The modified paper-plastic composite formulation of example 1 was replaced with 20 parts of an impact modifier (lightly chlorinated HDPE and acrylate graft copolymer ACM-P1) and the conditions were otherwise unchanged.
Comparative example 3
The modified paper-plastic compound in example 1 was replaced with 5 parts of an anti-wear anti-slip agent (DuPont, USA) ethylene-n-butyl acrylate-glycidol (E/NBA/GMA) HP661, and the other conditions were not changed.
Comparative example 4
The modified paper-plastic compound in example 1 was replaced with 20 parts of an anti-wear anti-slip agent (DuPont, USA) ethylene-n-butyl acrylate-glycidol (E/NBA/GMA) HP661 parts, and the other conditions were unchanged.
Comparative example 5
The parts of the modified paper-plastic compound ingredients in the example 1 are adjusted to 5 parts, and other conditions are not changed.
Comparative example 6
The parts of the modified paper-plastic compound ingredients in the example 1 are adjusted to 35 parts, and other conditions are not changed.
The prefabricated section surface layer materials for the anti-skid and impact-resistant PVC plastic track obtained in each embodiment and comparative example are detected according to the GB 36246-2018 standard, the thickness of the sample is 13mm, and the performance parameter test results are shown in Table 1.

From the performance test results of the prefabricated section surface layer materials for the PVC plastic track prepared in the above embodiments, it can be seen that the mechanical properties of the prefabricated section surface layer materials for the PVC plastic track in embodiments 1 to 5 are significantly improved compared to the conventional PVC plastic track, and the modified paper-plastic compound material exerts its own performance advantages and is effectively utilized.
As can be seen from comparative examples 1-2, if the amount of the impact modifier (HDPE with slight chlorine and acrylate graft copolymer ACM-P1) added in the present application is changed, the mechanical properties of the product are greatly influenced; although only the modified paper-plastic compound added in example 1 is replaced by the impact modifier, the mechanical properties of the replaced impact modifier in the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic track are changed, but the mechanical properties are finally reduced, which may be that the activity of the modified paper-plastic compound is lacked to modify the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic track, the dispersibility of the material is poor, and the inorganic material and the high molecular material in the components are not connected together at the interface to form a network structure, thereby affecting the compatibility and the interface bonding strength of the material.
From comparative examples 3 to 4, it can be seen that if the amount of the anti-wear anti-slip agent (ethylene-n-butyl acrylate-glycidol (E/NBA/GMA) HP661) added in the present application is changed, the anti-slip and anti-wear properties of the product are greatly affected; although the modified paper-plastic compound added in example 1 is replaced by the wear-resistant anti-slip agent (ethylene-n-butyl acrylate-glycidol (E/NBA/GMA) HP661), the anti-slip and weather-resistant properties of the material are reduced, and although the mechanical properties of the replaced wear-resistant anti-slip agent are changed in the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic runway, the mechanical properties are reduced finally, which may be that the modified paper-plastic compound lacks the activity of the modified paper-plastic compound to modify the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic runway, and the wear-resistant anti-slip agent has a poor dispersibility with the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic runway, and is easy to agglomerate. That is, the interface of the inorganic material and the high molecular material must be connected through the activation of the coupling agent to form a network structure, and the bonding force between the inorganic material and the high molecular material is increased, so that the impact resistance and the wear resistance of the product are improved.
Regarding that the addition amount of the modified paper-plastic compound ingredient has a great influence on the performance of the final modified paper-plastic compound ingredient, it can be seen from comparative examples 5 and 6 in the above table that although the addition amount of the modified paper-plastic compound ingredient is within the range defined by the invention, the mechanical property of the final product is greatly influenced by the addition amount outside the range defined by the invention, and the poor plasticization phenomenon of the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic track can be caused due to the addition amount of the modified paper-plastic compound ingredient, which may be related to the compatibility of the formula system of the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic track. Affecting the surface wear resistance of the product. In addition, excessive modified paper-plastic compound materials are added, so that the plasticization of the materials is advanced, the dispersibility is poor, and the plasticization of the materials and the mechanical properties of the product are influenced. This may be due to excessive addition of the modified paper compound furnish which leads to premature plasticization of the material under the dual action of heat and shear. The modified paper-plastic compound ingredient added in the invention can be completely fused with the prefabricated surface layer material for the PVC plastic track, has good compatibility, achieves material plasticizing balance, plays an important role in improving various performance indexes of the material, is green and environment-friendly, and meets the requirement of practical application.
It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and changes should be also considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The prefabricated section surface layer material for the anti-sliding impact-resistant PVC plastic track is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of modified paper-plastic compound material; 100 parts of PVC resin, 2.7-4 parts of stabilizer, 70-90 parts of plasticizer DOTP and 5-10 parts of plasticizer DOA; 9-12 parts of impact modifier; 0.5-1.2 parts of antioxidant; 0.7-1 part of ultraviolet absorbent; 2.5-6 parts of ionomer forming agent; 8-12 parts of a wear-resistant anti-slip agent; 5-7 parts of an expanding agent; 5-7 parts of nano zinc oxide; 0.3-1.2 parts of silicone powder; 60-90 parts of a filler; 0.7-1.7 parts of pigment;
the raw materials of the modified paper-plastic composite ingredient comprise, by weight, 15 parts of fly ash, 60-70 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-20 parts of paper-plastic composite grinding powder and 3-3.5 parts of coupling agent; during preparation, adding the fly ash and the calcium carbonate into a high-speed mixer for uniform stirring, raising the stirring temperature to 75-90 ℃ to form a uniform mixture, then adding the paper-plastic composite grinding powder and the coupling agent, continuing stirring, when the temperature is raised to 110-120 ℃, controlling the stirring time to be 10 minutes, discharging, transferring to cold mixing, discharging when the cold mixing temperature is controlled to 45 ℃, and obtaining the modified paper-plastic composite ingredient;
the calcium carbonate in the modified paper-plastic compound ingredient is light nano calcium carbonate or superfine heavy calcium carbonate;
the paper-plastic composite grinding powder is a paper-plastic waste bag formed by compounding a polypropylene woven bag and paper, and is crushed, extruded and ground into paper-plastic composite grinding powder;
the wear-resistant anti-slip agent is one or more of ethylene-n-butyl acrylate-glycidol HP661, ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbonyl 741 and ethylene-n-butyl acrylate-carbonyl 742 copolymer;
the swelling agent is one or more of a swelling agent JH-205 type, a swelling agent DF-102 type and a swelling agent DF-100 type;
the ionomer forming agent is one or more of ionomer forming agent WY-55, ionomer forming agent WY-68 and ionomer forming agent B-02A;
the coupling agent is one or more of a silane coupling agent KH-570, a titanate coupling agent NXH-102 and an aluminate coupling agent NXH-821;
the filler is one or more of white carbon black, light nano calcium carbonate and superfine heavy calcium carbonate;
the water content of the modified paper-plastic compound ingredient is less than 0.9 percent, and the melt index is 5-15g/10 min; the particle size of the paper-plastic composite grinding powder is 60-120 meshes.

