Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum engineering well completion and oil extraction, in particular to a bridge type joint and a single-pipe water injection and oil extraction pipe column.
Background
The existing oil-water well rarely has the requirement of simultaneously injecting water and extracting oil, water injection and energy supplement are carried out on a certain branch of a multilateral well, oil extraction is carried out from other branches, and injection and extraction are carried out while extracting oil from the same well. However, parallel dual-string completions require larger diameter casing, typically requiring more than 95/8 "casing, and it is difficult to achieve more than 27/8" dual tubing runs in 7 "casing. And the parallel double-pipe well completion needs a special double-pipe wellhead, and the running of the pipe column is troublesome.
Therefore, how to realize the injection and recovery at the same well side without changing the well head is a technical problem faced nowadays.

a packer;

the first end of the connecting inner pipe is fixedly connected to the opening of the bridge inner pipe, and the second end of the connecting inner pipe is positioned above the communicating hole of the upper joint;
the connecting inner pipe, the bridge-type inner pipe, the second slotted hole and the first slotted hole form a first flow passage;
the communication hole of the upper joint, the periphery of the connecting inner pipe, the periphery of the bridge-type inner pipe and the lower joint form a second flow channel.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a bridge type joint, which comprises a packer 11, an upper joint 12 and a lower joint 13 connected with both ends of the packer respectively, and a connecting inner pipe 16 and a bridge type inner pipe 17 positioned inside the upper joint and the lower joint; wherein:
the packer 11 may be a Y111 packer or a hydrostatic packer. A Y111 packer is selected, and after the pipe column is inserted into the bottom packer, the pipe column is pressed down to realize setting; and a hydrostatic packer is selected for use, the setting pressure can be adjusted in advance, and after the setting is in place, water is injected through large discharge of the annulus, the annulus pressure is improved, and the setting is realized.
The upper joint 12 is connected with a first end, namely the upper end, of the packer 11; the side wall of the upper joint 12 is provided with a plurality of communication holes 14 which are communicated with the inside of the upper joint 12; in particular embodiments, the upper sub 12 may be threadably connected to the packer 11.
The lower joint 13 is connected with the second end, namely the lower end, of the packer 11, and the side wall of the lower joint 13 is provided with a first slotted hole 15; in particular embodiments, the lower sub 13 and the packer 11 may be similarly threaded.
A bridge type inner pipe 17 is fixedly connected inside the lower joint 13, a first end of the bridge type inner pipe 13 is provided with an opening, a second end is provided with a bottom, wherein the first end is close to the upper joint 12, and the second end is far away from the upper joint 12;
the side wall of the bridge type inner pipe 17 is provided with a second long slotted hole 18 which corresponds to and is connected with the first long slotted hole 15 on the lower joint; more specifically, the first long slot hole 15 communicates with the second long slot hole 18, and may be fixedly connected together by welding or the like.
The first end of the inner connecting pipe 16 is fixedly connected to the opening of the first end of the inner bridge pipe 17, and in specific implementation, the inner connecting pipe 16 is connected with the inner bridge pipe 17 through threads, and a sealing ring can be arranged between the inner connecting pipe 16 and the inner bridge pipe 17.
A second end connected to the inner pipe 16 is positioned above the communication hole 14 of the upper joint 12; that is, the liquid entering the inside of the upper joint 12 via the communication 14 does not enter the connecting inner pipe 16; in an embodiment of the present invention, the second end of the inner connecting pipe 16 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the upper joint 12, for example, by screwing, and a sealing ring may be provided between the inner connecting pipe 16 and the upper joint 12.
The connecting inner pipe 16, the bridge inner pipe 18, the second slotted hole 18 and the first slotted hole 15 form a first flow passage; the communication hole 14 of the upper joint, the periphery of the connecting inner pipe, the periphery of the bridge type inner pipe and the lower joint 13 form a second flow passage. The periphery of the connecting inner pipe comprises a gap between the connecting inner pipe 16 and the upper joint 12, a gap between the connecting inner pipe 16 and the packer 11, and a gap between the connecting inner pipe 16 and the lower joint 13. The outer periphery of the inner bridge pipe comprises the space between the inner bridge pipe 18 and the lower joint 13. Typically, the first flow path is an oil recovery flow path and the second flow path is a water injection flow path.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides a single-pipe water injection and production string, comprising:
a bridge joint 10 having a first flow path and a second flow path disposed therein, the bridge joint including a packer;
a production string 20 connected to the upper end of the bridge joint 10 and communicating with the first flow passage;
a water injection string 30 connected to the lower end of the bridge joint 20 and communicating with the second flow path; the lower end of the water injection string 30 is provided with a sealing insert 40.
The bridge joint 10 may be the bridge joint provided by the present invention as shown in fig. 1, and the specific structure is as described above, which is not described herein again.
In the bridge joint, the upper joint is connected with the production string 20; the lower joint is connected with a water injection pipe column 30; the first flow passage in the bridge joint is used as a production passage and the second flow passage is used as a flooding passage. After the packer in the bridge joint is set, an upper annulus will be formed above the packer and a lower annulus will be formed below the packer. At this point, crude oil may enter the production passage, i.e., the first flow path, via the lower annulus and be produced via the production string 20. And the well head water injection is injected from the upper annular space, and enters the water injection tubular column 30 through a plurality of intercommunicating pores of the bridge type joint upper joint, thereby realizing the water injection construction of specific branches. Therefore, the invention can realize simultaneous injection and production in the same well in the casing, and can ensure enough injection and production pipe column size, and the well head only needs to adopt a conventional well head instead of a double-pipe well head because of adopting single-pipe construction.
In one embodiment of the invention, a casing 50 is also included for setting the packer of the bridge joint. The sleeve 50 is provided with a fenestration window 51 for connection to an oil pipe branch. In the specific implementation, the cannula packer 41 is further included, the upper end of the cannula packer 41 is provided with a cannula sealing cylinder, and the sealing cannula 40 is inserted into the cannula sealing cylinder to form a seal. The cannula packer 41 is also set on the casing 50. More specifically, the cannulated packer 41 is set below the fenestration window 51, typically with the cannulated packer set in advance below the branch window, and later inserted into the sealing barrel to form a seal when running a single-pipe water injection production string.
It should be noted that both the oil production string and the water injection string of the present invention can adopt 31/2 'oil pipe or even 41/2' oil pipe, and can realize injection and production at the same well side at 7 'casing or even 51/2' casing, and during operation, the present invention can be operated by using a conventional operation tool.
The bridge type joint and the single-pipe water injection and oil extraction pipe column which can simultaneously perform water injection and oil extraction on the same well are mainly developed by adopting a multi-branch well aiming at a small fault block oil reservoir, and can perform water injection on a certain branch and perform oil extraction on the other branches so as to improve the recovery ratio and reduce the development cost. The invention adopts the single oil pipe to realize the single-well injection-production process of the 7' casing, simplifies the injection-production process of the same well and saves the well completion cost.

