Claims (5)

1. The solid wood full-closed water-based primer is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
acrylic polymer emulsion 70-80%
5 to 8 percent of film-forming additive
0.1 to 0.3 percent of rheological additive
1 to 3 percent of lignocellulose
2 to 6 percent of aqueous calcium stearate dispersion
1 to 3 percent of thickening agent
1 to 3 percent of auxiliary agent
The balance of water;
wherein the rheological additive is an aqueous solution of a polyether polyurethane polymer with the mass concentration of 25-28%;
the film forming auxiliary agent is selected from at least one of alcohol ester twelve, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol methyl ether;
the thickening agent is a nonionic polyurethane thickening agent;
the auxiliary agent is at least one selected from wetting agent, defoaming agent and bactericide.
2. The solid wood all-closed water-based primer according to claim 1, wherein the wetting agent is a polysiloxane-polyether copolymer.
3. The solid wood all-closed water-based primer according to claim 1, wherein the defoamer is polyether siloxane copolymer.
4. The solid wood all-closed water-based primer according to claim 1, wherein the bactericide is isothiazolinone.
5. The preparation method of the solid wood full-closed water-based primer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the components respectively according to the solid wood full-closed water-based primer as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4;
mixing the weighed film-forming aid and water to obtain a first mixed material;
mixing the weighed acrylic polymer emulsion, the thickening agent, the auxiliary agent and water to obtain a second mixed material;
and mixing the first mixed material, the second mixed material, the lignocellulose, the aqueous calcium stearate dispersion, the rheological additive and water to obtain the solid wood full-sealing water-based primer.
