The sheet material detection device is arranged on the discharging roller frame 202 and is positioned at the discharging end of the discharging roller way 2, when the cut metal sheet material is conveyed to the discharging end of the discharging roller way 2, the sheet material detection device is triggered, the discharging roller stops driving, the metal sheet material stops moving, and the metal sheet material is conveniently detached from the discharging roller.
In this embodiment, the sheet metal detecting rod is disposed at the discharge end of the discharge roller way 2 and is connected to the electronic control travel switch 204, and the electronic control travel switch 204 is electrically connected to the control unit 7.
The roller way conveying system for a plate cutting production line disclosed by the embodiment is applied to a metal plate cutting production line, wherein the metal plate is transported to a preset position of a feeding roller way 1 through the cooperation of an upper and lower sucker mechanical arm 4 and an upper and lower trolley 5 in the production line, so that pin shafts 302 can be in pluggable cooperation with pin holes of the metal plate, the metal plate is conveyed into a cutting chamber to be cut through the cooperation of the feeding roller way 1 and the roller way feeding device, the cut metal plate is conveyed to a discharging roller way 2, after the cut metal plate is conveyed to the preset position on the discharging roller way 2, the metal plate is detached from the discharging roller way 2 through the cooperation of the upper and lower sucker mechanical arm 4 and the upper and lower trolley 5, and waste generated by cutting is collected by a waste collection system 6.
The roller way conveying system comprises the following specific working processes:
transferring the plate onto the feeding conveying roller 101 so as to ensure that the pin hole of the plate is positioned above the pin shaft 302;
the pin shaft 302 driving device drives the pin shaft 302 to be inserted into the pin hole upwards, wherein one feeding car body 3 is positioned at the head end part of the plate, and the other feeding car body 3 is positioned at the tail end part of the pin shaft 302;
the feeding travelling device travels along the feeding guide rail, so that the plate is driven to travel on the feeding conveying roller 101 and enter the cutting chamber, the plate is cut in the cutting chamber, the cut plate is conveyed to the discharging conveying roller 201, the discharging conveying roller 201 drives the plate to be conveyed, after the plate is conveyed to the discharging position to trigger the plate detection device, the discharging conveying roller 201 stops driving, and the cut plate is conveniently detached from the discharging conveying roller 201.
In the working process, after the plate enters the cutting chamber, under the control of the control unit 7, the pin shaft 302 driving device drives the pin shaft 302 to descend and pull out from the pin hole, the connection between the pin shaft 302 and the plate is released, and meanwhile, the feeding travelling device reversely walks to return to the initial position so as to prepare for the transmission of the next plate.

the feeding guide rail is arranged below the plate conveying roller way and extends along the long axis of the plate conveying roller way;
the feeding vehicle body comprises a feeding frame, a pin shaft driving device arranged on the feeding frame, a pin shaft vertically arranged on the feeding frame through the pin shaft driving device and a feeding traveling device arranged at the side end of the feeding frame, wherein the pin shaft driving device drives the pin shaft to lift so as to realize the plug fit of the pin shaft and the pin hole, and the feeding traveling device is used for limiting the feeding frame between a feeding guide rail and a plate conveying roller way and driving the feeding frame to travel along the feeding guide rail;
the pin shaft driving device and the feeding traveling device are connected with the control unit;
the plate detection device is used for detecting the position of the plate through the distance between the plate detection device and the plate, and is connected with the control unit;
the feeding guide rail further comprises a feeding traveling slide rail, the feeding traveling device further comprises a feeding slide block, the feeding slide rail and the feeding traveling slide rail are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the feeding slide block is arranged on the feeding frame and is in sliding fit with the feeding traveling slide rail;
clamping grooves are formed in two side walls of the groove of the feeding sliding block, clamping convex strips are arranged on two side walls of the feeding walking sliding rail, and are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves and are in sliding fit with the clamping grooves;
or, the two side walls of the groove of the feeding sliding block are respectively provided with a clamping convex strip, the two side walls of the feeding sliding rail are respectively provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping convex strips are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves and are in sliding fit with the clamping grooves.

The roller feeding device for the metal plate cutting production line according to claim 1, wherein the feeding guide rail comprises a feeding traveling guide rail, the feeding traveling device comprises a feeding driving motor and a feeding traveling wheel, the feeding traveling wheel is rotatably assembled on a feeding frame, the feeding driving motor is arranged on the feeding frame and is in transmission connection with the feeding traveling wheel, and the feeding driving motor drives the feeding traveling wheel to travel on the feeding traveling guide rail.
3. The roller feeding device for the metal plate cutting production line according to claim 1, wherein the feeding walking slide rails are two in number, and the two feeding walking slide rails are oppositely positioned at two sides of the feeding walking guide rail;
at least one pair of feeding sliding blocks, two feeding sliding blocks in each pair of feeding sliding blocks are located on two sides of the feeding travelling wheel respectively, and each feeding sliding block is in sliding fit with the corresponding feeding travelling sliding rail through a groove of the feeding sliding block.
4. A roller feeding device for a sheet metal cutting production line according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the feeding travelling wheel is a gear, the feeding travelling rail is a rack rail, and the feeding travelling wheel is in meshed connection with the feeding travelling rail.

A roller table feeding device for a sheet metal cutting production line according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the pin driving device is a cylinder, the pin driving device is arranged at the lower part of the feeding frame, and the pin vertically penetrates through the feeding frame and is connected with the pin driving device.

A roller way conveying system for a metal plate cutting production line, which is characterized by comprising the roller way feeding device for the metal plate cutting production line, a feeding roller way arranged at the feeding end of a cutting chamber and a discharging roller way arranged at the discharging end of the cutting chamber, wherein the feeding roller way comprises a feeding roller frame and at least one row of feeding conveying rollers arranged on the feeding roller frame along a straight line, and the discharging roller way comprises a discharging roller frame and discharging conveying rollers arranged on the discharging roller frame and arranged along the straight line; the feeding guide rail is arranged below the feeding conveying roller and penetrates into the cutting chamber; the feeding car body is arranged on the feeding guide rail and positioned between the feeding guide rail and the feeding conveying roller, and the pin shaft is used for being inserted into a pin hole of the plate through the pin shaft driving device.
7. The roller conveyor system for a sheet metal cutting line of claim 6, wherein the sheet metal detection device is disposed on the discharge roller frame and at the discharge end;
the discharging roller way further comprises a discharging roller way driving device which is arranged on the discharging roller frame and is in transmission connection with the discharging conveying roller, and the discharging roller way driving device is connected with the control unit.
