The working principle of the printer in the embodiment is as follows:
in this embodiment, the printing medium printed by the printer is a label paper tape, and the nozzles in the inkjet modules print labels on the label paper tape. The printer is arranged on the second curved surface by setting the supporting surfaces of all the ink-jet printing tables 22, and the curvature radius of the second curved surface is larger than or equal to that of the first curved surface, so that the flexible label paper tape is tightened when passing through the printing platform 20, and the problem of deformation of a printed image caused by wrinkles on the surface of a flexible printing medium is avoided.
The printer in this embodiment is located the third curved surface through setting up the face of moisturizing of all subassembly of moisturizing, and the radius of curvature of third curved surface is the same with the radius of curvature of first curved surface, makes the face of moisturizing place curved surface of subassembly of moisturizing parallel with the nozzle surface place curved surface of shower nozzle, and the subassembly of moisturizing of being convenient for washs the shower nozzle and moisturizes, has improved the effect of moisturizing.
The first ink jet mechanism 12 of this embodiment can be driven by the first driving mechanism 14 to move on the first guiding mechanism 13, so as to reciprocate above the printing platform 20 and the cleaning device 30, so that the nozzle is located above the printing platform 20 in the ink jet state to perform ink jet printing, and the nozzle is located above each moisture retention component in the moisture retention state to perform moisture retention, thereby reducing the risk of blockage of the nozzle and prolonging the service life of the nozzle. During the movement of the first ink jet mechanism 12 from above the printing platform 20 to above the cleaning device 30, the nozzles in each nozzle module will contact the scraper 36, and the scraper 36 will scrape off the residual ink at the nozzle of the nozzle.
The moisturizing component can be driven by the lifting driving mechanism 34 to lift, when the printing trolley needs to moisturize, the printing trolley moves to the position above the cleaning device, and the moisturizing component rises to the position in the cleaning device under the driving of the lifting driving mechanism and contacts with a nozzle of a spray head in the printing trolley to moisturize the spray head of the printing trolley; when need not to moisturize the shower nozzle of printing the dolly, lift actuating mechanism can drive the subassembly of moisturizing and descend for produce the clearance between subassembly of moisturizing and the shower nozzle module, so set up, one of them is avoided printing the dolly and moves the in-process to the belt cleaning device top from print platform, and the subassembly of moisturizing causes the interference to the motion of printing the dolly.
Example 2:
the printer in embodiment 2 is improved on the basis of embodiment 1. Specifically, the printing cart 10 of the printer in embodiment 2 further includes a pre-curing mechanism, a final-curing mechanism, and a heating mechanism. As shown in fig. 7, the number of the head modules in the present embodiment is 9 in total, and the first head module 121, the second head module 122, the third head module 123, the fourth head module 124, the fifth head module 125, the sixth head module 126, the seventh head module 127, the eighth head module 128, and the ninth head module 129 are sequentially arranged from left to right. The nozzles in the first nozzle module 121 and the second nozzle module 122 are used for printing white ink by inkjet, the nozzles in the third nozzle module 123 and the fourth nozzle module 124 are used for printing color ink by inkjet, the nozzles in the fifth nozzle module 125 and the sixth nozzle module 126 are used for printing gloss oil by inkjet, and the nozzles in the seventh nozzle module 127, the eighth nozzle module 128 and the ninth nozzle module 129 are used for printing other types of ink by inkjet, such as hand feeling oil.
In one aspect of this embodiment: the pre-curing mechanism is used for pre-curing the ink ejected by the nozzles in the first nozzle module 121, the second nozzle module 122, the third nozzle module 123, the fourth nozzle module 124, the fifth nozzle module 125 and the sixth nozzle module 126; the final curing mechanism is used for performing final curing on the ink sprayed by the spray heads in all the spray head modules; the heating mechanism is used for heating the printing medium before the printing medium is subjected to ink jet printing. In this embodiment, the heating lamp 151, the first nozzle module 121, the second nozzle module 122, the first precuring lamp 152, the third nozzle module 123, the fourth nozzle module 124, the second precuring lamp 153, the fifth nozzle module 125, the sixth nozzle module 126, the third precuring lamp 154, the seventh nozzle module 127, the eighth nozzle module 128, the ninth nozzle module 129, and the final curing lamp 155 are sequentially disposed along a conveying direction of the printing medium, that is, the first precuring lamp 152 is used to precure white ink ejected from the nozzles of the first nozzle module 121 and the second nozzle module 122, the second precuring lamp 153 is used to precure color ink ejected from the nozzles of the third nozzle module 123 and the fourth nozzle module 124, and the third precuring lamp 154 is used to precure gloss ink ejected from the nozzles of the fifth nozzle module 125 and the sixth nozzle module 126.
