Background
When a user travels outside, in order to facilitate daily activities such as eating and shopping locally during traveling, resources of a country to which the user belongs are usually exchanged for local resources for use. When the user finishes the travel journey, some local resources may remain, and since the local resources are difficult to use in the country to which the user belongs, the user often exchanges the remaining local resources back to the resources of the country to which the user belongs before leaving the border.
Currently, when a user exchanges resources before leaving the home, the remaining local resources can be stored in a self-service exchange machine and a contact mailbox is filled in. And after the resource exchange company acquires the stored local resources, sending a mail to a mailbox filled by the user. After returning to the country, the user can log in the mailbox to receive the mail and fill in the credit card number in the webpage indicated by the mail. And after the resource exchange company acquires the credit card number from the webpage, transferring the resources of the country to which the user belongs, which are equivalent to the local resources, in the set account to the account corresponding to the credit card number, and finishing the resource exchange of the user.
However, in the resource exchange process, the user needs to store the remaining local resources in the tourism place and fill the credit card number in the webpage indicated by the received email to exchange the resources after returning to the country, and the resource exchange process is very complicated. In addition, since the account corresponding to the credit card number of the user generally belongs to a different country from the account set by the resource exchange company, the resource exchange company needs to transfer the resource in the set account to the bank where the credit card number is located, and then the bank can transfer the resource to the account corresponding to the credit card number, so that the time required for completing resource exchange is long, and the resource exchange efficiency is low.

Before explaining the embodiments of the present invention in detail, application scenarios and implementation environments of the embodiments of the present invention will be described.
First, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is explained.
The embodiment of the invention is applied to resource exchange scenes, particularly, can be applied to scenes in which the user exchanges resources at a resource exchange counter or a self-service resource exchange machine before leaving the border, and can also be applied to other resource exchange scenes, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the scenes.
For example, the user may hand the remaining local resources to the staff at the resource exchange counter before leaving the border, and the staff may credit the local resources to a designated account and exchange the resources for the user after the credit. For another example, the user may store the remaining local resources in the self-service resource exchange machine before leaving the border, and perform resource exchange through the self-service resource exchange machine after storing.
Next, an environment in which the embodiment of the present invention is implemented will be described.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment related to a resource transfer method provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment includes: a first application 101, a first server 102, a second application 103 and a second server 104.
The first application 101 may be an application registered with a user account. The first application 101 may be a client or an applet (liteapp), and when the first application 101 is a client, the first application 101 may be installed in a user terminal, and when the first application 101 is an applet, the user terminal may open the first application 101 by searching related information (e.g., a name of the first application 101, etc.) of the first application 101, scanning a graphic code (e.g., a barcode, a two-dimensional code, etc.) of the first application 101, and the like, and at this time, the user terminal does not need to install the first application 101.
The first server 102 may be a server corresponding to the first application 101. The user account logged in by the first application 101 may be registered in the first server 102, that is, the first server 102 and the user needing resource exchange belong to the same country.
The second application 103 may be an application for transacting the resource exchange service, and the second application 103 may be installed in a device used by a staff at a resource exchange counter, or in a self-service resource exchange machine, or may be installed in other devices for transacting the resource exchange service, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The second server 104 may be a server corresponding to the second application 103, and the second server 104 is a server managed by a resource exchange company handling the resource exchange service, that is, the second server 104 and the first server 102 belong to different countries.
The following describes an interactive process of the first application 101, the first server 102, the second application 103, and the second server 104 when transacting the resource exchange service.
Wherein the second application 103 can interact with the second server 104 to obtain the resource transfer code. The resource transfer code is a user credential when the resource is exchanged to the user, and the resource transfer code may include an exchange record number, which may be an exchange record number corresponding to the resource exchange record stored in the second server 104.
Wherein the first application 101 may interact with the second application 103 to obtain the redemption record number. Specifically, the first application 101 may scan the resource transfer code obtained by the second application 103 to obtain the redemption record number.
The first server 102 may interact with the first application 101 to obtain the exchange record number and the transfer verification information, and transfer the resource to be exchanged to an account bound to a user account currently logged in by the first application 101 according to the exchange record number and the transfer verification information, where the account bound to the user account may be a bank account, an online account, and the like bound to the user account.
The resource transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is explained in detail below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a resource transfer method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: and when the second application receives the resource exchange instruction carrying the exchange certification information, generating a resource exchange request carrying the exchange certification information and the number of the target resources to be exchanged.
It should be noted that the resource exchange instruction is used to indicate the resource for exchanging the target resource quantity, the resource exchange instruction may be triggered by the user, the user may be triggered by a first specified operation, and the first specified operation may be a click operation, a sliding operation, a voice operation, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, the exchange certification information is a verification certificate when resource exchange is performed, the exchange certification information may be information input into the second application by the user, and for example, the exchange certification information may be the last four digits of a telephone number input in the second application by the user, an input mailbox account, and the like.
