Cleaning and placing moso bamboo leaves, drying in the air, crushing by an electric crusher, sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to obtain moso bamboo leaf powder, weighing 500g of moso bamboo leaf powder, placing the moso bamboo leaf powder in an extraction tank of an extraction and concentration machine set, adding 95% ethanol (10L) according to a ratio of 20:1 (extraction solvent/sample, ml/g), extracting at the temperature of 30 ℃ for 24h, repeating for 2 times, concentrating the extracting solution to be extractum to obtain a moso bamboo extract, and storing at the temperature of 4 ℃.
The 20% moso bamboo extract aqueous suspension is prepared according to the formula shown in table 1, and the specific steps are as follows:
(1) mixing the auxiliary agents in proportion, and uniformly mixing the mixture through high-speed shearing;
(2) adding the moso bamboo extract into the uniform mixed phase obtained in the step (1) in proportion;
(3) and (3) adding the mixed phase obtained in the step (2) into a storage tank, uniformly stirring the mixed phase with a sand mill assisted with glass beads, and grinding the mixed phase for 30 minutes at the rotating speed of 3200rpm to obtain the aqueous suspension of the example 1.

Example 2
A phyllostachys pubescens extract was obtained according to the method of example 1, and then, a 10% aqueous suspension of the phyllostachys pubescens extract was prepared according to the formulation as shown in table 2 below.

Example 3
A phyllostachys pubescens extract was obtained according to the method of example 1, and then, a 15% aqueous phyllostachys pubescens extract suspension was prepared according to the formulation as shown in table 3 below.

A moso bamboo extract was obtained according to the method of example 1, and then, a 25% moso bamboo extract aqueous suspension was prepared according to the formulation as in table 4 below.

Experimental example physical and chemical properties of 120% Phyllostachys Pubescens extract aqueous suspension agent
The stability of the aqueous suspension of bamboo extract of the present invention was tested by taking the 20% aqueous suspension of bamboo extract prepared in example 1 as an example, and the results are shown in table 6 below:

The results in table 6 show that the technical indexes of the moso bamboo extract aqueous suspension provided by the invention meet the quality control requirements of the preparation.
Experimental example field pesticide effect of 220% moso bamboo extract water suspension agent for preventing and controlling myzus persicae
The aqueous emulsion containing the phyllostachys pubescens extract prepared in example 1 is used as an experimental agent to perform a field efficacy test, and meanwhile, 33% tea tree essential oil missible oil is used as a control agent, and clear water is used as a blank control.
The specific test steps are as follows: the 20% aqueous suspension containing the phyllostachys pubescens extract prepared in example 1 was diluted with water by 10, 50, and 200 times, respectively, and used for controlling myzus persicae. The test results are shown in Table 7.

As can be seen from the control test results in table 7, when the dilution ratio is 10 times, the control effects of the 20% phyllostachys pubescens extract aqueous suspension for 24 hours and 48 hours are 68.05% and 65.94%, respectively, and the control effects are close to those of the control group of 33% tea tree essential oil emulsifiable concentrate, calculated according to the content of the effective components.
Similarly, when the dilution times are 50 and 200 times, the control effect of the 20% moso bamboo extract water suspending agent can also reach the equivalent level of the control group of 33% tea tree essential oil missible oil according to the content calculation of the active ingredients.
Therefore, the 20% moso bamboo extract aqueous suspension prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention has a good control effect on myzus persicae.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it would be obvious that various other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is therefore intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications that are within the scope of this invention.
Claims (4)
1. The moso bamboo extract water suspending agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials: according to the weight parts, the bamboo extract comprises 20 parts of moso bamboo extract, 3 parts of NNO, 2 parts of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, 1.5 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.15 part of xanthan gum, 4 parts of ethylene glycol, 2 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate, s-200.5 parts of deionized water and 66.85 parts of deionized water;
the preparation method of the moso bamboo extract comprises the following steps: cleaning and drying the moso bamboo leaves, crushing, and then screening to obtain moso bamboo leaf powder; then extracting the moso bamboo leaf powder with ethanol, collecting the extracting solution and concentrating to obtain the moso bamboo extract.
2. The method for preparing a phyllostachys pubescens extract aqueous suspension agent as set forth in claim 1, comprising:
and (3) uniformly mixing water and the auxiliary agent, adding the moso bamboo extract, continuously and uniformly mixing, and grinding to obtain the moso bamboo extract water suspending agent.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the grinding comprises grinding with glass beads as an abrasive.
4. The use of the aqueous phyllostachys pubescens extract suspension concentrate of claim 1 for agricultural pest control, comprising: diluting the moso bamboo extract aqueous suspension agent by 10-200 times with water, and using the aqueous suspension agent for preventing and controlling agricultural pests, wherein the agricultural pests comprise green peach aphids.
