and step four, compounding the inner base surface of the terry and the outer base surface of the terry to form the composite towel cloth.

step one, determining that the composite towel cloth is formed by two layers of base cloth in a composite mode, wherein the base cloth is an inward looped pile inner base surface 1 and an outward looped pile outer base surface 2 respectively;
selecting the polyester 11 as a bottom yarn of the inner base surface 1 of the terry, and selecting the bamboo fiber yarn 12 as a surface yarn of the inner base surface 1 of the terry; selecting terylene 11 as the bottom yarn of the pile loop outer base surface 2, and selecting acrylon 21 as the surface yarn of the pile loop outer base surface 2;
warping by a warping machine, and warp knitting by a warp knitting machine to respectively weave a terry inner base surface 1 and a terry outer base surface 2 which are towel cloth gray fabrics formed into terry by face yarns; in order to enhance the aesthetic property, the terry outer base surface 2 is subjected to jacquard processing by a jacquard machine in the weaving process to form jacquard weave;
and step four, compounding the inner base surface 1 of the terry and the outer base surface 2 of the terry through viscose to form the composite towel cloth.
