The invention belongs to the technical field of machining machine tool equipment, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency multifunctional deburring machine tool.
Background
In the machining process, burrs and burrs exist on the cast and forging blanks manufactured by using the die, the burrs and burrs have certain influence on the subsequent machining and appearance quality, and the burrs and burrs are usually required to be removed after the blanks are formed.

Aiming at the technical problems in deburring in the machining process, the invention provides the efficient multifunctional deburring machine tool which is reasonable in design, simple in structure, high in machining efficiency and good in safety performance.
In order to achieve the aim, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the high-efficiency multifunctional deburring machine tool comprises a machine tool body, wherein the upper surface of the machine tool body is provided with a dovetail table, a movable table is movably arranged on the dovetail table through a lead screw, a workpiece table is fixedly arranged on the movable table, a plurality of adjusting grooves are arranged on the workpiece table, a machine tool headstock is arranged on one side of the machine tool body, a boss is arranged on the machine tool body, a dovetail table is arranged on one side of the boss, a burr suction cavity is arranged in the middle of the boss, an attraction body is arranged in the burr suction cavity, the attraction body comprises a tray body and a column body which are arranged up and down, a wire is coiled on the outer side of the column body, two ends of the wire are electrically connected with a power supply, a tool clamp and a processing through hole which can correspond to the burr suction cavity are arranged on the workpiece table, the machine tool headstock is provided with a fixed plate, the fixed plate is movably provided with a movable plate, the movable plate is provided with a rotating shaft vertical to the table top of the workpiece table, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a motor and a disc brush assembly, the disc brush assembly comprises a first disc brush, a second disc brush and a third disc brush which are sleeved inside and outside, the second disc brush and the third disc brush are respectively connected to a movable turntable through two telescopic rods, the movable turntable is rotatably arranged below the movable plate, the tool fixture comprises two L-shaped clamping plates symmetrically arranged relative to a processing through hole, the bottom surfaces of the clamping plates are fixed on the workpiece table, the side surfaces of the clamping plates are provided with a plurality of adjusting plates, springs are arranged between the adjusting plates and the clamping plates, the springs are sleeved on adjusting bolts for adjusting the spacing between the clamping plates and the adjusting plates, and a clamping rod inserted in the adjusting groove is arranged below the adjusting plate.
Preferably, a protective cover is arranged on the workpiece table at a position corresponding to the processing through hole, and the protective cover is in a truncated cone shape.
Preferably, an automatic baffle is arranged at the position, corresponding to the processing through hole, below the workpiece table, and two return springs are arranged on one side, close to the dovetail table, of the automatic baffle, and the return springs are arranged in spring grooves formed in two sides of the moving table.
Preferably, the fixed plate and the movable plate are connected through a dovetail groove, and the top of the movable plate is connected with two cylinders arranged on the top of the fixed plate.
Preferably, two symmetrical keys are respectively arranged on the outer circular surfaces of the first disc brush and the second disc brush, and two symmetrical key grooves are respectively arranged on the inner circular surfaces of the second disc brush and the third disc brush.
Preferably, a limit table is arranged on one side of the machine tool body corresponding to the moving end face of the workpiece table.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. according to the efficient multifunctional deburring machine tool provided by the invention, the part to be machined is fixed at the position of the machining through hole by using the tool fixture, the disc brush assembly can deburr the part to be machined, meanwhile, the electrified lead is used for enabling the attraction body to generate magnetic force to attract the brushed burrs into the burr attraction cavity, and the machining area is protected and covered by the protective cover, so that the deburring efficiency is improved, and the safety performance is greatly improved.
2. The fixture clamp provided by the invention can clamp parts with different shapes, has good practicality, and can be used for combining the first disc brush, the second disc brush and the third disc brush in the disc brush assembly, so that different working area requirements are met. The invention has reasonable design and simple structure and is suitable for large-scale popularization.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood, a further description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and examples. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. For convenience of description, the words "upper", "lower", "left" and "right" are merely used herein to denote a correspondence with the upper, lower, left, and right directions of the drawing figures, and are not limiting on the structure.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as described herein, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments of the disclosure that follow.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the efficient multifunctional deburring machine tool provided by the invention comprises a machine tool body 1, wherein a dovetail table 1a is arranged on the upper surface of the machine tool body 1, a movable table 3 is movably arranged on the dovetail table 1a through a screw rod 2, a workpiece table 4 is fixedly arranged on the movable table 3, a plurality of adjusting grooves 41 are formed in the workpiece table 4, and a machine tool headstock 5 is arranged on one side of the machine tool body 1. On the basis of the prior art, the invention provides a device for quickly collecting burrs and provides corresponding clamps to finish deburring together; furthermore, the present invention also proposes an optimization of the layout of the added structure over the whole device.
