本发明涉及一种抗氧化保健品，属于食药保健品技术领域。
背景技术
人体因为与外界的持续接触，包括 呼吸（氧化反应）、外界污染、放射线照射等因素不断的在人体体内产生自由基。科学研究表明，癌症、衰老或其它疾病大都与过量自由基的产生有关联。研究抗氧化可以有效克服其所带来的危害，所以抗氧化被保健品、化妆品企业列为主要的研发方向之一，也是市场最重要的功能性诉求之一。
菠菜根：含有铁，维A、维C、维K，其中维生素K 可以防止皮肤、内脏出血。常吃菠菜根还可以增强体力、排毒养颜。
萝卜皮：萝卜皮富含植物化学素和抗氧化物，具有抗癌和增强人体免疫力的功效。
苹果皮：苹果皮中还含有大量的不可溶性纤维素，可以预防便秘，并帮助降低血脂。

目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种抗氧化保健品。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种抗氧化保健品，其特征在于由以下组份的原料制成：菠菜根10-15 份、萝卜皮10-20份、苹果皮10-20 份。
所述的抗氧化保健品，其特征在于，原料的处理方法为：将上述原料按照比例分别进行处理，清洗，晒干或烘干，粉碎，即可获得、或进一步用醇提或水提提取即可。
作为优选方案，所述的抗氧化保健品，其特征在于：所述烘干为用微波80℃以下干燥烘干或用烘箱50℃以下烘干。
作为优选方案，所述的抗氧化保健品，其特征在于：所述抗氧化保健品的剂型为胶囊、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂或口服液。
有益效果：本发明提供的抗氧化保健品，以养生学为理论基础的、系统性的、正规性的润肠通便养生配方，合理、全面、协调、健康地实现体内垃圾代谢；各原料为食品或者药食两用食材，来源广泛，健康、绿色、安全，对人体无毒副作用；可有效抑制自由基的氧化反应的物质，其作用机理可以是直接作用在自由基防止发生进一步反应。

所述的抗氧化保健品，其特征在于，原料的处理方法为：将上述原料按照比例分别进行处理，清洗，晒干或烘干，粉碎，即可获得、或进一步用醇提或水提提取即可。
作为优选方案，所述的抗氧化保健品，其特征在于：所述烘干为用微波80℃以下干燥烘干或用烘箱50℃以下烘干。
作为优选方案，所述的抗氧化保健品，其特征在于：所述抗氧化保健品的剂型为胶囊、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂或口服液。
