Abstract
The invention discloses a colorful mobile phone shell with a noble metal film, manufacturing equipment and a forming method. The colorful mobile phone shell with the noble metal film comprises a shell body, a noble metal sheet, a colloid and a glass sheet; a part of the area of one side of the glass sheet facing the colloid is provided with a color printing layer, and the rest area is provided with a primer layer; the noble metal chip is attached to the toughened glass through colloid, and the noble metal chip is attached to the shell at the same time. The invention can solve the technical problems of single structure and weak practicability of the existing mobile phone shell.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mobile phone shell, which is characterized in that color printing is carried out on toughened glass, and a metal sheet is attached to a blank position and a primer, so that the applicability of the mobile phone shell is improved.

a. carrying out color printing and primer treatment on the glass by adopting a color printing machine, wherein the color printing occupies a part of the surface of the glass sheet, and the primer occupies the rest position of the surface of the glass sheet; placing the glass on the pressing surface and abutting against the positioning step;
b. the front and back sides of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are provided with protective films, the protective films on one side of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are adhered to the surfaces of the glass sheets, the OCA optical adhesive colloid is covered by a pressing film and rolled, and the protective films on the other side of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are adhered by the double-sided adhesive of the pressing film; the film pressing is turned over to separate the OCA optical adhesive colloid from the surface of the glass sheet, the protective film close to the surface of the glass sheet is torn, the film pressing is turned over again to enable the OCA optical adhesive colloid with one protective film removed to be adhered to the surface of the glass sheet and rolled, and meanwhile the film pressing is turned over to separate the film pressing from the OCA optical adhesive colloid;
c. the precious metal sheet is adhered to the surface of the OCA optical adhesive colloid, the film is turned over to enable the precious metal sheet to be adhered by the double-sided adhesive tape of the film, the OCA optical adhesive colloid is torn to be close to the protective film of the precious metal sheet, and then the film is turned over to enable the OCA optical adhesive colloid after tearing the protective film to be adhered to the precious metal sheet and rolled;

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the traditional mobile phone shell is mainly characterized in that full color printing treatment is directly carried out on the shell, namely, the whole surface is not left blank, after the mobile phone shell is used for a period of time, the color printing position can be worn due to continuous friction, the color printing is protected by adopting external toughened glass, transparent primer treatment is carried out on the inner surface of the toughened glass except for the color printing position, then transparent OCA optical adhesive colloid and noble metal sheets are sequentially added, so that the bonding of the OCA optical adhesive colloid and the toughened glass is facilitated, and due to the adoption of the left blank transparent treatment, when the noble metal sheets are attached to the OCA optical adhesive colloid, the noble metal sheets at the left blank position can be observed outside the color printing position, so that the color printing and the noble metal sheets can be simultaneously used for displaying a colorful effect, and the observation effect of the color printing is better than that of single color printing is achieved, and the mobile phone has good protection effect on the color printing and the noble metal sheets, and the whole strength and practicability of the mobile phone shell are enhanced.