The precuring lamp, the final curing lamp 155 and the heating lamp 151 are arranged between the first supporting part 111 and the second supporting part 112 in a spanning manner, the first supporting part 111 is provided with a seventh fixing hole corresponding to each precuring lamp, the second supporting part 112 is provided with an eighth fixing hole corresponding to each precuring lamp, two ends of the precuring lamp are respectively detachably and fixedly connected with the seventh fixing hole and the eighth fixing hole, and the detachable fixed connection manner of the precuring lamp and the seventh fixing hole is the same as that of the nozzle module and the first fixing hole, which is not described again. The first supporting member 111 is provided with a ninth fixing hole corresponding to the final curing lamp 155, the second supporting member 112 is provided with a tenth fixing hole corresponding to the final curing lamp 155, two ends of the final curing lamp 155 are respectively detachably and fixedly connected with the ninth fixing hole and the tenth fixing hole, and the detachable and fixed connection manner of the final curing lamp 155 and the ninth fixing hole is the same as the detachable and fixed connection manner of the nozzle module and the first fixing hole, which will not be described again. The first supporting member 111 is provided with an eleventh fixing hole corresponding to the heating lamp 151, the second supporting member 112 is provided with a twelfth fixing hole corresponding to the heating lamp 151, two ends of the heating lamp 151 are detachably and fixedly connected with the eleventh fixing hole and the twelfth fixing hole, respectively, and the detachable and fixed connection manner of the heating lamp 151 and the eleventh fixing hole is the same as the detachable and fixed connection manner of the showerhead module and the first fixing hole, which will not be described again.
In another aspect of this embodiment: the scheme is different from the previous scheme in that: a precuring lamp is arranged between every two adjacent nozzle modules, namely, the precuring lamp precures the ink after the nozzle in each nozzle module sprays the ink; this arrangement provides a better pre-cure of the ink.
The working principle of the printer in the embodiment is as follows:
the printing trolley 10 in the embodiment is characterized in that the pre-curing lamps and the final curing lamps 155 are arranged on the fixing frame, ink drops on a printing medium are pre-cured while ink jet printing is performed, the printing medium is immediately finally cured after printing is completed, pre-curing is beneficial to leveling, the condition that the ink drops on the printing medium flow abnormally is avoided, and the quality of a final printing product is improved in the pre-curing and reinforced curing modes. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the heating lamp 151 is used to heat the printing medium before the nozzle prints, so as to increase the adhesion of the ink on the printing medium.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 14, the printer according to embodiment 3 of the present invention is improved based on embodiment 1. Specifically, the printing cart 10 in the printer according to embodiment 3 further includes a second ink jet mechanism 161, a third ink jet mechanism 162, a fourth support mechanism 163, a fifth support mechanism 164, a third guide mechanism 165, a fourth guide mechanism 166, a third drive mechanism 167, and a fourth drive mechanism 168. The first ink ejection mechanism 12, the second ink ejection mechanism 161, and the third ink ejection mechanism 162 are provided in this order along the conveyance direction of the printing medium.
