Detailed Description
The following provides a detailed description of the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a method for shopping guide using a mobile terminal is provided, including the following steps:
s100, acquiring a commodity to be purchased from a mobile terminal;
s200, determining commodity information of the commodity to be purchased, wherein the commodity information comprises a commodity code and commodity weight;
s300, determining the shelf position of the commodity to be purchased according to the commodity code;
s400, determining alternative routes by taking a preset mall entrance as a starting point and a preset cash register position as an end point, wherein the alternative routes comprise a route from the starting point to a first shelf position, a route from a previous shelf position to a next shelf position and a route from a last shelf position to the end point;
s500, calculating a total power consumption value of the alternative route, wherein the total power consumption value is the sum of power consumption values of all routes in the alternative route, and the power consumption value is the product of the routes and the accumulated commodity weight of the routes;
s600, screening and determining the alternative route with the minimum total consumption value from all the alternative routes as a shopping guide route;
s700, the shopping guide route is sent to the mobile terminal.
The execution main body of the shopping guide method can be a service background provided by a merchant, and the service background can comprise at least one server.
In the step S100, the mobile terminal may be a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart watch, and the like, and the specific type of the mobile terminal is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
More specifically, referring to fig. 2, the step of acquiring the goods to be purchased from the mobile terminal may include:
s110, establishing communication connection with the mobile terminal, and receiving commodity keywords from the mobile terminal;
s120, sending an alternative commodity, a commodity specification and a commodity price related to the alternative commodity to the mobile terminal according to the commodity key word;
s130, receiving commodities to be purchased from the mobile terminal, wherein the commodities to be purchased are selected and determined from the alternative commodities by the user.
In the service background, a plane map of a shopping mall and specific positions of different shelves on the plane map can be prestored by a merchant. The merchant can also pre-store the sold commodities and corresponding commodity information in the service background so as to be searched, browsed and selected by the mobile terminal user.
By the aid of the communication connection between the mobile terminal and the service background provided by the merchant, on one hand, even if a consumer does not arrive at the supermarket, whether goods which the consumer wants to purchase exist in the supermarket or not can be searched and determined, and the purchasing efficiency of the consumer is improved; on the other hand, the consumer can select and determine the commodity to be purchased according to the alternative commodity, the alternative commodity specification, the alternative commodity price and the like provided by the service background, so that the consumer can select the commodity to be purchased before entering the supermarket, for example, on the way to the supermarket, and the place where the consumer selects the commodity is transferred to the outside of the supermarket from the supermarket. For the supermarket at the peak time of people flow, the crowding degree of the supermarket is reduced, the circulation speed of consumers in the supermarket is improved, and the goods sales volume and the turnover are improved.
In the step S200, the service background may include a preset mapping list, where a mapping relationship between the commodity and the commodity information is recorded in the preset mapping list, and specifically, the commodity information may include a commodity code, a commodity weight, and the like. Each commodity can have a unique commodity code, and the name, specification and price of the same commodity are the same. Therefore, according to the obtained commodity to be purchased, the corresponding commodity code and the corresponding commodity weight of the commodity to be purchased can be determined, and the commodity code and the corresponding commodity weight are used for determining the shopping guide route in the subsequent steps.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3, the step of S200 may include:
s210, determining the weight type of the commodity to be purchased, wherein the weight type comprises a fixed weight type and a non-fixed weight type;
s220, if the commodity to be purchased belongs to the non-fixed weight class, acquiring a sales history record of the commodity to be purchased in a preset time, wherein the sales history record comprises sales times and sales weight of each time;
and S230, taking the single average sales weight of the commodity to be purchased in a preset time as the commodity weight of the commodity to be purchased.
For packaged goods, each portion has a fixed weight and belongs to the fixed weight class; for the fresh vegetables and fruits and other commodities needing to be weighed instantly, the weight purchased by each consumer is mostly different. For the commodity to be purchased with the weight type, the sales history of the commodity in the preset time can be obtained, and the single average sales weight of the commodity in the preset time is calculated to serve as the weight of the commodity to be purchased for determining the shopping guide route in the subsequent steps. For example, the sales history of the commodity for the last month may be obtained, and the average sales weight for a single time may be calculated by dividing the total sales weight for the last month by the total sales times.
