本发明公开了一种设备到设备的数据传输方法、装置及系统,属于通信领域。所述方法包括:对用于数据传输的资源集合中的第一资源子集进行信号检测,其中,进行信号检测的资源小于资源集合;根据信号检测结果,确定资源集合中的可用资源;在可用资源中选择资源进行待传输数据的传输。本发明解决了相关技术中无法保证手持设备较长时间的正常使用的问题,实现了手持设备较长时间的正常使用,本发明用于数据传输。
