view of the designer in the view sub-item, the view of the auditing opinion needs to be left, the view is copied into the 06 auditing sub-item, the cloud line annotating function is used for defining the annotating, and the auditing opinion is marked. By the method, design content and auditing opinions can be alternately left in the same file by design staff and auditing staff, and parallel auditing is realized.
Through parallel auditing, designers submit auditing after the related BIM content is finished, so that timeliness of the auditing is ensured; because the operation is carried out in the same design file, all the auditing opinions of all the versions are reserved, so that project managers can conveniently manage the auditing progress and quality; the auditing personnel leaves auditing comments through cloud line endorsements in standardized REVIT auditing sub items, so that the designer can timely modify BIM design contents in the same design file, the phenomenon of two layers of leather of the design contents and the auditing comments is avoided, and auditing efficiency in three-dimensional design is greatly improved.

parallel auditing methods using REVIT design-based auditing integration templates are described in detail in connection with FIG. 6.
1. As shown in FIG. 7, a designer applies a design auditing integrated template to complete BIM design work, and submits a design file to an auditor for auditing. The graphic item in FIG. 7 stores the designer's design drawing, which is submitted to an auditor for auditing.
2. As shown in FIG. 8, the auditor copies the corresponding design view to be audited and stores the corresponding design view in the audit sub-item 06, specifically, the auditor copies the original design view, modifies the view classification to '06 audit', and the new view automatically moves into the audit sub-item to become the audit view. After renaming the new audit view, the auditor can start audit work by opening the copied audit view.
3. The auditing comments of the auditor need to be stored, as shown in fig. 9, cloud line headnotes are drawn on the auditing view, auditing edition parameters are defined for the cloud line headnotes, and meanwhile, the auditing comments are recorded by using the comment parameters on the cloud line headnotes. The comments in FIG. 9 describe "template hole inaccuracy", revised version as "sequence 3-construction plan design review"
4. As shown in FIG. 10, after the auditing, the auditing personnel leaves a plurality of auditing views and a plurality of auditing opinions in the design file, and then feeds back the design file to the designer for direct modification.
5. And (3) modifying by the designer according to the auditing opinion, namely, modifying the drawing by reusing the REVIT-based design auditing integrated template, storing the modified drawing in a drawing item, submitting the auditing, and sequentially carrying out the steps (2, 3 and 4) by the auditor until the final auditing passes, and delivering the design result by the designer.

drawing design and verification are carried out by using REVIT design verification integrated template: 2.1, calling a REVIT design auditing integrated template, and storing a drawing in one or more sub-items of modeling, drawing, funding, elevation and three-dimension; 2.2, copying the design view of the corresponding drawing in one or more sub-items in the 'modeling', 'drawing', 'investment', 'elevation', 'three-dimensional' to the 'auditing' sub-item to form an auditing view; 2.3, auditing the audit view, storing audit comments and recording audit version; 2.4, returning to the step 2.1, and revising the corresponding drawing according to the auditing opinion; and 2.5, repeating the steps 2.1 to 2.3 until the auditing opinion in the step 2.3 is the auditing pass.
