Description

Blowing pen
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a blowing pen, and more particularly, to a blowing pen which can blow air through a nozzle in a state where a color pen containing an aqueous or oily pigment is combined and can spray the pigment absorbed in a pen core of the color pen, thereby drawing.
Background
Various forms of pens are being developed to induce interest and ease of use in children. Among them, a pen has been developed which can be drawn by ejecting an oil-based or aqueous pigment stored in a color pen as described in "blow pen" of Korean laid-open patent No. 10-2001-0100332. However, the invention uses the gas generated in the pen to eject the pigment when the piston performs the suction motion, but the piston needs to be continuously sucked to generate the gas, which not only causes troublesome operation, but also causes a problem that the amount of the generated gas is small and the pigment cannot be continuously ejected.
Therefore, a blowing pen has been developed in which a tip of the pen is blown by a nozzle to directly blow air into the pen to spray the pigment, but the pen has a disadvantage that the pen needs to be used in a stooped posture in order to directly blow air by the nozzle, and the sprayed pigment is splashed after hitting paper, thereby causing an unsanitary problem such as being stained on the face.

(patent document 2) Korean laid-open patent No. 10-2005- & 0022228, "pen for vehicle painting"
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pen that can spray a pigment absorbed in a cartridge at an end of a color pen by using air blown from a nozzle in a state where the color pen containing an aqueous or oily pigment is combined, thereby enabling drawing.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a blowing pen which can perform drawing cleanly without scattering paint on a user's face even when drawing is performed by injecting paint from a pen core by separating a portion to which a color pen is coupled and a portion into which gas is injected from a user's mouth.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a blowing pen in which gas is uniformly discharged along the outer periphery of a pen core, thereby enabling uniform ejection of pigment in a plurality of directions.
On the other hand, other objects not explicitly shown in the present invention are considered within a range that can be easily inferred from the detailed description and the effects thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, a blowing pen according to the present invention is a blowing pen combined with a color pen containing an oil-based or water-based pigment, the blowing pen blowing air by a nozzle to spray the pigment absorbed in a core at an end of the color pen, thereby drawing a picture, and the blowing pen includes: an injection guide part combined with a color pen for injecting the pigment absorbed in the pen core through an injection port by using gas discharged from the inside; and a tube portion made of a flexible material and having a predetermined length, one end portion of which is connected to a side surface of the injection guide portion, and the other end portion of which is connected to an injection portion that is in contact with a user's mouth and injects gas from the user's mouth.
Wherein a plurality of guide plates for guiding the movement of the gas are protruded along the inner circumference at equal intervals inside the injection guide part so as to discharge the gas supplied from the tube part toward the injection port in a state of surrounding the outer side of the pen core.
Wherein, the guide plate may include a fixing portion into which the crayon is inserted and combined and a guide portion forming a space with the front end portion of the crayon.
The jet orifice is formed in a shape of being wide outside and narrow inside, and the gas discharged through the jet orifice is dispersed and discharged by the venturi effect, so that the pigment of the pen core is also dispersed and jetted by the gas.
The air-blowing pen according to the present invention has the following effects: when the gas injected through the user's mouth is discharged to the jet port through the jet guide port, the pigment of the pen core positioned at the jet port is dispersedly jetted together with the discharge of the gas by the venturi effect, and thus, the action of jetting the pigment by the action of blowing air through the mouth is performed to draw a picture, thereby enabling children to use the pen pleasantly.
Further, since the gas supplied and discharged from the inside of the injection guide portion to the injection port is uniformly distributed between the plurality of guide plates and then moves downward, the gas is discharged toward the injection port in a state of uniformly surrounding the outer side of the refill of the color pen without being biased to one side in the injection guide portion, and therefore, the pigment of the refill injected together with the gas is uniformly dispersed and injected all around.
Further, since the injection guide portion coupled to the crayon and the injection port that is in contact with the user's mouth and into which the gas is injected are disposed to be spaced apart from each other by the tube portion, even when the painting is performed by injecting the paint, the painting can be performed by injecting the paint cleanly without worrying about the user, and the tube portion that transmits the gas from the injection portion to the injection guide portion is provided to be flexibly curved, so that the crayon can be freely moved during the air blowing by the mouth for use.