Furthermore, in step 201, in actual implementation, the user may store the local resource in the device of the second application, and select the type of resource to be exchanged. The second application may then determine a resource quantity of the resource to be redeemed that is equivalent to the deposited local resource, the determined resource quantity being the target resource quantity to be redeemed. The user may then enter the redemption certification information in the second application and trigger the resource redemption instruction to begin the resource redemption process.
Step 202: the second application sends the resource redemption request to a second server.
Step 203: and when the second server receives the resource exchange request sent by the second application, generating a resource exchange record comprising the exchange certification information and the target resource quantity, and generating an exchange record number corresponding to the resource exchange record.
After receiving the resource exchange request sent by the second application, the second server determines that the user needs to exchange the resource, so that the second server can generate a corresponding resource exchange record and an exchange record number at the moment, and the subsequent first server can complete resource exchange for the user according to the resource exchange record and the exchange record number.
Step 204: the second server sends the redemption record number to the second application.
Step 205: and when the second application receives the exchange record number sent by the second server, generating and displaying a resource transfer code containing the exchange record number.
It should be noted that the resource transfer code is a user credential when the resource is exchanged for the user, and in order to facilitate the subsequent user to use the resource transfer code, the resource transfer code may be a graphic code (such as a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like), at this time, the user may store the resource transfer code more conveniently, and other applications may also obtain information included in the resource transfer code more easily.
In addition, the resource transfer code may carry not only the exchange record number, but also address information of the resource exchange page, so that after the resource transfer code is scanned by the subsequent first application, the address information of the resource exchange page may be obtained, and the resource exchange page is opened to exchange the resource accordingly.
Moreover, the resource exchange page is a page for instructing the user to perform resource transfer to complete resource exchange, and the resource exchange page may guide the user to fill in transfer verification information to perform subsequent resource transfer, for example, the resource exchange page may be a page in a public account for performing resource exchange in the first application.
In practical application, after the second application displays the resource transfer code, the user can use the resource transfer code to exchange the resource. The user may directly use the resource transfer code displayed by the second application to perform resource exchange, and of course, the user may also print the resource transfer code displayed by the second application first and then use the printed resource transfer code to perform resource exchange, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Because the resource transfer code carries the exchange record number, the resource transfer codes of different exchange processes are different, so that the security of the user in exchanging the resource can be improved, and the risk that other people falsely receive the resource to be exchanged to the user is reduced.
Step 206: and the first application scans the resource transfer code to obtain the exchange record number.
It should be noted that, when the resource transfer code also carries address information of a resource exchange page, the first application may further obtain the address information of the resource exchange page after scanning the resource transfer code, and then the first application may open the resource exchange page according to the address information of the resource exchange page, so that the user may continue a resource exchange process on the resource exchange page.
When the first application scans the resource transfer code, the resource transfer code may be scanned when a scanning instruction is received, and when the resource transfer code is scanned, the resource transfer code displayed by the second application may be directly scanned, or a printed resource transfer code may be scanned, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the scan instruction is used to instruct to scan the resource transfer code, and the scan instruction may be triggered by a user, and the user may trigger through a second specified operation, where the second specified operation may be a click operation, a slide operation, a voice operation, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
Further, after the first application obtains the exchange record number, the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number can be obtained and displayed, so that the user can timely obtain the resource exchange record and accordingly determine whether to continue the resource exchange process.
Specifically, the first application may generate a second query request carrying the exchange record number and the account verification information, and send the second query request to the first server; when the first server receives a second query request sent by the first application, the account number verification information can be verified, and when the verification is passed, the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number is obtained and sent to the first application; when the first application receives the resource exchange record sent by the first server, the resource exchange record can be displayed.
When the first application sends the second query request to the first server, the first application may call a designated interface to send the second query request to the first server, and the designated interface may be set in advance.
When the first server acquires the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number, it may be determined whether the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number is stored, if so, the resource exchange record is directly acquired, and if not, the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number is acquired from the second server and stored.
When the first server obtains the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number from the second server, the first server may send a first query request carrying the exchange record number to the second server; when the second server receives the first query request sent by the first server, the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number can be obtained, and the resource exchange record is sent to the first server.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the first application scans the resource transfer code and obtains the exchange record number, the first server may be instructed to obtain the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number, and in this case, scanning the resource transfer code by the first application may implement obtaining of the corresponding resource exchange record by the first server, so as to achieve an offline scanning entry effect, and enable the first server to obtain the resource exchange record from the second server as needed, and the whole process is simple and efficient.
Step 207: and when the first application receives the resource transfer instruction carrying the transfer verification information, generating a resource transfer request carrying the transfer verification information and the exchange record number.
