Further, in the present embodiment, the screw 400 is a shaft portion of a bolt, so that the screw 400 is fixed on a side portion of the walkway plate 100 to be lapped by a head portion of the bolt. It is understood that in other embodiments, the screw 400 may be secured to the side of the walkway plate 100 to be lapped by a nut.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 20, fig. 20 shows a schematic structural view of the creeper walkway shown in fig. 14 in still another direction.
The walkway plates to be lapped comprise a first walkway plate main body 110 and a plurality of square-shaped profiles 120 fixedly installed at the side of the first walkway plate main body 110; the screw 400 is fixed to the square-shaped section 120. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the plurality of square-shaped profiles 120 fittingly completely surround the side profile of the first walkway plate main body 110; here, the profile 120 is used to facilitate the connection and fixation of the screw 400 to the walkway plate 100 to be lapped.
Further, in this embodiment, the walkway plate to be lapped comprises a wale 130 connected between the two opposite square-shaped profiles 120, and further comprises a diagonal brace 140 connected between the two connected square-shaped profiles 120, between the connected square-shaped profiles 120 and the wale 130, between the two opposite square-shaped profiles 120, or between the opposite square-shaped profiles 120 and the wale 130. The arrangement of the wales 130 and the inclined struts 140 makes the structure of the walkway plates 100 to be lapped more stable.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, in the present embodiment, the climbing frame walkway further includes another walkway plate to be lapped 100, and the walkway plate to be lapped 100 is connected to the lapping walkway plate 200 through a connecting plate 500.
Further, in this embodiment, the present invention further provides an assembling method of a climbing frame walkway, including the following steps:
step S1, respectively lapping the lapping walkway plates 200 on two walkway plates 100 to be lapped which are arranged at intervals;
step S2, fixedly connecting the connecting plates 500 with the lapping walkway plates 200 and one walkway plate 100 to be lapped respectively;
step S3, connecting the connecting adjustment member 300 to the side of the lapping walkway plate 200 through the fixing hole 310; a screw 400 fixedly installed at the side of another walkway plate 100 to be lapped is penetrated in the long hole 320;
step S4, adopting the anti-skid washer 430, sleeving the anti-skid washer 430 on the screw rod 400 through the connecting hole 433, and then embedding the fixing boss 431 of the anti-skid washer 430 into one long hole 320; finally, a nut 420 is screwed on the screw 400 to abut the anti-slip washer 430 on the coupling adjuster 300.
The invention relates to a climbing frame walkway, a connection adjusting part and an assembling method thereof. Therefore, the problem that a plurality of walkway plates have different sizes can be avoided, and convenience is brought to assembly of the climbing walkway. The climbing frame walkway, the connection adjusting piece and the assembling method thereof have the advantages of ingenious design and strong practicability.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