Claims (9)

1. A bridge fitting, comprising:
a packer;
the upper joint is connected with the first end of the packer; the side wall of the upper joint is provided with a plurality of communicating holes;
the lower joint is connected with the second end of the packer, and a first long slotted hole is formed in the side wall of the lower joint;
the bridge-type inner pipe is fixedly connected inside the lower joint, an opening is formed in the first end of the bridge-type inner pipe, a bottom is formed in the second end of the bridge-type inner pipe, and the first end of the bridge-type inner pipe is close to the upper joint; the side wall of the bridge type inner pipe is provided with a second long slotted hole which corresponds to and is connected with the first long slotted hole;
the first end of the connecting inner pipe is fixedly connected to the opening of the bridge inner pipe, and the second end of the connecting inner pipe is positioned above the communicating hole of the upper joint;
the connecting inner pipe, the bridge-type inner pipe, the second slotted hole and the first slotted hole form a first flow passage;
the communication hole of the upper joint, the periphery of the connecting inner pipe, the periphery of the bridge-type inner pipe and the lower joint form a second flow channel; the periphery of the connecting inner pipe comprises a gap between the connecting inner pipe and the upper joint, a gap between the connecting inner pipe and the packer, and a gap between the connecting inner pipe and the lower joint.
2. The bridge fitting according to claim 1 wherein said second end of said connecting inner tube is fixedly attached to said upper fitting.
3. A bridge fitting according to claim 2, wherein a sealing ring is provided between said inner connecting tube and said upper fitting.
4. A bridge joint as set forth in claim 1 wherein said packer is a Y111 packer or a hydrostatic packer.
5. A single-pipe water injection and oil production pipe is characterized by comprising:
the bridge type joint is internally provided with a first flow passage and a second flow passage;
the oil production pipe is connected with the upper end of the bridge joint and communicated with the first flow passage;
the water injection pipe column is connected with the lower end of the bridge type joint and communicated with the second flow channel; the lower end of the water injection pipe column is provided with a sealing insertion pipe;
the bridge joint comprises:
a packer;
the upper joint is connected with the first end of the packer; the side wall of the upper joint is provided with a plurality of communicating holes;
the lower joint is connected with the second end of the packer, and a first long slotted hole is formed in the side wall of the lower joint;
the bridge-type inner pipe is fixedly connected inside the lower joint, an opening is formed in the first end of the bridge-type inner pipe, a bottom is formed in the second end of the bridge-type inner pipe, and the first end of the bridge-type inner pipe is close to the upper joint; the side wall of the bridge type inner pipe is provided with a second long slotted hole which corresponds to and is connected with the first long slotted hole;
the first end of the connecting inner pipe is fixedly connected to the opening of the bridge inner pipe, and the second end of the connecting inner pipe is positioned above the communicating hole of the upper joint;
the connecting inner pipe, the bridge-type inner pipe, the second slotted hole and the first slotted hole form a first flow passage;
