1. An antibacterial plastic toy water paint is characterized in that: the coating is composed of a component A and a component B according to the weight ratio of 2.9-3.1: 1, and the coating is prepared by mixing the component A and the component B when in use;
the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of polyurethane resin; 5-8 parts of an environment-friendly cosolvent, 2-3 parts of a neutralizing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a flatting agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a wetting agent, 2-3 parts of an antibacterial agent solution, 15-18 parts of deionized water and 0.1-0.2 part of a thickening agent; the neutralizing agent is one or two of dimethylethanolamine and triethylamine;
the polyurethane resin is obtained by mixing two kinds of waterborne polyurethane with different hydroxyl values; the polyurethane resin is obtained by mixing aqueous low-hydroxyl-value polyurethane and aqueous high-hydroxyl-value polyurethane according to the weight ratio of 2:1, wherein the aqueous low-hydroxyl-value polyurethane is one or two of Bayhydrol XP2470 and Bayhydrol A2646 of Corsik; the waterborne high hydroxyl value polyurethane is Bayhydrol XP 2695 produced by Costa;
the component B comprises two isocyanate curing agents with different NCO contents and a cosolvent, wherein the isocyanate with high NCO content is 60-65 parts by weight, the isocyanate with low NCO content is 5-15 parts by weight, the cosolvent is 25-30 parts by weight, the isocyanate with high NCO content is Bayhydur XP2655 produced by Coxie, and the isocyanate with low NCO content is Bayhydur 401-70 produced by Coxie.
2. The antibacterial plastic toy water paint according to claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is PGDA.

The antibacterial plastic toy water paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent solution is obtained by diluting an antibacterial agent with deionized water, wherein the content of the antibacterial agent is 10 wt%, and the antibacterial agent is one or two of silver ion bactericides JMAC L P-10 and Sanitized T25-25 of Craine.
