In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the PETG and PVC composite decorative material which has the characteristics of good mechanical property, good flattening, no upwarp, high brightness, transparency and beauty, and meanwhile, the composite decorative material does not produce adverse sequelae on human bodies after the human bodies contact the composite decorative material.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the PETG and PVC composite decorative material.

preheating a PETG surface layer: preheating the PETG material by a super mirror roller, and controlling the temperature to be 120-140 ℃ to obtain the preheated PETG material;
preheating a PVC bottom layer: preheating the PVC material, and controlling the temperature to be 140-150 ℃ to obtain the preheated PVC material;
compounding: the preheated PETG material and the preheated PVC material are adhered together, and then hot pressing is carried out through a calender, the temperature is controlled to be 160-180 ℃, and a composite material layer consisting of the PETG surface layer and the PVC bottom layer is obtained;
and (3) cooling: and cooling the composite material layer to obtain the PETG and PVC composite decorative material.
Further, an embossing step is also included between the compounding step and the cooling step: and embossing the upper surface of the PETG surface layer.
Further, after the cooling step is completed, a UV wear-resistant coating is arranged on the upper surface of the PETG surface layer, so that the hardness of the UV wear-resistant coating is above H3 level.
Further, in the PVC bottom layer preheating step, the PVC material is preheated through a bright surface roller.
Further, in the cooling step, the cooling temperature was controlled to 16 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the composite decorative material prepared by preheating the PETG material by the super mirror roller, preheating the PVC material, simultaneously respectively limiting the preheating temperature, attaching the preheated PETG material and the preheated PVC material together, and then carrying out hot pressing by the calender has the characteristics of good mechanical property, good flattening, no tilting, high brightness, transparency and beauty, and simultaneously, no adverse sequelae to the body can be generated after the human body contacts the composite decorative material.
2. The upper surface of the PETG surface layer is subjected to embossing treatment, decorative skins in various patterns can be formed, and in addition, the upper surface of the PETG surface layer is provided with the UV wear-resistant coating, so that the hardness of the UV wear-resistant coating is above H3 level, and the PETG surface layer has the advantage of good wear resistance.

The present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict. Except as specifically noted, the materials and equipment used in this example are commercially available.
A PETG and PVC composite decorative material is formed by compounding a PETG surface layer and a PVC bottom layer.
In a preferred embodiment, the PETG facing has a thickness of 0.07 to 0.15 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the PVC base layer is 0.2 to 0.7 mm.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper surface of the PETG surface layer is also provided with a UV wear-resistant coating.
As a preferred embodiment, the PVC bottom layer is a colored PVC material layer.
A preparation method of a PETG and PVC composite decorative material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preheating a PETG surface layer: preheating the PETG material by a super mirror roller, and controlling the temperature to be 120-140 ℃ to obtain the preheated PETG material;
preheating a PVC bottom layer: preheating the PVC material, and controlling the temperature to be 140-150 ℃ to obtain the preheated PVC material;
compounding: the preheated PETG material and the preheated PVC material are adhered together, and then hot pressing is carried out through a calender, the temperature is controlled to be 160-180 ℃, and a composite material layer consisting of the PETG surface layer and the PVC bottom layer is obtained;
and (3) cooling: and cooling the composite material layer to obtain the PETG and PVC composite decorative material.
The invention can achieve the flatness by using a calender to produce the PETG membrane, the flattening degree is better than that of an extrusion casting film, the thickness error can be controlled within +/-3 percent, the contraction is reduced, and the membrane is more beautiful.
As a preferred embodiment, the embossing step is further included between the compounding step and the cooling step: and embossing the upper surface of the PETG surface layer.
In a preferred embodiment, after the cooling step is completed, a UV wear-resistant coating is arranged on the upper surface of the PETG surface layer, so that the hardness of the UV wear-resistant coating is above H3 level.
In a preferred embodiment, in the PVC substrate preheating step, the PVC material is preheated by passing through a bright roll.
In a preferred embodiment, the cooling temperature is controlled to 16 ℃ in the cooling step.
The following are specific examples of the present invention, and raw materials, equipments and the like used in the following examples can be obtained by purchasing them unless otherwise specified.
Example 1:

preheating a PETG surface layer: preheating the PETG material by a super mirror roller, and controlling the temperature to be 130 ℃ to obtain the preheated PETG material;
preheating a PVC bottom layer: preheating a PVC material by a bright surface roller, and controlling the temperature to be 145 ℃ to obtain a preheated PVC material;
compounding: the preheated PETG material and the preheated PVC material are adhered together, and then hot-pressed by a calender, the temperature is controlled to be 170 ℃, and a composite material layer consisting of a PETG surface layer and a PVC bottom layer is obtained;
and (3) cooling: cooling the composite material layer, and controlling the cooling temperature to be 16 ℃ to obtain a PETG and PVC composite decorative material; controlling the thickness of the PETG surface layer to be 0.10mm and the thickness of the PVC bottom layer to be 0.4 mm;
and arranging a UV wear-resistant coating on the upper surface of the PETG surface layer, so that the hardness of the UV wear-resistant coating is above H3 level.

preheating a PETG surface layer: preheating the PETG material by a super mirror roller, and controlling the temperature to be 120 ℃ to obtain the preheated PETG material;
preheating a PVC bottom layer: preheating a PVC material by a bright surface roller, and controlling the temperature to be 140 ℃ to obtain a preheated PVC material;
compounding: the preheated PETG material and the preheated PVC material are adhered together, and then hot-pressed by a calender, the temperature is controlled at 160 ℃, and a composite material layer consisting of a PETG surface layer and a PVC bottom layer is obtained;
and (3) cooling: cooling the composite material layer, and controlling the cooling temperature to be 16 ℃ to obtain a PETG and PVC composite decorative material; controlling the thickness of the PETG surface layer to be 0.07mm and the thickness of the PVC bottom layer to be 0.2 mm;
and arranging a UV wear-resistant coating on the upper surface of the PETG surface layer, so that the hardness of the UV wear-resistant coating is above H3 level.

and (3) cooling: cooling the composite material layer, and controlling the cooling temperature to be 16 ℃ to obtain a PETG and PVC composite decorative material; controlling the thickness of the PETG surface layer to be 0.08mm and the thickness of the PVC bottom layer to be 0.3 mm;
