Description

    [Technical Field]
  • The present disclosure relates to a blow pen and more particularly to a blow pen which is used for drawing a picture in such manner that air is blown from a mouth while a paint pen storing an aqueous or oily paint is coupled thereto so that a paint absorbed to a pen core of the paint pen is sprayed.
  • [Background Art]
  • Conventionally, various types of pens have been developed for gaining attention of children and for convenience of use. Among them, there is disclosed a pen capable of drawing a picture by spraying an aqueous or oily paint stored in a paint pen as in 'Blow Pen' of Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2001-0100332 . Here, in the above-mentioned disclosure, the paint is sprayed by wind generated inside the pen during a pumping movement of a piston. However, it is troublesome to continuously pump the piston to generate the wind and the amount of generated wind is not large. As a result, a problem arises in that the spraying is not continuously performed.
  • Thus, there is contrived a blow pen capable of spraying a paint in such a manner that a tip of the pen is blown by a mouth so that air is directly blown thereinto. However, there is a disadvantage that a user needs to use the blow pen in a bent state in order to directly blow air into the pen. Further, there is an insanitary problem in which the sprayed paint is splattered from a paper to a face.

    [Disclosure] [Technical Problem]
  • The present disclosure is contrived to solve the above-described problems and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a blow pen capable of drawing a picture while spraying a paint absorbed to a pen core of a paint pen tip using wind discharged from a mouth while a paint pen storing an aqueous or oily paint is coupled thereto.
  • Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a blow pen capable of sanitarily drawing a picture without worrying about splattering of a paint to a face of a user even when drawing a picture while spraying a paint of a pen core by separating a portion to which a paint pen is coupled and a portion into which wind is injected from a mouth of the user.
  • Still another object of the present disclosure is to provide a blow pen capable of equally discharging wind along an outer circumference of a pen core and equally spraying a paint in multiple directions.
  • Meanwhile, other objects not specified in the present disclosure will be further considered within the scope easily deduced from the following description and the effects thereof.
  • [Technical Solution]
  • In order to achieve the above-described object, a blow pen according to the present disclosure is a blow pen to which a paint pen storing an aqueous or oily paint is coupled and which is used for drawing a picture by spraying a paint absorbed to a pen core of a paint pen tip using wind blown from a mouth, including: an injection guide portion to which the paint pen is coupled and which sprays the paint absorbed to the pen core to the outside through an injection opening using wind discharged therefrom; and a tube which is formed of a flexible material to have a predetermined length and of which one end portion is connected to a side surface of the injection guide portion and the other end portion is connected to an injection portion used to inject wind thereinto while contacting a mouth of a user.
  • Here, a plurality of guide plates are formed inside the injection guide portion in a protruding manner at the same interval along a circumference of the injection guide portion to guide a movement of wind so that wind supplied from the tube is discharged toward the injection opening while surrounding the outside of the pen core.
  • Here, the guide plate includes a fixed portion which is coupled to the paint pen by fitting and a guide portion which forms a gap with respect to a tip of the paint pen.
  • Here, the injection opening is formed so that the outside is wide and the inside is narrow and wind discharged through the injection opening is discharged to be scattered by a venturi effect so that a paint of the pen core is also sprayed to be scattered by the wind.
  • [Advantageous Effects]
  • In the blow pen according to the present disclosure, when wind injected through a mouth of a user is discharged from the injection opening through the injection guide portion, a paint of the pen core located at the injection opening is sprayed to be scattered along with the discharging of the wind by a venturi effect. Accordingly, there is an effect that children can pleasantly use the pen by drawing a picture while spraying a paint through a blowing operation from a mouth.
  • Further, since the wind supplied and discharged from the inside of the injection guide portion to the injection opening is equally distributed between the guide plates and is moved downward, the wind is discharged toward the injection opening while equally surrounding the outside of the pen core of the paint pen so as not to be deviated to any one side inside the injection guide portion. Accordingly, there is an advantage that the paint of the pen core sprayed along with the wind is also equally sprayed to be scattered in all directions.
  • Further, since the injection guide portion to which the paint pen is coupled and the injection portion into which wind is injected while a mouth of the user contacts the injection portion are separately disposed through the tube, the user can draw a picture by sanitarily spraying a paint without worrying about the splattering of the paint to the user even when drawing a picture while spraying the paint. Further, since the tube which transmits wind from the injection portion to the injection guide portion is formed to be flexibly bent, there is an advantage that the pen can be used while being freely moved even when wind is injected through a mouth.

