In the specific application, the queuing machine displays the queuing two-dimensional code, the client scans the queuing two-dimensional code, displays a queuing page returned by the queuing machine, acquires the dining information input by the dining user in the queuing page, generates a queuing request according to the dining information, and sends the queuing request to the queuing machine. The queuing machine receives a queuing request sent by the client, determines the allelic information corresponding to the client according to the queuing request sent by the client, and then generates the pre-ordering information of the shop according to the allelic information corresponding to the client and the link address of the pre-ordering page of the shop, so that the client can perform pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the shop.
Specifically, the store pre-ordering information may be in the form of an image identifier, such as a pre-ordering two-dimensional code or a pre-ordering bar code, and the store pre-ordering information includes the allelic information corresponding to the client and the link address of the store pre-ordering page. Taking the pre-ordering information of the shop as the pre-ordering two-dimensional code as an example, the client scans the pre-ordering two-dimensional code, the seller returns a pre-ordering page of the shop to the client, and the client displays the pre-ordering page of the shop, so that a dining user at the client side can select a desired dish in the pre-ordering page of the shop to order the dish in advance.

In order to determine the preferential strength information, a preset algorithm and a preset condition threshold value can be preset, the marketing server performs operation processing on the preorder allelic quantity and the estimated allelic duration in the position information and the estimated consumption amount obtained through calculation by using the preset algorithm to obtain preferential parameters, and then the preferential parameters are matched with the preset condition threshold value to obtain matched preferential strength information. The preset algorithm and the preset condition threshold may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and are not specifically limited herein. The preferential strength information can be information in the forms of discount coupons, full discount coupons and the like, wherein the more the preorders are, the longer the expected allelic duration is, the more the expected consumption amount is, and the greater the preferential strength corresponding to the preferential strength information is.
Assuming that the discount parameter is between 1 and 10 according to the preset condition threshold, the discount parameter corresponds to first discount strength information, such as a discount coupon of 9 discount; when the offer parameter is between 11 and 20, corresponding to second offer strength information, such as a discount coupon of 7; when the offer parameter is between 21 and 30, it corresponds to the third preference information, such as a discount coupon of 5. If the marketing service end utilizes a preset algorithm to perform operation processing on the preorder allelic quantity, the expected allelic duration and the expected consumption amount in the bit information, and the obtained discount parameter is 15, matching the discount parameter with a preset condition threshold value to obtain second discount strength information corresponding to the discount parameter, namely the second discount strength information is matched discount strength information, and taking the second discount strength information as the determined discount strength information. The equipotential sequence is determined according to the arrangement sequence of the equipotential sequence numbers of the clients, when the equipotential sequence numbers of the clients are about to arrive, the queuing machine sends a table distribution request carrying the number of dinning people corresponding to the clients to the selling end, and the selling end determines the information of the table to be distributed according to the occupation state of the table of the shop and the table distribution request sent by the queuing machine.
Step S203, the sales end determines the information of the table to be distributed according to the occupation state of the table of the shop and the table distribution request sent by the queuing machine, and sends the information of the table to be distributed to the queuing machine.
Specifically, the sales end searches for the information of the idle table according to the occupation state of the shop table; matching the number of dinning people in the table allocation request with the number of allowed dinning people corresponding to the idle table information to obtain matched idle table information; and determining the information of the table to be distributed according to the matched idle table information, and sending the information of the table to be distributed to the queuing machine. The table information to be allocated may be information such as a table number of the table to be allocated. By the aid of the method, intelligent distribution of the tables is achieved, service personnel do not need to be specially arranged in dining shops to distribute the tables for dining users, and distribution efficiency of the tables is effectively improved.
And step S204, highlighting the table position corresponding to the table information to be distributed in the shop table distribution image by the queuing machine, generating a dining reminding notice, and sending the dining reminding notice to the client for reminding dining.
In order to facilitate a dinning user to conveniently and quickly find a corresponding table for dinning, a shop table distribution image is stored in the queuing machine in advance, distribution positions of all tables in a catering shop are recorded in the shop table distribution image, and after the queuing machine receives information of the table to be distributed sent by a sales end, the queuing machine can highlight marks on the positions of the tables corresponding to the information of the table to be distributed in the shop table distribution image according to the information of the table to be distributed to generate a dinning reminding notice. The dining reminding notification comprises information such as a table number of the table to be allocated, a distribution image of the table of the shop highlighting the position of the table corresponding to the information of the table to be allocated, and a guiding route.
Specifically, table positions corresponding to the table information to be distributed in the distribution image of the shop table are highlighted in the distribution image of the shop table in a manner of underlining, background color increasing, highlighting and the like. Those skilled in the art may also use other manners to highlight the table position corresponding to the table information to be allocated, which is not limited herein.
After the dining reminding notification is generated, the queuing machine sends the dining reminding notification to the client to remind a user of dining, the dining user at the client side can conveniently and quickly find the corresponding table to eat according to the distribution image of the table of the restaurant after the identification is highlighted in the dining reminding notification, the dining shop is not required to arrange service personnel specially for distributing the table and guiding the route for the dining user, the labor cost put into the dining shop is effectively saved, the dining user can conveniently go to the dining, the dining service quality is improved, and the improvement of the user experience is facilitated.
Step S205, the client scans the table two-dimensional code corresponding to the table information to be distributed, orders are placed and confirmed according to the pre-ordered order information corresponding to the client, confirmed order placing information corresponding to the table information to be distributed is generated, and the confirmed order placing information is sent to the sales end.
