Background
The oil field is produced with most of the crude oil containing wax, the paraffin usually exists in the oil layer in a dissolved state, and in the process of oil field production, the paraffin in the crude oil can be gradually separated out due to the reduction of temperature and pressure and the escape of light components, wax crystal particles begin to be separated out in the oil flow or on the pipe wall, paraffin accumulation is generated, the sectional area of the pipeline is reduced, the flow resistance of the crude oil is increased, the efficiency of an oil well pump is influenced, and when the wax deposition is serious, the oil well pipeline can be completely blocked, so that the production stop is caused.
The wax-proof technology for oil field gathering and transportation pipeline mainly includes chemical wax-proof, hot-washing wax-removing and rubber ball wax-removing, etc.. The chemical wax control is a wax control process widely applied to oil fields at present, the chemical agent is dissolved or dispersed by chemical substances through a pump cylinder, and the deposited wax is dissolved into small-particle crude oil flowing out of a pipeline, but the wax control process needs to inject the chemical agent at regular time, so that the operation cost is high, and the wax control process has certain pertinence. Thermal cleaning wax, which is typically used in conjunction with other processes, utilizes thermal fluid circulation to raise the temperature in the wellbore above the melting point of the wax to prevent wax precipitation. The method is characterized in that rubber balls enter a pipeline through a ball throwing device, wax on the pipe wall is scraped by utilizing the mechanical strength of the rubber balls, and the scraped broken wax is carried to the ground by oil flow. The method needs to be put into use at regular time and needs to be recycled, and the paraffin removal ball is easy to be blocked due to the existence of a pipeline welding line, a bend and a reducing diameter, and has no paraffin prevention function.
