Detailed Description

In the process that the driving mechanism drives the picking barrel 2 to rotate, floating algae are attached to the picking barrel 2. In order to take down the floating algae conveniently, with reference to fig. 2 and 3, the scraping mechanism 3 is mounted on the ship body 1 and is abutted against the surface of the picking barrel 2, the floating algae is scraped by the scraping mechanism 3 in the rotating process of the picking barrel 2, then the floating algae is taken down from the scraping mechanism 3, and the picking barrel 2 further picks up the floating algae. Wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving member 41 mounted on the hull 1 and a transmission member 42 for connecting the driving member 41 with the pick-up bucket 2. The driving member 41 is formed by a driving motor, the transmission member 42 is formed by a chain or a belt, and the driving member 41 drives the picking barrel 2 to rotate through the transmission member 42.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the scraping mechanism 3 includes a scraping plate 32 and a fixing frame 31 on which the scraping plate 32 is mounted, the fixing frame 31 is fixed to the hull 1, the scraping plate 32 is mounted on the fixing frame 31, and a positioning rod 311 is provided on the fixing frame 31. The scraping plate 32 comprises a scraping plate 321 and a connecting plate 322, the scraping plate 32 and the connecting plate 322 are integrally arranged, the cross section of the scraping plate 32 is of an L-shaped structure, and the side edge of the scraping plate 32, which deviates from the connecting plate 322, is abutted to the scraping barrel. The connecting plate 322 is provided with a positioning hole 323, and the positioning rod 311 is inserted into the positioning hole 323 to fix the scraping plate 32. The same fixing frame 31 is also provided with an L-shaped structure which comprises a transverse frame 313 and a longitudinal frame 314, the positioning rod 311 is arranged on the longitudinal frame 314, the transverse frame 313 is provided with a limiting rod 312, the scraping plate 321 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 324, the opening direction of the strip-shaped groove 324 is the same as that of the positioning rod 311, the limiting rod 312 is penetrated in the strip-shaped groove 324 to be capable of sliding inside, and in order to prevent the limiting rod from disengaging, the limiting sleeve 33 sleeved on the limiting rod 312 is formed by a nut which is screwed on the limiting rod 312. Meanwhile, the positioning rod 311 is sleeved with an elastic member 34, the elastic member 34 is formed by a spring, and two ends of the elastic member 34 are respectively abutted against the scraping plate 32 and the fixing frame 31, so that the elastic member pushes the scraping plate 32 to abut against the picking barrel 2.
In order to enable the picking barrel 2 to effectively pick up floating algae, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the picking sleeve 21 is arranged on the surface of the picking barrel 2, the picking barrel 2 can be made of rubber materials or materials with certain water absorption property, the rubber materials can prevent water from being absorbed, when the floating algae is adhered, water between the picking barrel 2 and the picking sleeve 21 can not flow away from the water and be absorbed by tension, so that the picking purpose is achieved, the water absorption material is adopted, namely, the water is directly absorbed from the inside after being immersed, the floating algae is left on the surface, the absorbing purpose is achieved, and the water absorption material can be made of sponge.
Example 2: an algae fishing boat has a structure substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and is mainly different in the arrangement of a pickup bucket 2. In embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of picking hairs 22 are laid on the surface of the picking barrel 2, and floating algae are attached to the picking hairs 22 to be picked up. In order to facilitate the subsequent removal of the floating algae, the picking-up hairs 22 comprise a connecting part 221 and a soft part 222, the connecting part 221 and the soft part 222 are integrally arranged, and the connecting part 221 is fixedly connected with the picking-up barrel 2.
Example 3: an algae fishing boat has a structure substantially the same as that of embodiments 1 and 2, and is mainly different in the arrangement of a pickup bucket 2. In embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the picking barrel 2 is a thin-walled barrel, a plurality of pores 23 are formed in the picking barrel 2, and fig. 7 can be combined with the thin-walled barrel, a mounting plate 5 is arranged inside the picking barrel 2, a plurality of fishing needles 51 are arranged on the mounting plate 5, the fishing needles 51 are arranged in the pores 23 in a penetrating manner, and a control device for controlling the fishing needles 51 to extend out of the picking barrel 2 and retract into the picking barrel 2 is arranged in the picking barrel 2. The control device comprises a pushing part 7 and a resetting mechanism 6, wherein the resetting mechanism 6 is installed between the picking barrel 2 and the mounting plate 5, and the pushing part 7 pushes the mounting plate 5 to move towards the outer wall of the picking barrel 2.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the pushing member 7 is configured as a pushing barrel, the pushing barrel is fixedly connected with the bracket 11, the picking barrel 2 is sleeved on the pushing barrel, and the pushing barrel and the picking barrel 2 are eccentrically arranged. Reset mechanism 6 is including setting up guide bar 61 at picking up 2 inner walls of bucket, seting up the guiding hole 62 on mounting panel 5 and establishing the elasticity reset piece 63 on guide bar 61 at the cover, elasticity reset piece 63 can adopt the spring to constitute, guide bar 61 wears to establish in guiding hole 62, be provided with restriction piece 64 on the guide bar 61 and refer to figure 8, restriction piece 64 sets to the nut, directly twists on guide bar 61, mounting panel 5 can with restriction piece 64 butt.
