背景技术

通常,缝合器械(特别是机械致动或非电动的缝合器械)需要操作者用单手操纵致动器。然而,在这些机械系统中,使砧座和钉仓组件相接近和/或对击发机构进行击发所需的力相对较大,这可能给操作者带来困难或导致操作者疲劳。
发明内容

在实施例中,所述内部引导构件的所述内部引导表面布置成与所述纵向手柄轴线成倾斜关系。在一些实施例中,所述触发器可在所述初始位置、所述致动位置以及位于所述初始位置和所述致动位置中间的部分致动位置之间操作。在某些实施例中,所述手柄框架的所述引导构件配置成使得在所述触发器移动超过所述部分致动位置时所述内部引导表面相对于所述推力连杆的所述引导凸轮释放,由此所述触发器继续移动到所述致动位置以线性方式驱动所述推力连杆。

具体实施方式
现在将参照附图详细描述当前公开的用于外科手术器械的触发机构,其中,在若干视图中的每一个视图中,相同的附图标记表示相同或对应的元件。在本说明书中,术语“近”通常用于表示器械的较靠近临床医生的部分,而术语“远”通常用于表示器械的较远离临床医生的部分。另外,术语临床医生通常用于指医务人员,包含医生、护士和助理人员。
示例性外科手术器械是缝合器械,其包含手柄、细长构件和联接到细长构件的末端执行器。末端执行器可包含钉仓和砧座。至少一个手动致动的触发器安装到手柄上并且适于使钉仓和砧座接近以夹紧二者之间的组织并且致动击发机构以输送缝钉穿过组织而抵靠砧座弯折和/或将刀进行输送以切割所施加的缝钉之间的组织。触发器联接到连杆系统,所述连杆系统减小了击发缝钉并使所述刀前进所需的力。
尽管以下讨论将集中于结合外科手术缝合器械使用触发机构,但是触发机构可以用于其中触发器被机械致动以驱动驱动构件而控制末端执行器的操作的任何器械。这类器械的实例包含活检器械、镊子、抓钳等。
参照图1到2,说明并有本公开的触发机构的缝合器械并且其通常示出为缝合器械10。缝合器械10包含:手柄12,其具有限定握把16的手柄框架14;细长构件18,其从手柄框架14延伸;和末端执行器20,其联接到细长构件18。包含触发器24的触发机构22安装到手柄框架14并且适于在初始位置和致动位置之间枢转以控制末端执行器20的操作。末端执行器20包含容纳多个缝钉(未示出)的钉仓28和用于使从钉仓28弹射出的缝钉弯折的砧座30。缝合器械10与共同转让的第6,817,508号美国专利中公开的缝合器械共享共同的特征,所述专利的全部内容通过引用并入本文。
在以下描述中,将仅讨论用于驱动末端执行器20的钉仓28的缝钉的触发机构的功能。用于使钉仓28和砧座30接近的接近机构的细节可以参考上述第6,817,508号美国专利来确定。
参照图2到3,触发器24围绕枢轴支座32安装到手柄框架14,枢轴支座32通过传统方法联接到手柄框架14。推力连杆34通过被推力连杆销36收纳而联接到触发器24,推力连杆销36延伸穿过触发器24的开口38并且被收纳在推力连杆34的孔40内。推力连杆34限定前端42,前端42可联接到延伸穿过细长构件18的推力构件44。在实施例中,推力构件44可以限定后凹口46,后凹口46收纳推力连杆34的前端42以将推力连杆34与推力构件44联接。扭转弹簧48围绕触发器24的枢轴支座32定位,以通常将推力连杆34向上偏置就位而与推力构件44联接。推力构件44配置成用于纵向移动,以在触发器24被致动和推力连杆34移动时控制末端执行器20的操作。
在实施例中,推力连杆34、扭转弹簧48和推力构件44配合地配置成在推力构件44移动期间将推力连杆34保持为相对于纵向手柄轴线“k”成预定角度“α”而贯穿完整的击发行程。角度“α”可以相对于纵向手柄轴线“k”在约1°到约30°的范围内变动。通过这种布置,推力连杆34不会相对于纵向手柄轴线“k”枢转,这种布置实际上在触发器24从图3的初始位置到图4的致动位置的枢转移动期间引起推力连杆34和推力构件44的直接线性移动。除非另有说明,否则推力连杆34和推力构件44的行进距离相对于触发器24的枢转运动存在直接线性关系。因此,推力构件44的击发行程的长度增加,同时实现从钉仓28展开缝钉和/或使所述刀前进的击发行程所需的触发器24的枢转移动的程度减小,从而增强触发机构22相对于传统机构的机械效益。
