(2) starting two motors 10 in the medicinal material rotary cutting mechanism 6, and driving a primary medicinal material cutting roller 11 and a secondary medicinal material cutting roller 12 to rotate in the primary cutting cavity 3 and the secondary cutting cavity 4 by the two motors 10;
(3) then, the weighed medicinal materials to be cut into pieces are put into the primary cutting cavity 3, at the moment, the medicinal materials to be cut into pieces are firstly primarily cut into pieces by the primary medicinal material cutting roller 11, and then the automatic discharging control assembly 8 at the lower end of the primary cutting cavity 3 is controlled to be opened, so that the medicinal materials cut into pieces by the primary cutting cavity 3 are discharged from the corresponding discharging hopper 7 and enter the receiving pouring hopper 17;
