Description

Biological paper pulp taking peanut shells and reed as raw materials and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a method for making paper by degrading non-wood fibers with microorganisms, and particularly relates to biological paper pulp taking peanut shells and reeds as raw materials, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The paper making raw materials comprise plant fibers and non-plant fibers, the paper making materials of the non-plant fibers comprise a plurality of inorganic fibers, microbial fibers and the like, the plant fibers can be subdivided into wood fibers and non-wood fibers, the wood fibers have high utilization rate in China and cause serious environmental pollution, so the development of the non-wood fibers as the paper making raw materials is more important.
China is a world-wide large peanut producing country, 500 million tons of peanut shells are produced every year, at present, only a few peanut shells are used for animal feed, and most of the peanut shells are thrown away or burnt as garbage wastes. The peanut shells contain a large amount of natural high molecular substances such as cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose and the like, the content of the cellulose in the peanut shells is 43.84%, and the peanut shells are only short in fiber and can also become a good papermaking raw material when being mixed with other raw materials for use. The reed is a widely distributed gramineae perennial herbaceous plant, mainly grows in wetland environment, and exists in large amount in rivers, lakes and other regions with much water. The reed is abundant in reed resources in China, and mainly produced in inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, northeast and other places. The reed has straight, tall and tough stem and high fiber content, contains 44 percent of cellulose, is second only to cotton and hemp, and is an ideal pulping and papermaking raw material. The reed and the peanut shell are mixed to be used as raw materials for papermaking, so that not only can waste be utilized, but also forest resources can be saved.
The traditional pulping method not only consumes a large amount of chemicals and energy, but also produces waste liquid which causes serious pollution to the environment. The adoption of biological pulping and biological bleaching can reduce the use amount of chemical reagents and reduce the pollution to the environment when the paper pulp is bleached.