When a certain component is described as being "connected", "coupled" or "connected" to another component, the component may be directly connected or coupled to the other component, and it is also understood that another component is "connected", "coupled" or "connected" between the components.
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, fig. 1 is an overall perspective view illustrating a case where a color pen is coupled to a blowing pen according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a sectional view of a state where a color pen is coupled to an injection guide part according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a blowing pen 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an injection guide part 110 coupled with the crayon 10 for injecting the pigment absorbed in the cartridge 14 at the end of the crayon 10 to the outside by the gas discharged from the inside; a tube part 120 made of a soft material and having a predetermined length, one end part of which is connected to a side surface of the injection guide part 110; and an injection part 130 connected to the other end of the tube part 120, and injecting gas from the mouth of the user by contacting the mouth of the user.
A crayon 10 incorporating a blow pen 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention contains an oil-based or water-based paint. A cartridge 14 is provided at the tip of the color pen 10, and the cartridge 14 is a cartridge that absorbs an internal pigment. Since the pigment contained in the color pen 10 continuously flows into the cartridge 14, the cartridge 14 absorbs the pigment and is always kept in a wet state. In one aspect, the crayon 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a similar shape and structure as a conventional sign pen, so that the crayon 10 can be used independently for writing or drawing, like a sign pen. The color pen 10 is detachably coupled to the ejection guide 110, and a protruding insertion portion 12 is formed at the tip end portion 11 of the color pen 10 so as to be inserted into a guide plate 114 coupled to the ejection guide 110.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along line "a-a" shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the jetting guide 110 jets and discharges the pigment absorbed in the cartridge 14 at the end of the crayon 10 by the gas supplied from the mouth of the user through the tube 120 in a state where the crayon 10 is coupled.
The injection guide 110 is hollow and has both ends open. The crayon 10 is inserted from the rear end of the injection guide 110 and coupled thereto. An injection port 111 through which gas moving from the inside is discharged is provided at the front end of the injection guide 110. The ejection port 111 is provided with an end of the pen core 14. The ejection port 111 has a funnel shape with a wider outer side and a narrower inner side, and the diameter gradually increases from the inner side to the outer side. By the configuration of the injection port 111 as described above, when the gas moving inside the injection guide 110 and being discharged to the injection port 111 passes through the injection port 111 having a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the injection guide 110, a venturi effect is generated, and the gas is dispersedly discharged to the outside of the injection port 111. At this time, as described above, the pigment of the pen core 14 located in the injection port 111 is also dispersedly injected toward the outside of the injection port 111 with the gas by the action of the gas discharged from the injection port 111.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, a connection portion 112 to which a tube portion 120 is connected is provided on a side surface of the injection guide portion 110. The pipe portion 120 coupled to the spray guide portion 110 through the connection portion 112 communicates with the inside of the spray guide portion 110. The tube 120 has a predetermined length and is made of a soft material to be flexibly bent. As described above, one end of the pipe portion 120 is connected to the connection portion 112 of the injection guide portion 110, and the other end is connected to the injection portion 130. The injection part 130 is a portion contacted by the mouth of the user, and the user blows the gas through the injection part 130 to supply. The gas supplied to the inside of the spray guide 110 is gas generated by the mouth of the user, which is delivered through the tube part 120.
In this case, the blowing pen 100 according to the present invention has advantages that it is not directly blown by a nozzle, but is free to use the pen by supplying gas through the soft and curved tube part 120 having a predetermined length, and it is possible to safely and sanitarily spray paint for painting without fear of splashing, unlike the conventional pen.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, the blow pen 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention guides the moving direction of the gas so that the gas supplied to the side surface of the injection guide 110 through the tube part 120 can be uniformly discharged toward the injection port 111 in a state of surrounding the outside of the pen core 14. For this, a plurality of guide plates 114 guiding the moving direction of the gas are provided inside the injection guide part 110.
The guide plate 114 protrudes in plurality at equal intervals along the inner circumference of the injection guide part 110. The guide plate 114 has a predetermined length extending from an inner front end portion of the injection guide part 110 toward a rear end portion. The guide plate 114 includes a fixing portion 115 to be inserted and coupled when the crayon 10 is inserted into the ejection guide portion 110, and a guide portion 116 forming a space 118 with the distal end portion 11 of the crayon 10. Wherein a vertical movement passage 119 through which gas moves downward is provided between guide plates 114 having a predetermined length along the inner circumference of the injection guide part 110 and protruding. That is, the gas supplied to the inside of the injection guide 110 moves downward along the plurality of guide plates 114 in a state of uniformly moving to surround the color pen 10 through the space 118 between the guide plates 114 and the color pen 10, and is uniformly discharged in a plurality of directions toward the injection port 111 in a state of surrounding the outside of the pen core 14 of the color pen 10.
In other words, according to the air brush 100 of the present invention, the gas supplied and discharged from the inside of the injection guide 110 to the injection port 111 is uniformly distributed between the plurality of guide plates 114 and then moved downward, so that the gas is uniformly distributed in a plurality of directions along the outer circumference of the refill 14 without being biased to one side in the injection guide 110, and therefore, the pigment of the refill 14 of the color brush 10 injected together with the gas is also uniformly dispersed and injected.