Each table in the catering shop is displayed with a corresponding table two-dimensional code, so that a dining user can scan the table two-dimensional code by using a client to place an order and determine the order. After the dining user finds the corresponding table to be distributed and takes a seat according to the dining reminding notice, the client can be used for scanning the table two-dimensional code corresponding to the table information to be distributed, the selling end returns a shop ordering page to the client, the client displays the shop ordering page, ordering confirmation is carried out on ordering order information corresponding to the client, confirmation ordering information corresponding to the table information to be distributed is generated, and then the client sends the generated confirmation ordering information to the selling end so that the selling end can complete ordering operation according to the confirmation ordering information. Specifically, the client may generate the order placing confirmation information corresponding to the table information to be allocated according to the triggering operation of the dining user on the order placing confirmation button.
And step S206, the sales end sends the pre-ordering order information corresponding to the client to the kitchen end according to the confirmed ordering information corresponding to the table information to be distributed for the kitchen end to process.
The confirmation ordering information corresponding to the to-be-distributed table information may be generated and transmitted by the service staff at the restaurant after the service staff confirms that the dining user is seated, instead of being generated and transmitted by the client. Or when the table is an intelligent dining table, after the dining user takes a seat, the dining user can directly operate on the intelligent dining table to generate confirmed ordering information corresponding to the table information to be distributed, and then the confirmed ordering information corresponding to the table information to be distributed is sent to the sales end.
In order to enable a dining user to obtain good dining experience and avoid the situation that the dining user is not allocated with a table and the kitchen has finished making dishes, after the client finishes pre-ordering operation, the sales end stores pre-ordering order information corresponding to the client without directly sending the pre-ordering order information to the kitchen end, and after the sales end acquires confirmation ordering information corresponding to the table information to be allocated, the sales end sends the pre-ordering order information corresponding to the client to the kitchen end according to the confirmation ordering information corresponding to the table information to be allocated for processing by the kitchen end, such as making dishes.
In the waiting process, it is likely that the dining user gives up waiting midway due to the long waiting time and the like, and then after the queuing machine sends the dining reminding notification to the client for reminding dining, the method may further include: the sales end judges whether order placing confirmation information corresponding to the table information to be distributed is received within preset time after the table information to be distributed is sent; if yes, go to step S206; if not, the table to be distributed is released, a table release notification is sent to the client side to notify the client side that the table is not reserved for the client side any more, so that the table is effectively utilized, and the situation that the table is reserved for a long time and no one has a dinner is avoided. The preset time can be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein, for example, the preset time can be set to 10 minutes.
If the client finishes the prepayment operation in the process of ordering food in advance, the sales end can send a table release notice to the client and return the prepayment amount paid by the client under the condition that the confirmation ordering information corresponding to the table information to be distributed is not received within the preset time, so that the economic loss of the diner is avoided.
In an optional implementation manner, the store ordering information may directly include the preferential strength information, so that when the client performs ordering operation according to the store ordering information, the seller can quickly calculate the prepaid amount based on the preferential strength information in the store ordering information. Specifically, the queuing machine determines the allelic information corresponding to the client according to a queuing request sent by the client, and sends the allelic information corresponding to the client to the marketing server; then, the marketing service side calculates the preferential strength information according to the allelic information corresponding to the client side; then the marketing server side sends the preferential strength information to a queuing machine; and the queuing machine generates the pre-ordering information of the shop according to the preferential strength information and the link address of the pre-ordering page of the shop, so that the client can perform pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the shop. When the client performs the pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the shop, the sales end can conveniently acquire the preferential strength information according to the pre-ordering information of the shop and calculate the pre-payment amount based on the preferential strength information.
The queuing pre-ordering processing method provided by the embodiment can intelligently calculate the preferential strength information according to the allelic information corresponding to the client, provides ordering preference for the allelic dinning users, improves the allelic experience of the users, is beneficial to saving the allelic dinning users, and avoids the loss of passenger flow of the dining shop due to the allelic state; moreover, the tables can be intelligently distributed according to the occupation states of the table tops of the stores and the number of dining persons in the table distribution request, the table positions corresponding to the information of the table tops to be distributed are marked in the distribution images of the table tops, and the dining reminding notice is generated, so that a dining user at the client side can conveniently and quickly find the corresponding table for dining according to the distribution images of the table tops marked in the dining reminding notice, and a dining store does not need to specially arrange service personnel to distribute the table tops and guide routes for the dining user, thereby effectively saving the labor cost for dining in the stores, improving the dining service quality and improving the dining experience of the user; in addition, if the order-placing confirmation information corresponding to the table information to be distributed is not received within a period of time after the table information to be distributed is sent, the table to be distributed is automatically released, so that the table is effectively utilized, and the condition that the table is reserved for a long time and no one has a meal is avoided.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a queuing pre-order processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the system comprising: client 310, marketing server 320, sales end 330, and queuing machine 340.
Marketing server 320 is adapted to: and calculating the preferential strength information according to the allelic information corresponding to the client 310, so that when the client 310 performs the pre-ordering operation, the seller 330 calculates the pre-payment amount based on the preferential strength information.
Wherein, the allelic information comprises: the preorders are equal in number, expected equal in time length and the number of diners; marketing server 320 is further adapted to: calculating to obtain a predicted consumption amount according to the number of diners and the average consumption amount of historical people; performing operation processing on the preorder allelic quantity, the estimated allelic duration and the estimated consumption amount by using a preset algorithm to obtain a preferential parameter; and matching the preferential parameters with a preset condition threshold to obtain matched preferential strength information.