In the step S300, each commodity is placed and displayed on a shelf in the supermarket, and a mapping relationship exists between the commodity and the commodity code, so that the shelf position where the commodity to be purchased is located can be determined according to the commodity code. The shelf position refers to the plane position of different shelves on a pre-stored market plane map.
Further, referring to fig. 4, after the step of S300, the method further includes:
s310, determining a shelf area code corresponding to the commodity code by using a preset shelf list, wherein the shelf list comprises the commodity code and a shelf area code mapped with the commodity code, and the shelf area code comprises preset shelf area information;
in this case, S700 is specifically:
s710, sending the shopping guide route to the mobile terminal, wherein the shopping guide route comprises a starting point, shelf positions which arrive in sequence, shelf area information associated with the shelf positions, and an end point.
In the step of S310, the same shelf may be divided into a plurality of shelf areas. For example, for the shelf No. 1, the shelf may be divided into an upper area, a middle area and a lower area, and the corresponding shelf area codes are "shelf No. 1-up", "shelf No. 1-middle" and "shelf No. 1-down", where "up" is the shelf area information of "shelf No. 1-up". Each shelf area has a unique shelf area code, when goods are loaded, a certain commodity is placed in one shelf area, and then the commodity and the shelf area code have a mapping relation, so that the commodity code and the shelf area code also have a mapping relation. All the product codes and the shelf area codes mapped to the product codes constitute the aforementioned pick-up list. The shelf location and shelf area code may be determined and may not change over a period of time. According to different requirements, such as season sales promotion and the like, the specific goods loading position of the goods can be adjusted during goods loading, so that the mapping relation between the goods codes and the shelf area codes is changed, and the mapping relation is prestored in the service background, so that a more accurate and efficient shopping route is provided for consumers.
In an actual market, the length of one shelf is usually 2-3 meters or even longer, the height of the shelf can reach about 1.8 meters, and a plurality of similar commodities with the same category and the same brand can be displayed on one shelf. And the shopping guide route sent to the mobile terminal can only display the plane position of the goods shelf on the plane map of the shopping mall, and the consumer still needs to spend much time for searching for the commodity to be purchased only through the plane position displayed on the mobile terminal. Particularly if the items to be purchased are displayed on the bottom or top of the shelves, it may take relatively more time for the consumer to find them. In order to solve the problem, in the method, a shelf is divided into a plurality of shelf areas, shelf area information is represented by shelf area codes, and the shelf area codes and commodity codes are mapped in a loading list. After the commodity code of the commodity to be purchased is determined, the shelf area information and the shelf position can be sent to the mobile terminal together, so that the consumer can know the shelf position of the shelf on the plane map through the mobile terminal, and can know the specific area of the commodity to be purchased on a certain shelf, and further the consumer can quickly find the commodity to be purchased.
In the step S400, a plurality of alternative routes may be determined by arranging and combining the preset store entrance as a starting point and the preset cash register position as an end point according to the arrival sequence of different shelf positions.
In the step S500, the effort value is an indicative parameter, and the lower the effort value is, the more effort and the easier the consumer feels during the shopping process; the higher the exertion value, the more exhausted the consumer will feel relatively during the course of shopping.
According to the method for shopping guide by using the mobile terminal, firstly, the commodity to be purchased from the mobile terminal is obtained, the shelf position of the commodity to be purchased is determined through the commodity code, then, the alternative route is determined by using the shelf position, the total consumption value of the alternative route is calculated, and the alternative route with the minimum total consumption value is screened and determined to be used as the shopping guide route, so that the consumer can quickly and laborsavingly purchase the required articles in a shopping mall, and the shopping experience is improved. Meanwhile, the place where the consumers select the commodities is transferred to the outside of the supermarket from the supermarket, so that the crowding degree of the supermarket is reduced, the circulation speed of the consumers in the supermarket is increased, and the goods sales volume and the sales volume are increased.