现在参照图5到8,说明本公开的触发机构的另一个示例性实施例。此实施例基本上类似于图1到4的实施例,参照先前的讨论以获得相同部件的描述。然而,根据此实施例,推力连杆50限定有例如沿着纵向手柄轴线“k”伸长的细长狭槽52,其容纳推力连杆销36。在图7中描绘的触发器24的初始位置,推力连杆销36定位在细长连杆狭槽52的远端52d(图6)内。在触发器24枢转移动到图8的致动位置时,推力连杆50绕推力杆连杆36略微枢转,以初始地驱动推力构件44。触发器24的继续枢转移动使得推力连杆销36横越推力连杆50的细长狭槽52并啮合细长狭槽52的近端52p(图6)以使推力连杆50以基本上线性方式移动。因此,推力构件44的击发行程的长度增加,同时触发器24到致动位置的枢转运动的程度最小化。另外,推力连杆50包含后部50a和偏移的前部50b,前部50b相对于近部50a以倾斜角“a”偏移,“a”的范围在例如约5°与30°之间。(图6)前部50b通过扭转弹簧48的偏置作用进行联接的这种偏移布置确保了在触发器24从初始位置到致动位置的移动期间推力连杆50的前端54保持啮合或收纳在推力构件44的后凹口46内。
参照图9到11,说明本公开的触发机构的另一个示例性实施例。此实施例基本上类似于图5到8的实施例,参照先前的讨论以获得相同部件的描述。然而,根据此实施例,手柄框架100包含设置在手柄框架100的中间附近的内部引导构件102。引导构件102具有:水平表面部件104,其与纵向手柄轴线“k”处于大致平行的关系;和倾斜表面部件106,其与纵向轴线“k”成倾斜关系。推力连杆108联接到触发器24并且具有前驱动凸轮110和从推力连杆108的中间段向外悬垂的引导凸轮112。前驱动凸轮110与推力构件44联接。引导凸轮112可在触发器24的枢转移动期间与引导构件102啮合,具体地,与引导构件102的水平表面部件104和倾斜表面部件106啮合。
推力构件44包含后凹口46和从后凹口46向下悬垂的推杆臂114。在图11中描绘的触发器24的初始位置,推力连杆108的前驱动凸轮110至少部分地容纳在推力构件44的后凹口46内,并且引导凸轮112与引导构件102啮合(例如邻近于水平表面部件104和倾斜表面部件106的交叉点)。在触发器24移动到图12的部分致动位置时,引导凸轮112横越引导构件102的倾斜表面部件106以使得推力连杆108绕推力连杆销36枢转,并且还使推力连杆108的前驱动凸轮110横越推力构件44的推杆臂114,从而使推力构件44前进通过第一阶段的纵向移动。在触发器24移动到图13的完全致动位置时,引导凸轮112从引导构件102释放,使得推力连杆108绕推力连杆销36的枢转移动被中断,并且推力连杆108以线性方式前进以驱动推杆臂114和推力构件44(对应于推力构件44第二阶段的纵向移动)。对于触发器24相同角度的旋转,推杆臂114的伸出特性提供了增大的击发行程长度(即,包含推力构件44第一阶段和第二阶段的纵向移动),以进一步使推力构件44前进并且执行末端执行器20的操作。

5.一种外科手术器械,其包括:

细长构件,其从所述手柄框架延伸;
末端执行器,其联接到所述细长构件;

8.根据权利要求7所述的外科手术器械,其中,所述手柄框架的所述引导构件配置成使得在所述触发器移动超过所述部分致动位置时所述内部引导表面相对于所述推力连杆的所述引导凸轮释放,由此所述触发器继续移动到所述致动位置以线性方式驱动所述推力连杆。
