The movable roller 3 moves in a direction approaching or separating from the side spraying unit 2, and the movable roller 3 drives the sheet material to approach or separate from the ink-jet head in the moving process.
The frame 1 is provided with a support frame 5, the movable stick is arranged on the support frame 5, the support frame 5 slides in the horizontal direction on the frame 1, the frame 1 is provided with a cylinder 6 for driving the support frame 5 to be close to or far away from the ink jet head, and a piston rod of the cylinder 6 is fixed with the support frame 5.
The motor 7 and the driven wheel 8 are fixed on the support frame 5, the synchronizing wheel 9 is fixed at the end part of the movable roller 3, the power roller 4 is rotationally arranged above the frame 1, the belt pulley 10 is fixed on the side surface of the power roller 4, the belt pulley 10, the driven wheel 8 and the output end of the motor 7 are wound with a belt, and the synchronizing wheel 9 is pressed on the outer side surface of the belt in the form of a tensioning wheel.
The slide table 22 is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the slide table 22. The limiting structure comprises a first cushion pad 50 and a second cushion pad which are fixed on the sliding table 22, when the sliding table 22 is pulled out to an external limiting position, the first cushion pad 50 is abutted against the frame 1, and when the sliding table 22 is pushed into an internal limiting position, the second cushion pad 20 is abutted against the frame 1.
The slide table 22 is provided with a proximity switch 30 for detecting the distance between the slide table 22 and the movable roller 3, and the innermost side of the slide table 22 is provided with a travel switch 40 for opening or closing the circuit.
Working principle:
Under the working condition, the side spraying unit 2 is locked on the frame 1, a plurality of layers of sheet materials are superposed together and introduced from the lower side of the frame 1 (can also be from the upper side), then the sheet materials are correspondingly introduced into the corresponding movable roller 3 one by one, in the feeding process, the air cylinder 6 is in an extending state, the distance between the movable roller 3 and the side spraying unit 2 is larger, the feeding is convenient, after the feeding is finished, the air cylinder 6 is retracted, the movable roller 3 is close to the ink-jet head of the spray head assembly 21, at the moment, the sheet materials are horizontally converted into a vertical state, the back side of the sheet materials faces the ink-jet head, the sheet materials are stopped after being transported to a designated position, the spray head assembly 21 horizontally moves and sprays, after the spraying is finished, the material section after the spraying is finished is transported to the next procedure through the power roller 4 for cutting and the like, and the spraying operation is carried out on the material at the front end, so that a continuous production batch production line can be formed, the time is saved, and the efficiency is high.
When the ink box is required to be replaced or maintained, the locking plate 23 is detached from the frame 1, the side spraying unit 2 is pulled out, the side spraying unit 2 can be prevented from being completely separated to cause damage due to the limiting effect of the first buffer cushion 50, the side spraying unit 2 is pushed into the frame 1 after the ink box is replaced or maintained, the inner end position of the pushing is limited by the second buffer cushion 20, and therefore limiting structures are arranged at the inner limit position and the outer limit position of the side spraying unit 2, and the operation safety is guaranteed.