In another embodiment, queuing machine 340 is further adapted to: determining the allelic information corresponding to the client 310 according to the queuing request sent by the client 310, and sending the allelic information corresponding to the client 310 to the marketing server 320; marketing server 320 is further adapted to: sending the coupon strength information to the queuing machine 340; the queuing machine 340 is further adapted to: and generating the pre-ordering information of the store according to the preferential strength information and the link address of the pre-ordering page of the store, so that the client 310 can perform pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the store.

1. A method of queued pre-order processing, the method comprising:
the marketing service side acquires the allelic information corresponding to the client side from the queuing machine, calculates the preferential strength information according to the allelic information corresponding to the client side, and generates the pre-ordering information of the shop according to the allelic information corresponding to the client side or the preferential strength information by the queuing machine, so that when the client side carries out pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the shop, the seller side calculates the pre-payment amount based on the preferential strength information;
the sales end determines the information of the tables to be distributed according to the occupation state of the tables of the shop and the table distribution request sent by the queuing machine, and sends the information of the tables to be distributed to the queuing machine;
the queuing machine generates a dining reminding notification according to the table information to be distributed, and sends the dining reminding notification to the client to remind the client of dining;
the sales end completes ordering operation according to the confirmed ordering information corresponding to the table information to be distributed;
wherein the allelic information includes: the preorders are equal in number, expected equal in time length and the number of diners; and the marketing server calculates to obtain a predicted consumption amount according to the number of the diners and the historical per capita consumption amount, and the predicted consumption amount is used for calculating the preferential strength information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the marketing server obtains the client-side corresponding allele from the queuing machine, and calculating the offer level information according to the client-side corresponding allele further comprises:
the marketing server side utilizes a preset algorithm to carry out operation processing on the preorder allelic quantity, the estimated allelic duration and the estimated consumption amount to obtain a discount parameter;
and matching the preferential parameters with a preset condition threshold to obtain matched preferential strength information.

The method of claim 1, wherein before the marketing server obtains the client-corresponding allele from the queuing machine and calculates the offer level information according to the client-corresponding allele, the method further comprises: the queuing machine determines the allelic information corresponding to the client according to the queuing request sent by the client, and generates pre-ordering information of the store according to the allelic information corresponding to the client and the link address of the pre-ordering page of the store, so that the client can perform pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the store;
the marketing service side acquires the allelic information corresponding to the client side from the queuing machine, and the calculation of the preferential strength information according to the allelic information corresponding to the client side specifically comprises the following steps: and when the client performs pre-ordering operation according to the pre-ordering information of the shop, the marketing service end acquires the allelic information corresponding to the client according to the pre-ordering information of the shop, and calculates the preferential strength information according to the allelic information corresponding to the client.

The method of claim 1, wherein before the marketing server obtains the client-corresponding allele from the queuing machine and calculates the offer level information according to the client-corresponding allele, the method further comprises: the queuing machine determines the allelic information corresponding to the client according to the queuing request sent by the client, and sends the allelic information corresponding to the client to the marketing server;