In this embodiment, the structure of the second ink jet mechanism 161 is the same as that of the first ink jet mechanism 12, the structure of the third ink jet mechanism 162 is the same as that of the first ink jet mechanism 12, the structure of the fourth support mechanism 163 is the same as that of the first support mechanism 11, the structure of the fifth support mechanism 164 is the same as that of the first support mechanism 11, the fourth support mechanism 163 is used for supporting each head module in the second ink jet mechanism 161, and the connection structure of each head module in the second ink jet mechanism 161 on the fourth support mechanism 163 is the same as that of each head module in the first ink jet mechanism 12 on the first support mechanism 11; the fifth supporting mechanism 164 is used for supporting each head module in the third ink jet mechanism 162, and the connection structure of each head module in the third ink jet mechanism 162 on the fifth supporting mechanism 164 is the same as the connection structure of each head module in the first ink jet mechanism 12 on the first supporting mechanism 11. The third guide mechanism 165 has the same structure as the first guide mechanism 13, and the fourth guide mechanism 166 has the same structure as the first guide mechanism 13; the fourth supporting mechanism 163 and the third guiding mechanism 165 are connected in the same way as the first supporting mechanism 11 and the first guiding mechanism 13, so that the nozzle module of the second ink jetting mechanism 161 can reciprocate on the third guiding mechanism 165; the fifth supporting mechanism 164 and the fourth guiding mechanism 166 are connected in the same manner as the first supporting mechanism 11 and the first guiding mechanism 13, so that the head module of the third ink jetting mechanism 162 can reciprocate on the fourth guiding mechanism 166. The fourth drive mechanism 168 has the same structure as the first drive mechanism 14, and the fifth drive mechanism has the same structure as the first drive mechanism 14; the connection mode of the fourth supporting mechanism 163 and the third driving mechanism 167 is the same as the connection mode of the first supporting mechanism 11 and the first driving mechanism 14, so that the nozzle module of the second ink jetting mechanism 161 can be driven by the third driving mechanism 167 to slide in a reciprocating manner; the connection between the fifth supporting mechanism 164 and the fourth driving mechanism 168 is the same as the connection between the first supporting mechanism 11 and the first driving mechanism 14, so that the head module of the third ink-jet mechanism 162 can be driven by the fourth driving mechanism 168 to slide back and forth.
The first ink jet mechanism 12 has 5 sets of nozzle modules, the second ink jet mechanism 161 has 5 sets of nozzle modules, and the third ink jet mechanism 162 has 5 sets of nozzle modules (the number of nozzle modules in the first ink jet mechanism 12, the second ink jet mechanism 161, and the third ink jet mechanism 162 may be multiple sets, such as two sets, three sets, and four sets … …, but the number of nozzle modules in each ink jet mechanism is not limited, and the number of nozzle modules in each ink jet mechanism may be different because the nozzle modules are detachable). The nozzles of the nozzle modules in the first ink jet mechanism 12 are used for jetting white ink, the nozzles of the nozzle modules in the second ink jet mechanism 161 are used for jetting color ink, and the nozzles of the nozzle modules in the third ink jet mechanism 162 are used for jetting ink and printing gloss oil.
Meanwhile, the cleaning device 30 of the printer in this embodiment further includes a second moisturizing mechanism, a third moisturizing mechanism, a second ink scraping mechanism, and a third ink scraping mechanism (not shown in the second moisturizing mechanism, the third moisturizing mechanism, the second ink scraping mechanism, and the third ink scraping mechanism), and the first moisturizing mechanism, the second moisturizing mechanism, and the third moisturizing mechanism are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the printing medium. In this embodiment, each of the first moisturizing mechanism, the second moisturizing mechanism and the third moisturizing mechanism includes five groups of moisturizing assemblies, the five groups of moisturizing assemblies in the second moisturizing mechanism correspond to the nozzle modules in the second ink jet mechanism 161 one by one, and when the second ink jet mechanism 161 is located above the second moisturizing mechanism, the moisturizing assemblies in the second moisturizing mechanism moisturize the nozzles of the nozzle modules in the second ink jet mechanism 161 corresponding to the moisturizing assemblies. Five groups of moisturizing components in the third moisturizing mechanism correspond to the nozzle modules in the third ink jet mechanism 162 one by one, and when the third ink jet mechanism 162 is located above the third moisturizing mechanism, the moisturizing components in the third moisturizing mechanism moisturize the nozzles of the nozzle modules in the third ink jet mechanism 162 corresponding to the moisturizing components. The moisturizing components in the first moisturizing mechanism, the second moisturizing mechanism and the third moisturizing mechanism have the same structure, and the moisturizing components in the first moisturizing mechanism, the second moisturizing mechanism and the third moisturizing mechanism are connected with the third supporting mechanism 31 in the same manner.
