图1的挤出生产线由具有挤出模具1a的挤出机1和布置在其下游的校准台2构成,在该校准台2上布置有若干干燥校准单元3和若干校准槽罐4(即,校准工具),以冷却并校准从挤出机1排出的塑料型材100。
校准槽罐4可以在校准台2上纵向移动,以允许快速适应不同数量的干燥校准单元3,这是因为期望校准槽罐4直接连接到干燥校准单元3。
随后,塑料型材100被馈送入履带拉出装置5,履带拉出装置5提供必要的拉力以将塑料型材100拉过校准工具。在测量工位6中,测量塑料型材100,然后在锯7中将塑料型材100切割成型材部段101,型材部段101设置在倾斜台8上。
挤出生产线由控制单元10控制,控制单元10经由控制线11、12连接到挤出生产线的各单独的部件。示意性地,在倾斜台8中示出了天平13,天平13确定每个型材部段101的重量并将其传输到控制单元10。
以相同的方式,涉及型材几何形等的数据从测量工位6输出到控制单元10。用附图标记15表示该数据的性质,即几何形状测量值、颜色、光泽和划痕。此外,其它部件的所有相关数据以此处未描述的方式进行传输,这些数据比如是由履带拉出装置5施加的拉开力、来自校准工具的压力和温度的测量值等,并且尤其是识别数据,每个工具可以用识别数据唯一地识别。
在挤出生产线的进行的运行期间,控制单元10不仅接收数据和发出控制命令,以便最佳地管理挤出过程,而且还将它们记录在数据库中,以便获得用于后续挤出过程的经验值。
图2示出了干燥校准单元3a、3b可以容易地安装在校准台2上,这是因为只有一个经由快速释放紧固件16的机械连接必须被建立。所有连接部都设置在干燥校准单元3a、3b下侧的接触表面上,该接触表面在此处是不可见的。它们与校准台2的安装位置处的连接部相互作用,这些连接部在此也是不可见的。因此,不需要软管来将校准工具3a、3b、4连接到校准台2,这最小化了杂乱或错误的风险。
在本发明的范围内,也能够在根据本发明设计的挤出生产线中继续使用现有的校准设备。基板牢固地附连于这些工具的下侧,基板在其下侧具有必要的连接部,并经由内部连接线横向连接到其它连接部。然后,这些附加连接部经由连接软管连接到常规校准工具的典型地侧面安装的连接部。然后,原始工具与底板和连接软管形成一单元,该单元在拆卸和组装工具期间也不再分开。出于本发明的用途,该单元被视为校准工具。同样,没有杂乱的危险,因为在初始安装之后没有对连接软管的进一步操纵。
图3示出了挤压模具1a的快速更换系统,其可以侧向折叠。快速连接闭合件与挤出模具1a的预热相结合允许在更换挤出模具1a时少于10分钟的极短的循环时间。
图4示出了干燥校准单元3的端面,其中,一个模具板18a、18b磁性地固定在开口19的两侧上,塑料型材100穿过该开口。此处不可见的若干模具可以经由连接部20供应有压缩空气,以选择性地冷却进入开口19的塑料型材100。测量空气体积以产生可再现的条件。以这种方式,壁厚可以单独地调节适应于塑料型材100的外面积,并且所制造的塑料型材的重量可以被精确地调节(米重量)。
图4中示出了类似的解决方案,其中,八个模具板21a、21b、21c、21d、21e、21f、21g和21h磁性地安装在挤出机模具1a的面上。模具板21a和21e指向塑料型材100的可见表面,而模具板21b、21c、21d、21f和21h指向末端,这在挤出过程中始终是一个挑战。
图6示出了布置在校准台2中的冷却装置,该冷却装置将从外部引入用于挤出生产线的通用冷却水冷却到例如5℃至8℃的更低的温度。经由流动管线24和返回管线25供应分配器23,其用于供应校准工具中的专用冷却回路。
图7示出了用于干燥校准单元3a、3b的通用冷却水引导件。分配器23经由水槽罐26通过供应管线29被供应通用冷却水。此外,冷却单元22供应如上所示的低温水。
处于第一压力水平下的通用冷却水经由具有小横截面的第一供应管线26a馈送至干燥校准单元3a、3b中的某些回路。具有小横截面的第二供应管线26b将低温的冷却水引导至另外的回路。经由具有大横截面的第三供应管线26c供应处于另一压力水平下的通用冷却水。返回管线27、28将使用过的冷却水返回。

Claims (21)

1.用于生产塑料型材(100)的方法,其中,起始材料在挤出机(1)中塑化和成形,然后在至少一个干燥校准单元(3;3a、3b)和至少一个校准槽罐(4)中冷却和校准,然后该材料被分为单独的型材部段(101),其特征在于,在所述校准槽罐(4)下游连续地进行涉及所述塑料型材(100)的几何形和/或重量的测量,并且直接从这些测量值计算修正值,所述修正值用于改变所述挤出机(1)、所述干燥校准单元(3;3a、3b)和/或所述校准槽罐(4)中的设定。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,测量包括在从型材线股分离之后立即对所述型材部段(101)称重。