The prefabricated section surface layer material for the anti-slip impact-resistant PVC plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of fly ash, calcium carbonate, paper-plastic composite grinding powder and coupling agent in the modified paper-plastic composite ingredient is 10:70:20: 2.5.
3. The prefabricated section surface layer material for the anti-slip impact-resistant PVC plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PVC resin is SG-5 type, the apparent density is not less than 0.4g/ml, and the viscosity number is 108-119 ml/g.
4. The preformed profile material for the anti-skid impact-resistant PVC plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is one or more of calcium zinc composite stabilizer KCZ-58, barium zinc composite stabilizer BZ-80A or rare earth composite stabilizer XT-2.

The preformed profile material for the anti-skid impact-resistant PVC plastic track, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the impact modifier is one or more of light-chlorine HDPE and acrylate graft copolymer ACM-P1, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer TP-801 or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer EV 260; the nano zinc oxide is one or more of CY-JH05 type nano zinc oxide, CY-J200 type nano zinc oxide and CY-J10 type nano zinc oxide, and the particle size is 15-20 nanometers.
6. The prefabricated section surface layer material for the anti-skid and impact-resistant PVC plastic runway according to claim 1, wherein the silicone powder is one or more of silicone powder SK20R type, silicone powder SL-100 type and silicone powder KJ-B01 type.
