Abstract
本发明提供一种用于切换的方法和设备,该方法包括:网络设备接收终端设备发送的测量信号;该网络设备根据该测量信号,确定该终端设备是否需要进行切换。由此,不需要网络设备对终端设备进行测量配置及终端设备上报测量结果。因此,能够节省信令开销及传输资源,提高传输资源的利用率。