Further, after the step of S700, the method may further include:
s810, acquiring the current position of the mobile terminal;
s820, if the current position is within a preset distance range of the shelf position of the commodity to be purchased, judging whether a preset sales promotion commodity exists within the preset distance range;
s830, if the promotion product exists, the name of the promotion product, the price of the promotion product and the shelf position of the promotion product are sent to the mobile terminal.
Consumers who want to purchase desired goods quickly and easily tend to have relatively definite purchasing objectives, and conventional promotional products in supermarkets are difficult to be noticed by such consumers. For this reason, in the present scheme, by acquiring the current location of the mobile terminal, when the consumer is in the vicinity of the item to be purchased that the consumer wants to purchase, the item information of the sales-promoted item near the item to be purchased is transmitted to the mobile terminal. Because the commodity display of market is mostly put in classification, the sales promotion products near the commodity to be purchased often belong to the same classification with the commodity to be purchased, or belong to similar classification, or belong to the classification that can match the use, send the commodity information of these sales promotion commodities to the consumer, consumer's purchase intention and probability all can be higher to promote the sales of market. For example, bread and mayonnaise or peanut butter are often eaten in a matching manner, the commodity to be purchased of a consumer is bread, and the mayonnaise as a sales promotion commodity exists in the range of 10m of the shelf position of the commodity to be purchased, so that commodity information of the mayonnaise is sent to the mobile terminal, and the probability of matching and purchasing the mayonnaise by the consumer is greatly improved.
The method for shopping guide by using the mobile terminal is further described below by taking the case of four goods to be purchased as an example.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the X-card potato chips, the Y-card potato chips, the Z-card laundry detergent and the MM milk of commodities to be purchased from a mobile terminal.
And determining commodity information of the commodity to be purchased, wherein the commodity information comprises a commodity code and a commodity weight, and is specifically shown in table 1.

TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001588153380000061
By taking a preset store entrance as a starting point and a preset cash register position as an end point, A, B, C are three passing shelf positions which are arranged and combined, 6 alternative routes can be determined, and the total consumption value of the 6 alternative routes is calculated respectively.
Alternative route 1:
it is known that the distance 1 from the store entrance to the shelf position a is 30m, and the cumulative weight 1 of the commodity is 0g in the distance from the store entrance to the shelf position a, and therefore, the force consumption value 1 in this distance is 0.
The X-brand potato chips and the Y-brand potato chips are purchased at the shelf position A, and the weight of the X-brand potato chips and the Y-brand potato chips is 0.31 kg. As is known, the distance 2 from the shelf position a to the shelf position B is 130m, and the cumulative weight 2 of the commodity in the distance from the shelf position a to the shelf position B is 0.31kg, and therefore, the force consumption value 2 in this distance is 40.3.
The Z brand laundry detergent was purchased at shelf location B and weighed 2 kg. It is known that the distance 3 from the shelf position B to the shelf position C is 150m, and the cumulative weight 3 of the commodity is 2.31kg in the distance from the shelf position B to the shelf position C, and therefore, the force consumption value 3 in this distance is 346.5.
MM milk was purchased at shelf location C and weighed 5.2 kg. As the distance 4 from the shelf position C to the cash register area is 60m, the cumulative weight 4 of the commodities in the distance from the shelf position C to the cash register area is 7.51kg, and therefore the effort value 4 in this distance is 450.6.
And adding the power consumption value 1, the power consumption value 2, the power consumption value 3 and the power consumption value 4 to obtain a total power consumption value 837.4 of the alternative route 1.
In a similar manner, the total consumption values of the alternative routes 2 to 6 can be calculated respectively, as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0001588153380000071
As can be seen from the calculation results in table 2, the total consumption value of the alternative route 4 "store entrance-B-C-a-cash register" is the minimum, so that the alternative route 4 is screened out as the shopping guide route, and the shopping guide route is sent to the mobile terminal.