3.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,测量包括确定将所述塑料型材(100)运送通过加工生产线所需的拉开力。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,测量包括确定所述型材部段(101)的至少一个壁部段的厚度。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述修正值涉及挤出速度。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述修正值涉及对挤出模具(1a)区域中的部分型材横截面的选择性冷却。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,通过在来自所述挤出模具(1a)的所述塑料型材(100)的出口处空气的局部受控的膨胀进行所述冷却。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述修正值涉及对在所述干燥校准单元(3;3a、3b)的单独的部段中的冷却水流的控制。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述冷却水流在至少两个不同的回路中独立地受控制。
10.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述修正值涉及对所述校准槽罐(4)的至少一个部段中的冷却水流的控制。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述冷却水流在至少两个不同的回路中独立地受控。
12.如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述冷却水的流动方向能在至少一个冷却回路中逆转。
13.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对校准台(2)的位置连续地进行测量,并且计算修正值从而调节高度、侧部位置和纵向位置。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,由安全系统探测对于改变所述校准台(2)的位置的任何障碍并且纳入考虑。
15.用于在挤出生产线中生产塑料型材的装置,所述挤出生产线由多个工具组成,其中,至少一个干燥校准单元(3;3a、3b)和至少一个校准槽罐(4)设置在挤出机(1)的下游且布置在校准台(2)上,其特征在于,设有控制装置(10),所述控制装置一方面连接到传感器,并且另一方面连接到致动器,所述致动器改变所述挤出生产线的所述工具的设定参数。
16.如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传感器形成为设置在切割装置(7)下游的天平(13),用于对分离的型材部段(101)称重。
17.如权利要求15或16中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传感器适于确定在所述塑料型材(100)的单独的区域中的壁厚。
18.如权利要求15至17中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,至少一个模具板(21a、21b、21c、21d、21e、21f、21g、21h)布置在挤出模具(1a)的端面处,从而选择性地将空气引导到所述塑料型材(100)的预先确定的区域上或在所述挤出生产线处的所述塑料型材(100)的出口区域的预先确定的区域上。
19.如权利要求15至17中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,至少一个模具板(18a、18b)布置在所述干燥校准单元(3;3a、3b)的端面上,从而选择性地将空气引导到所述塑料型材(100)的预先确定的区域上或在所述挤出生产线处的所述塑料型材(100)的出口区域的预先确定的区域上。
20.如权利要求18或19中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述模具板(18a、18b;21a、21b、21c、21d、21e、21f、21g、21h)分别磁性地附连到所述挤出模具(1a)或所述干燥校准单元(3;3a、3b)。
21.如权利要求15至17中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,设有定位装置用于所述校准台(2),所述定位装置使得能调节高度、侧部位置和纵向位置。