Specifically, a boss 1b is arranged on a machine tool body 1, a dovetail table 1a is arranged on one side of the boss 1b, a burr suction cavity 6 is arranged in the middle of the boss 1b, a suction body 7 is arranged in the burr suction cavity 6, the suction body 7 comprises a disc body 71 and a column body 72 which are arranged up and down, a wire 8 is coiled on the outer side of the column body 72, two ends of the wire 8 are electrically connected with a power supply, a tool clamp 9 and a machining through hole 10 which can correspond to the burr suction cavity 6 are arranged on a workpiece table 4, a fixed plate 11 is arranged on the machine tool head frame 5, a movable plate 12 is movably arranged on the fixed plate 11, a rotating shaft perpendicular to the table surface of the workpiece table 4 is arranged on the movable plate 12, a motor 14 and a disc brush assembly 15 are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 13, the disc brush assembly 15 comprises a first disc brush 151, a second disc brush 152 and a third disc brush 153 which are sleeved inside and outside, the second disc brush 152 and the third disc brush 153 are respectively connected to a movable disc 155 through two telescopic rods 154, and the movable disc 155 is rotatably arranged below the movable disc 155. Wherein, the disc brush assembly 15 can ascend or descend along with the movement of the moving plate 12 on the fixed plate 11, the disc brush assembly 15 descends to perform deburring treatment, and the suction body 7 can generate magnetic force after the lead is electrified, so that the fallen burrs are sucked onto the disc body 71, the quantity of the splashed burrs in the environment is reduced, and the operation safety is improved; the first disc brush, the second disc brush and the third disc brush have different disc diameters, so that proper disc brush areas are selected according to different processing areas of parts.
In order to improve the stability of the clamping parts, the tooling fixture 9 provided by the invention comprises two L-shaped clamping plates 91 symmetrically arranged about the processing through hole 10, wherein the bottom surface of each L-shaped clamping plate 91 is fixed on the workpiece table 4, a plurality of adjusting plates 92 are arranged on the side surfaces of each clamping plate 91, springs 93 are arranged between the adjusting plates 92 and the clamping plates 91, the springs 93 are sleeved on adjusting bolts 94 used for adjusting the distance between the clamping plates 91 and the adjusting plates 92, and clamping rods 95 inserted into the adjusting grooves 41 are arranged below the adjusting plates 92; wherein the adjusting bolt 94 is rotated and the distance between the adjusting plate 92 and the clamping plate 91 is changed under the action of the spring; the clamping rod 95 stretches to the position of the processing through hole along the adjusting groove to clamp the part to be processed, and even if the shape of the part to be processed is irregular, the part can be clamped by adjusting the clamping rod to different lengths, so that the practical range is wider.
In order to improve the attraction effect of burrs, the protection cover 20 is arranged on the workpiece table 4 at the position corresponding to the processing through hole 10, the protection cover 20 is in a truncated cone shape, processing sites are protected by the truncated cone-shaped protection cover, meanwhile, the probability that burrs are splashed out of the processing through hole is reduced, the working environment is effectively covered, and the safety of deburring operation is improved.
In order to be convenient for fixing a part to be machined before deburring work begins, an automatic baffle 16 is arranged below the workpiece table 4 and corresponds to the position of the machining through hole 10 and used for temporarily aligning the part, two return springs 17 are arranged on one side of the automatic baffle, which is close to the dovetail table, and the return springs 17 are arranged in spring grooves arranged on two sides of the moving table; when the workpiece table approaches the boss under the drive of the screw, the automatic baffle 16 starts to compress the return spring 17 once contacting the boss 1b until the processing through hole 10 substantially corresponds to the center of the burr attracting cavity 6.
Further, a limit table 19 is provided on the machine tool body on the side corresponding to the moving end face of the work table for limiting the end position of the work table 4.
In order to improve timeliness of descending and ascending actions of the disc brush assembly, the top of the moving plate 12 provided by the invention is connected with two air cylinders 18 arranged on the top of the fixed plate 11, and the air cylinders 18 are better than that of a screw rod and a hydraulic device; meanwhile, the fixed plate 11 and the movable plate 12 are connected through the dovetail grooves, the stability of the movement of the movable plate can be improved by utilizing the dovetail groove structure, and particularly the synchronization performance of the movable plate and the disc brush assembly is improved, and the gravity center position is relatively stable.
In order to improve the effective utilization rate of the disc brushes, two symmetrical keys 156 are respectively arranged on the outer circular surfaces of the first disc brush 151 and the second disc brush 152, and two symmetrical key grooves 157 are respectively arranged on the inner circular surfaces of the second disc brush 152 and the third disc brush 153; the proper combination of the disc brushes is selected according to the processing areas of different parts, and the second disc brush 152 and the third disc brush 153 can be effectively connected with the first disc brush 151, and have good synchronous effect with the first disc brush, so that the smoothness of the surface of the part after deburring is improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any equivalent embodiments which can be changed or modified by the technical content disclosed above can be applied to other fields, but any simple modification, equivalent changes and modification made to the above-mentioned embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention without departing from the technical content of the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