In this embodiment, the first ink-jet mechanism 12 is located above the printing platform 20, that is, the first ink-jet mechanism 12 is located at the first position, and at this time, the first ink-jet mechanism 12 is in the first ink-jet state, and the first ink-jet mechanism 12 is located above the first humidity maintaining mechanism, that is, the first ink-jet mechanism 12 is located at the second position, and at this time, the first ink-jet mechanism 12 is in the first humidity maintaining state. The second ink jetting mechanism 161 is located above the printing platform 20, i.e., the second ink jetting mechanism 161 is located at the third position, when the second ink jetting mechanism 161 is in the second ink jetting state, the second ink jetting mechanism 161 is located above the second moisture preserving mechanism, i.e., the second ink jetting mechanism 161 is located at the fourth position, when the second ink jetting mechanism 161 is in the second moisture preserving state. The third ink jet mechanism 162 is located above the printing platform 20, that is, the third ink jet mechanism 162 is located at the fifth position, at this time, the third ink jet mechanism 162 is in the third ink jet state, the third ink jet mechanism 162 is located above the third moisture retention mechanism, that is, the third ink jet mechanism 162 is located at the sixth position, at this time, the third ink jet mechanism 162 is in the third moisture retention state.
The first ink scraping mechanism, the second ink scraping mechanism and the third ink scraping mechanism are arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the printing medium. In this embodiment, each of the first ink scraping mechanism, the second ink scraping mechanism, and the third ink scraping mechanism includes five groups of ink scraping assemblies, five groups of ink scraping assemblies in the second ink scraping mechanism correspond to one head module in the second ink jet mechanism 161 one by one, and in the process that the second ink jet mechanism 161 moves from above the printing platform 20 to above the second moisturizing device, the ink scraping assemblies in the second ink scraping mechanism scrape the heads of the head module in the second ink jet mechanism 161 corresponding to the ink scraping assemblies. Five groups of ink scraping components in the third ink scraping mechanism correspond to the nozzle modules in the third ink jet mechanism 162 one by one, and in the process that the third ink jet mechanism 162 moves from the upper part of the printing platform 20 to the upper part of the third moisturizing device, the ink scraping components in the third ink scraping mechanism scrape the nozzles of the nozzle modules in the third ink jet mechanism 162 corresponding to the ink scraping components. The ink scraping assemblies in the first ink scraping mechanism, the second ink scraping mechanism and the third ink scraping mechanism have the same structure, and are connected with the third supporting mechanism 31 in the same way.
The working principle of the printer in the embodiment is as follows:
the printing trolley 10 comprises a first ink jet mechanism 12, a second ink jet mechanism 161 and a third ink jet mechanism 162, wherein the ink jet mechanism with a printing requirement moves to the position above the printing platform 20 for ink jet printing, and the ink jet mechanism without printing is moisturized in the moisturizing mechanism, so that the probability of dust adhesion to a nozzle in the ink jet mechanism without printing is reduced, the risk of nozzle blockage and damage is reduced, and the service life of the nozzle is prolonged (for example, in some special printing occasions, white ink is not required to be printed, and only color ink and gloss oil are required to be printed, the second ink jet mechanism 161 and the third ink jet mechanism 162 move to the position above the printing platform 20 for ink jet printing, and the first ink jet mechanism 12 is moisturized by the first moisturizing mechanism, so that the probability of dust adhesion to the nozzle in the first ink jet mechanism 12 is reduced).
Example 4:
referring to fig. 15, the printer according to embodiment 4 of the present invention is improved based on embodiment 3. Specifically, in the printer of embodiment 4, the surfaces of the head nozzles in each head module of the first ink ejection mechanism 12, the second ink ejection mechanism 161, and the third ink ejection mechanism 162 are all located on the first curved surface.
Example 5:
the printer in embodiment 5 is improved on the basis of embodiment 1. Specifically, embodiment 5 optimizes the structure of the head modules in the printer, as shown in fig. 16, one head module includes a housing 1201, a temperature detector, a sub-cartridge 1203, a display, a first controller, three head control boards 1202, and three heads 1205, and one head control board 1202 is connected to one head 1205 one to one. The sub tank 1203 stores ink therein to supply the three heads 1205, and the head control board 1202 controls the heads to operate (the operation principle of the head control board 1202 controlling the heads is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here). The temperature detector is used to detect the temperature of the sub cartridge 1203 (the temperature detector may be a contact type temperature detector or a non-contact type temperature detector; the operation principle of the temperature detector is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here).