Description of the embodiments
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the colorful mobile phone casing with the noble metal film comprises a casing 1, a noble metal sheet 2, a colloid 3 and a glass sheet 4; wherein the shell 1 is made of the conventional silica gel material, the noble metal sheet 2 is made of gold sheet, namely gold foil, the colloid 3 is made of transparent OCA optical cement colloid, and the glass sheet 4 is made of toughened glass sheet; in practical applications, other corresponding components can be adopted for the components.
The glass sheet 4 has a color-printed layer 51 in a part of the area facing the colloid 3, and a primer layer 52 in the remaining area; namely, a Mimaki color printer is adopted to print the color printing layer 51 and the primer layer 52 on the same layer, wherein the color printing pattern is printed according to the design pattern, and the primer layer 52 is printed by adopting a primer pure epoxy primer.
The noble metal chip 2 is attached to the tempered glass by the OCA optical cement colloid, and a specific way of the attachment may be referred to a method and an apparatus mentioned later, and the noble metal chip 2 is attached to the case 1 by using a conventional adhesion way.
The mobile phone shell manufacturing equipment comprises a film pressing assembly 6, a heater 7, a vacuum extractor 8 and a cooling disc 9 which are independent from each other; the film pressing component 6 is used for pressing the toughened glass, the OCA optical cement colloid and the noble metal chip 2 together; the heater 7 and the vacuumizer 8 are used together for baking the products after film pressing to remove internal bubbles; the cooling disc 9 is used for rapidly cooling the heated product, so that bubbles are not generated in the tight adhesion between the noble metal chip 2 and the OCA optical cement colloid by utilizing the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction.
The film pressing assembly 6 comprises a transparent soft film pressing 61, a hard pressing table 62 with double-sided adhesive tape and a positioning step 63 with the thickness of 2-5mm; the pressing film 61 is used for pressing the noble metal chip 2 and the OCA optical cement colloid; the pressing table 62 is used for providing the components for pressing; the locating step 63 is used to abut against the noble-metal chip 2 and the OCA optical cement so as to ensure alignment of these two components.
The positioning step 63 is longitudinally fixed on the pressing table 62, the pressing table 62 is provided with a horizontal pressing surface 621, the pressing film 61 is movably and overturned and fixed on the pressing table 62 to be matched with the pressing surface 621, 2-4 transverse grooves 611 are formed in the inner surface of the pressing film 61, double faced adhesive tapes 612 are arranged in the grooves 611, and the thickness of the double faced adhesive tapes 612 is consistent with that of the grooves 611; the film pressing assembly 6, the heater 7, the vacuumizing instrument 8 and the cooling disc 9 are matched in sequence, and the specific matching process can refer to a manufacturing method of a mobile phone shell as described below. It should be noted that the film press 61, the platen 62, and the positioning step 63 are shown only schematically, and have a smaller thickness in practical use than in the drawings.
The manufacturing method of the mobile phone shell comprises the following steps:
a. carrying out color printing and primer treatment on the toughened glass by adopting a color printing machine, wherein the color printing occupies part of the surface of the toughened glass sheet, and the primer occupies the rest position of the surface of the toughened glass sheet; placing the tempered glass on the pressing face 621 and abutting against the positioning step 63;
b. the front and back sides of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are provided with protective films, the protective film on one side of the OCA optical adhesive colloid is adhered to the surface of the glass sheet 4, the OCA optical adhesive colloid is covered by the pressing film 61 and rolled, and the protective film on the other side of the OCA optical adhesive colloid is adhered by the double-sided adhesive 612 of the pressing film 61; the film pressing 61 is turned over to separate the OCA optical adhesive colloid from the surface of the glass sheet 4 and tear the protective film close to the surface of the glass sheet 4, the film pressing 61 is turned over again to enable the OCA optical adhesive colloid with one protective film removed to be aligned with the surface of the glass sheet 4 and rolled, and the film pressing 61 is turned over to separate the film pressing 61 from the OCA optical adhesive colloid;
c. the precious metal sheet 2 is adhered to the surface of the OCA optical adhesive colloid, the pressing film 61 is turned over to enable the precious metal sheet 2 to be adhered by the double-sided adhesive 612 of the pressing film 61, the OCA optical adhesive colloid is torn to be close to the protective film of the precious metal sheet 2, and then the pressing film 61 is turned over to enable the OCA optical adhesive colloid after tearing the protective film to be adhered to the precious metal sheet 2 and rolled, so that bubbles among the components are reduced;
d. c, placing the product in the step c into a heater 7, namely a baking oven to bake at 60-90 ℃ for 20-30 minutes; thus, the bubbles are discharged by heating;
e. d, placing the product in the step into a vacuumizing instrument 8 for vacuumizing;
f. and e, immediately placing the product in the step e into a cooling disc 9 to be cooled by cooling water, and vacuumizing and cooling water together act, so that tiny bubbles among the components are fused into the OCA optical cement colloid, and the outer surface of the shell of the mobile phone shell has no bubble problem.

b. the front and back sides of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are provided with protective films, the protective films on one side of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are adhered to the surfaces of the glass sheets, the OCA optical adhesive colloid is covered by a pressing film and rolled, and the protective films on the other side of the OCA optical adhesive colloid are adhered by the double-sided adhesive of the pressing film; the film pressing is turned over to separate the OCA optical adhesive colloid from the surface of the glass sheet, the protective film close to the surface of the glass sheet is torn, the film pressing is turned over again to enable the OCA optical adhesive colloid with one protective film removed to be adhered to the surface of the glass sheet and rolled, and meanwhile the film pressing is turned over to separate the film pressing from the OCA optical adhesive colloid;
c. the precious metal sheet is adhered to the surface of the OCA optical adhesive colloid, the film is turned over to enable the precious metal sheet to be adhered by the double-sided adhesive tape of the film, the OCA optical adhesive colloid is torn to be close to the protective film of the precious metal sheet, and then the film is turned over to enable the OCA optical adhesive colloid after tearing the protective film to be adhered to the precious metal sheet and rolled;
d. c, placing the product obtained in the step c into a baking oven to be baked at 60-90 ℃ for 20-30 minutes;
e. d, placing the product in the step into a vacuumizing instrument for vacuumizing;