It should be noted that the resource transfer instruction is used to indicate an account to which the account currently logged in to the first application is bound to transfer resources, where the resource transfer instruction may be triggered by a user, and the user may be triggered by a third specified operation, where the third specified operation may be a click operation, a sliding operation, a voice operation, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
In addition, the transfer authentication information is authentication information required by the user to perform resource transfer, and the transfer authentication information may be information input into the first application by the user, for example, the transfer authentication information may be four digits input in the first application by the user.
In step 207, in actual implementation, the user may input the transfer verification information in the resource exchange page in the first application, and trigger the resource transfer instruction, and then the first application may generate the resource transfer request carrying the transfer verification information and the exchange record number.
Step 208: the first application sends the resource transfer request to the first server.
Step 209: and when the first server receives the resource transfer request sent by the first application, acquiring the quantity of the target resources through the second server according to the transfer verification information and the exchange record number.
The operation of the first server obtaining the number of the target resource through the second server according to the transfer verification information and the redemption record number may include the following two ways, wherein the first way may include the following steps (1) - (4), and the second way may include the following steps (5) - (8).
The first mode is as follows:
(1) the first server generates a verification request carrying the transfer verification information and the exchange record number, and sends the verification request to the second server.
(2) And when the second server receives the verification request sent by the first server, acquiring the exchange certification information included in the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number.
It should be noted that, before acquiring the exchange certification information included in the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number, the second server may also verify the address of the first server, when the verification passes, may also query the resource exchange state of the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number, and when the resource exchange state of the resource exchange record is incomplete exchange, execute the operation of acquiring the exchange certification information included in the resource exchange record.
In addition, when the resource exchange state of the resource exchange record is the exchange completion, it indicates that the resource exchange service corresponding to the resource exchange record is completed, and the operation may be ended at this time.
(3) And the second server acquires the number of target resources to be exchanged, which are included in the resource exchange record, when the transfer verification information is the same as the exchange certification information.
(4) And the second server generates a verification passing message carrying the target resource quantity and sends the verification passing message to the first server.
The second mode is as follows:
(5) the first server generates a first query request carrying the exchange record number and sends the first query request to the second server.
(6) And when the second server receives the first query request sent by the first server, acquiring the resource exchange record corresponding to the exchange record number, and sending the resource exchange record to the first server.
(7) And when the first server receives the resource exchange record sent by the second server, acquiring exchange certification information included in the resource exchange record.
It should be noted that, before the first server obtains the exchange certification information included in the resource exchange record, the first server may also query the resource exchange state of the resource exchange record, and when the resource exchange state of the resource exchange record is incomplete, perform the operation of obtaining the exchange certification information included in the resource exchange record.
In addition, when the resource exchange state of the resource exchange record is the exchange completion, it indicates that the resource exchange service corresponding to the resource exchange record is completed, and the operation may be ended at this time.
(8) And the first server acquires the number of target resources to be exchanged included in the resource exchange record when the transfer verification information is the same as the exchange verification information.
Further, the first server may determine the number of times of verification that the exchange record number has been performed before the second server obtains the number of the target resource according to the transfer verification information and the exchange record number, and when the number of times of verification is less than or equal to a preset number, perform an operation of obtaining the number of the target resource through the second server according to the transfer verification information and the exchange record number.
It should be noted that the preset number of times may be preset, and the preset number of times may be set to be smaller, for example, the preset number of times may be 3, 4, and the like.
In addition, the number of times that the exchange record number has been verified is the number of resource transfer requests that have been sent by the first application for the exchange record number.
Moreover, when the verification times are greater than the preset times, the number of times of verification operations performed by the first application for the exchange record number is excessive, and the security is low, and then the first server may end the operations.
Step 210: the first server transfers the set resources with the target resource quantity in the first account to an account bound with a user account currently logged in by the first application, wherein the resources with the target resource quantity in the first account are transferred from a second account set by the second server.
It should be noted that, before step 210, the second server may transfer the set resources of the target resource amount in the second account to the first account set by the first server in advance, so that the subsequent first server may directly use the resources in the first account to complete resource exchange for the user.
Further, before the first server transfers the set resources of the target resource amount in the first account to the account bound to the currently logged-in user account of the first application, it may be further determined whether the target resource amount is greater than the preset resource amount, and when the target resource amount is less than or equal to the preset resource amount, the operation of transferring the set resources of the target resource amount in the first account to the account bound to the currently logged-in user account of the first application is performed. The preset resource quantity may be preset, for example, the preset resource quantity may be 500, 1000, and the like.
Further, after the first server transfers the set resources of the target resource amount in the first account to the account bound to the user account currently logged in by the first application, the first server may also send the transfer state of the resources of the target resource amount to the first application and the second server.