As shown in fig. 17, the sub cartridge 1203 is mounted on a cartridge holder 1204, the cartridge holder 1204 is fixedly connected with the housing 1201, three ring-shaped heating tapes are arranged on the outer wall of the sub cartridge 1203, each heating tape is wound on the outer wall of the sub cartridge 1203, the inner wall of each heating tape is attached to the outer wall of the sub cartridge 1203 to heat the ink in the sub cartridge 1203 by heating of the heating tape, the three heating tapes are respectively a first heating tape 12031, a second heating tape 12032 and a third heating tape 12033, the first heating tape 12031, the second heating tape 12032 and the third heating tape 12033 are respectively arranged in sequence from top to bottom in the vertical direction, the height difference between the first heating tape 12031 and the second heating tape 12032 is equal to the height difference between the second heating tape 12032 and the third heating tape 12033 to ensure that the first heating tape 12031, the second heating tape 12032 and the third heating tape 12033 are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the sub cartridge 1203, the ink is heated uniformly.
The input end of the first controller is connected with the output end of the temperature detector, the first output end of the first controller is connected with the input end of the first heating belt 12031, the second output end of the first controller is connected with the input end of the second heating belt 12032, the third output end of the first controller is connected with the input end of the third heating belt 12033, and the fourth output end of the first controller is connected with the input end of the display.
Meanwhile, the spray head is positioned below the sub ink box 1203 in the vertical direction, and the distance between the spray head and the sub ink box 1203 is smaller than or equal to a first preset distance, so that the sub ink box 1203 supplies ink to the spray head (the first preset distance is 150mm in the embodiment); the head control board 1202 is located above the sub ink cartridge 1203 in the vertical direction, thereby preventing ink from dropping on the head control board 1202.
The working principle of the spray head module is as follows: the temperature detector detects the temperature of the sub ink box 1203 to generate a first temperature signal, and transmits the first temperature signal to the first controller, the first controller compares the first temperature signal with a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature respectively, and the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature. When the first temperature signal is lower than a first preset temperature, the first controller controls the first heating belt 12031, the second heating belt 12032 and the third heating belt 12033 to operate, and when the first temperature signal is higher than a second preset temperature, the first heating belt 12031, the second heating belt 12032 and the third heating belt 12033 are controlled not to operate. When the first heating belt 12031, the second heating belt 12032 and the third heating belt 12033 work, heat is transferred into the auxiliary ink box 1203 from the outer wall of the auxiliary ink box 1203, ink in the auxiliary ink box 1203 is heated, and the ink is heated to a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature, so that the ink smoothness is improved, and the printing effect is improved.

1. A print carriage with curing functionality, characterized in that it comprises:
an inkjet printing mechanism that ejects ink onto a surface of a printing medium;
the pre-curing mechanism is used for pre-curing the printing ink on the surface of the printing medium; and
the final curing mechanism is used for performing final curing on the printing ink on the surface of the printing medium;
the surface of a nozzle in the ink-jet printing mechanism is positioned on the first curved surface.
2. The print carriage with curing function as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and the heating mechanism is used for heating the printing medium before the printing medium is subjected to ink jet printing.
3. The print carriage with curing function as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and the ink-jet printing mechanism, the pre-curing mechanism and the final curing mechanism are all arranged on the supporting mechanism.
4. The print carriage with curing function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support mechanism comprises a first support member and a second support member arranged in parallel, and the pre-curing mechanism spans between the first support member and the second support member.

The print carriage with curing function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first support member is provided with a first fixing hole, and the second support member is provided with a second fixing hole; and two ends of the pre-curing mechanism are detachably and fixedly connected with the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole respectively.

The printing trolley with curing function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the inkjet printing mechanism comprises a first inkjet module, a second inkjet module and a third inkjet module, and the first inkjet module, the second inkjet module and the third inkjet module are arranged in sequence along a conveying direction of a printing medium.

The printing trolley with curing function according to claim 6, wherein the pre-curing mechanism comprises a first pre-curing lamp, a second pre-curing lamp and a third pre-curing lamp, and the first inkjet module, the first pre-curing lamp, the second inkjet module, the second pre-curing lamp, the third inkjet module and the third pre-curing lamp are sequentially arranged along a conveying direction of a printing medium;
the first precuring lamp is used for precuring the ink jetted from the first ink jet module to the surface of the printing medium, the second precuring lamp is used for precuring the ink jetted from the second ink jet module to the surface of the printing medium, and the third precuring lamp is used for precuring the ink jetted from the third ink jet module to the surface of the printing medium.
8. The printing cart with curing function as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first inkjet module is used for inkjet printing white ink, the second inkjet module is used for inkjet printing color ink, and the third inkjet module is used for inkjet printing gloss oil.