  • First, FIG. 1 is a perspective view entirely showing a state where a paint pen is coupled to a blow pen according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the paint pen is coupled to an injection guide portion according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a blow pen 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an injection guide portion 110 which is coupled to a paint pen 10 and injects a paint absorbed to a pen core 14 of a tip of the paint pen 10 to the outside by wind discharged from the inside thereof, a tube 120 which is formed of a flexible material to have a predetermined length and of which one end is connected to a side surface of the injection guide portion 110, and an injection portion 130 which is connected to the other end of the tube 120 and contacts a mouth of a user so that wind is injected from the mouth of the user.
  • Aqueous or oily paints are stored in the paint pen 10 coupled to the blow pen 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The pen core 14 which is a core absorbing a paint is provided at the tip of the paint pen 10. The pen core 14 is maintained in a wet state where a paint is absorbed thereto since the paint stored in the paint pen 10 continuously flows thereto. Meanwhile, the paint pen 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has a shape and structure similar to those of a conventional felt-tripped pen and thus the paint pen 10 can be used alone for writing or drawing like a felt-tripped pen. The paint pen 10 is seperably coupled to the injection guide portion 110 and a tip 11 of the paint pen 10 is provided with a stepped fitting portion 12 which is fitted to a guide plate 114 of the injection guide portion 110.
  • FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line 'A-A' of FIG. 2.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the injection guide portion 110 sprays or discharges a paint absorbed to the pen core 14 of the tip of the paint pen 10 by using wind supplied from a mouth of the user through the tube 120 while the paint pen 10 is coupled to the injection guide portion.
  • The inside of the injection guide portion 110 is empty and both ends thereof are opened. The paint pen 10 is inserted from a rear end portion of the injection guide portion 110 to be coupled thereto. A front end portion of the injection guide portion 110 is provided with an injection opening 111 from which wind moving in the injection guide portion is discharged. The tip of the pen core 14 is located at the injection opening 111. The injection opening 111 has a funnel shape of which a diameter increases as it goes outward so that the outside is wide and the inside is narrow. According to the injection opening 111 with such a configuration, the wind which moves inside the injection guide portion 110 and is discharged from the injection opening 111 causes a venturi effect when passing through the injection opening 111 smaller than the inner diameter of the injection guide portion 110 so that the wind is discharged to the outside of the injection opening 111 to be scattered. At this time, the paint of the pen core 14 located at the injection opening 111 is also sprayed to the outside of the injection opening 111 to be scattered by the action of the wind discharged from the injection opening 111 in this way.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, a connection portion 112 to which the tube 120 is connected is provided at a side surface of the injection guide portion 110. The tube 120 which is coupled to the injection guide portion 110 through the connection portion 112 communicates with the inside of the injection guide portion 110. The tube 120 has a predetermined length and is formed of a flexible material to be flexibly bent. As described above, one end portion of the tube 120 is connected to a connection portion 112 of the injection guide portion 110 and the other end portion thereof is connected to the injection portion 130. The injection portion 130 is a portion which contacts the mouth of the user and the user supplies wind by blowing wind through the injection portion 130. The wind which is supplied into the injection guide portion 110 is wind generated from the mouth of the user and is transmitted through the tube 120.
  • At this time, the blow pen 100 according to the present disclosure is not of a conventional type in which wind is directly blown from the pen, but is of a type in which wind is supplied through the tube 120 having a predetermined length and is flexibly bent. Accordingly, there is an advantage that the pen can be freely used for drawing a picture by safely and sanitarily spraying a paint without worrying about splattering.
  • Again, referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the blow pen 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure guides an wind movement direction so that wind supplied to the side surface of the injection guide portion 110 through the tube 120 is equally discharged toward the injection opening 111 while surrounding the outside of the pen core 14. For this configuration, the guide plates 114 are provided inside the injection guide portion 110 to guide an wind movement direction.
  • The guide plates 114 protrude at the same interval along the inner circumference of the injection guide portion 110. Each guide plate 114 has a predetermined length extending from an inner front end portion of the injection guide portion 110 toward a rear end portion. The guide plate 114 includes a fixed portion 115 which is coupled by fitting when the paint pen 10 is inserted into the injection guide portion 110 and a guide portion 116 which forms a gap 118 with respect to the tip 11 of the paint pen 10. Here, a vertical movement path 119 in which wind moves downward is provided between the guide plates 114 protruding by a predetermined length along the inner circumference of the injection guide portion 110. That is, wind which is supplied into the injection guide portion 110 moves downward along the guide plates 114 to equally surround the paint pen 10 through the gap 118 between the guide plate 114 and the paint pen 10 so that the wind is equally discharged in multiple directions toward the injection opening 111 while surrounding the outside of the pen core 14 of the paint pen 10.
  • In other words, in the blow pen 110 according to the present disclosure, since the wind supplied and discharged through the injection opening 111 from the inside of the injection guide portion 110 is equally distributed between the guide plates 114 and is moved downward, the wind is equally distributed in multiple directions along the circumference of the pen core 14 while not being deviated to any one side inside the injection guide portion 110. Accordingly, there is an advantage that the paint of the core 14 of the paint pen 10 sprayed along with the wind is also equally sprayed to be scattered.
  • It should be understood that the terms of "comprising", "including", or "having" used in the foregoing description mean that other components can be further included unless otherwise specified instead of excluding other components since these terms mean that the components can be provided therein.
